We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort! We booked a Private Pool Beachfront Villa for 5 nights, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious with a breathtaking view, and having our own private pool made it even more special. Everything was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed room dining several times, and the food was excellent especially the mango sticky rice, which is honestly the best in the world! We also visited Talay Spa twice. One of the treatments included the coffee scrub and massage, and it was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Highly recommend it! Housekeeping service was outstanding, and the staff throughout the resort were warm and friendly. A special thank you to Takky from reception and Tommy from the front desk for their kindness and professionalism they truly made our stay even more memorable. We used the resort’s airport transportation service to and from Phuket Airport, and it was very organized and smooth, which made our trip stress-free from the beginning to the end, thanks for Rungsawat. There is also an activity reservation desk at the resort. We booked a trip to Phi Phi Island and another city tour, both were well organized, on time, and very convenient. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!

At this point, this place has officially become my happy place — familiar, comforting, and consistently exceptional. What truly sets this resort apart is the people. Being welcomed back, remembered, and genuinely cared for as a returning guest is something very special — and something Pullman Panwa does flawlessly. A heartfelt thank you to: - Anton, who checked me in with warmth and professionalism. - Nat and Thomas, who once again made me feel truly valued and remembered — a rare and beautiful thing in hospitality. - P (Aqua pool bar) and Kelvin, always delivering outstanding service with energy and big smiles. - Nee, Aun, Annie, Nan, and Jup Jip (breakfast), who continuously made me feel special and welcomed back like family. This is a great hotel with private beach and so many great amenities. The variety of pools and own beach made it feel very relaxed. Staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful.

Loved the location and beach, food was great but why was I being charged a service fee for a self serve buffet? We found a cockroach in our room and struggled with the power being out in our room for a.few hours because the door card we were not told about was knocked loose.

Hotel Panwa Beach Resort is very well designed. From the welcoming lobby, the dining rooms to the pools. The rooms were well thought of. The bed is so comfortable that you get up well rested after a deep sleep. I have never experience a tidal beach before, so if you are into nature at work, it is great to see. The room service was great and fast which takes about 5 minutes. We stayed in Bangkok initially. But visiting the Phuket Island is very different. You do get the Island feel. I would surely recommend Hotel Panwa Beach Resort. Thanks Guys.
