We had a lovely experience at Pullman Panwa. The package that we got was really good value for money and the location of the hotel, especially during the rainy season, was amazing because the sea was calm (as compared to what I heard about other beaches in Phuket during this same period)! The staff that we encountered during our stay were really amazing, from the servers we met at the Edge Beach Club, Tamarind and Aqua, to the lovely ladies at the kids club and everyone in between. We would definitely be back to Pullman Panwa!

We had an absolutely amazing and relaxing stay at Pullman Panwa! From the moment we arrived, the resort provided the perfect peaceful escape. The property itself is beautiful, tranquil, and offered us a much-needed break from our daily routine. What truly set our stay apart was the outstanding service. Every single staff member we encountered, especially En who remembered us when we needed help to find the Gym, was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our time there. A special thank you to the team for going above and beyond to celebrate my wife’s birthday with us! It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that made our trip even more memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and highly recommend Pullman Panwa to anyone looking for a serene and restorative vacation. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay!
