I went on a holiday with my family and I must say, this place was absolutely beautiful and stunning in every way possible. The service was honestly the best, although there was a little language barrier at times, the staff were so patient and so so lovely every time and they always had a smile. The views- I was absolutely blown away with- the location was beautiful, I couldn't stop and will not stop raving about it. The food was insane and catered for everyone with different cultural foods and every allergy you could think of catered for. It was quite a magnificent experience and I will definitely be coming back here again if I come to stay in Thailand again. It is definitely family friendly and has so many entertainment opportunities, you won't get enough. The rooms as well were so large and beautiful, I was truly impressed- and I am usually a fussy person where I can always find a flaw but for this place I couldn't, I would certainly recommend this place. One thing I would also recommend though is to get package deals for this place as they are so great and if you are new to the country, just be as organised as you can and stay sun smart!! 🌞

Our experience within the buffet (aqua restaurant) has been amazing, with very friendly staff that would come over and give us very friendly greetings and engagements. The food here is also phenomenal, hosting a breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Our host Dan who looked after us each time we came in enhanced our experience, making us feel very welcome and always made sure we were looked after. A very positive and exceptional experience for anyone looking for very good food and an even better customer service

Dan has been awesome. When we finish with a dish he comes and collects it super fast and efficiently. The atmosphere in the Aqua restaurant is so warm and welcoming. The rest of the staff have been also been awesome with how they remember us everyday to being friendly and welcoming. Everyone seems to be up for a bit of a chat and a laugh. The food is also incredible. The chefs do an amazing job with the different cuisines everyday. Food is always 10/10.
