Good things are staff is very attentive from security who are all polite in sorting out the car park spot and remember theor guest car plate number, staff at gym during pilates session which my wife love it so much. Secondly, breakfast is very delicious as a local and offer plenty of varieties especially padthai and dimsum at cooking station. Please also keep butter at bread station (it is one of the best including the pastry) and never use those commercial small packet. To the things i wish could be better, firstly, the air conditioner in gym and locker are full of mold and we all know that southern Thai is very humid so a more frequent cleaning is a must. Secondly, there is dead cockroach in toilet, my guess it come out at the night. Thing is it makes me wonder if pesticide is excessively used in the room. I mean i don’t like cockroach but i also uncomfortable thinking i might expose to toxic chemical. Lastly, i appreciate the proactive of asking guest upon arrival on amenities needed but at the end i found that none are prepared at the room and was informed they ran out of stock. I also wish that during long holiday, the hotel would provide additional shuttle service to sunday market.

We are equally pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast selection, particularly the authentic local Pad Thai and dim sum. We are grateful for your thoughtful recommendation regarding the butter selection at the bakery station, and we will gladly share your preference with our Culinary team for their consideration. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding to the condition of the air conditioning units in the fitness center and locker rooms to our attention. We agree that Phuket's tropical climate requires diligent maintenance, and we have shared your feedback with our Engineering team and Lifestyle team to conduct an immediate inspection and enhance the cleaning schedule to ensure a more comfortable environment for all our guests. We are also very sorry to know about the dead cockroach was found in your bathroom. While our resort follows a comprehensive pest control program carried out by a certified external specialist on a regular basis on every Thursday, we understand how unpleasant this experience must have been. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with both our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for a thorough inspection of the room and to review our pest management procedures. We would also like to reassure you that all pest control treatments used at the resort comply with safety standards and are applied by licensed professionals with guest safety as our highest priority. Furthermore, we sincerely regret for the inconvenience regarding the room amenities. While our team proactively asked about your preferences upon arrival, we regret that we were unable to fulfill your request due to the temporary shortage of stock. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we have shared your feedback with the relevant departments to improve our inventory planning and communication. Lastly, thank you for your valuable suggestion regarding additional shuttle services during long holiday periods, particularly to the Sunday Walking Night Market.
