Had a fabulous 5 night stay at the Pullman Panwa. Every staff member was so warm and hospitable! Especially Nat and Bem (Belgian trainee) were amazing. The breakfast team did a fantastic job, remembered my orders from the day before! The room was spotless and clean, amazing villa!

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and would definitely stay again. The breakfast was great but could do with some changes as it can be a bit samey in places. The beach could do with a clean up and improvement. We were impressed with the rooms, the facilities and the staff.

We just checked out of Villa 2001 on June 13th. This was actually our 5th stay at this property, but our very first time since it rebranded to "Pullman." We absolutely love staying here because of the location; it’s close to the city center but still quiet and tucked away from the noise. First off, a huge shoutout to Fiw and Mickey at the front desk for the warm welcome and the complimentary room upgrade! Mickey, in particular, was so attentive and always greeted us throughout our stay, which really made us feel valued. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and can't wait to come back. A special thanks to Kate and Raymoo at the breakfast buffet. Their service went above and beyond our expectations. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and took great care of us the entire morning. Another unforgettable highlight was our visit to the Edge Bar during happy hour on June 12th. We didn't catch the name of the staff member (we think he might be the manager or team lead), but his service was top-notch. He even remade a drink for us without hesitation, even though the mistake was entirely our own. Later that evening during dinner, we were looked after by a wonderful staff member whose name on the receipt showed Kamonchanok. She was absolutely lovely, constantly anticipating our needs, and super knowledgeable about the food at her station. Her recommendations were spot on! While the property is on the older side and showing its age a bit, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. Overall, highly recommended!

My wife and I were welcomed with open arms and friendly staff on our arrival. The rest of our stay were felt part of the Pullman family. All the staff took the time to treat us like royalty. At breakfast we were greeted by Nanette with a good morning smile, then Aun and Kai and Yogi looked after our every need. The kitchen staff were smiling and took the time to have a quick chat whilst preparing our eggs. Our room cleaning staff were lovely and efficient. Although the resort was having a renovation this did not inconvenience or upset our stay at the Pullman. In fact the wing we had booked was unavailable because of the reno's and we were upgraded without charge. We will certainly return to The Pullman Cape Panwa. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind for 75% of our stay but the gods looked down and gave us perfect weather and sunshine for our last 3 days.

Very friend and hospitable staff, who takes the effort to remember our names, preferences, and do what they can to meet our requests. Nat deserves special mention for making us feel so welcomed and at home each time he sees us. Also loved how well maintained and spacious the compound is, so we always felt there was sufficient privacy and quietness. The daily cleaning of our beachfront villa with pool was also efficient and immaculate. Food wise, Tamarind was just so fabulous that we went 3 out of 4 nights for our dinners, and must have tried more than 15 dishes on the menu in all! Love it!
