We have just returned from the most wonderful holiday at the Pullman Panwa Hotel. This hotel feels like absolute paradise. I cannot describe how peaceful and beautiful this place is. The staff are absolutely fantastic, every single one of them goes above and beyond. You truly feel like royalty when you stay at this hotel. A special shout out to Cindy, for the absolutely beautiful surprise birthday decorations she put up for me in our room. The hotel is so well maintained, it is spotless. The views from the lobby bar, the restaurants, the bedrooms, everywhere, are so stunning it makes your heart smile. The food was lovely, so much choice. The drinks were fantastic. The gentleman that do the water sports were brilliant. Often given you the heads up of what wonderful sea creatures you could see on that day. The beach is absolutely beautiful and brings so much peace. We loved walking across it at low tide to sea all the different sea creatures that had gathered in the shallows. The pool area is stunning and the sun loungers are very comfortable and there are plenty of them for everyone.. There is lots to do close by. The gentleman that work at the front of the hotel , work exceptionally hard and always ensure that you are kept safe crossing the roads. This hotel really has everything you could ever want. Thank you for the most magical stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa. The resort is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the sea views are stunning. We stayed in a private pool villa, and it made the experience truly special—very comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxation. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and romantic, which was ideal for our honeymoon. The pools and facilities are great, breakfast had good variety, and everything felt well organized throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

Arrived early and waited for msg advising when room would be ready. Went to reception at 4pm to follow up as no msg was sent. Shower drain was blocked in room 6103 and sewage smell in room. Ordered latex pillows but never received. Waited over 1 hour for order at umbrella. Friendly staff made experience better, but won't be returning to this resort again

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort from Tuesday, January 20 to Thursday, January 22, 2026 (Booking: QBRSFRGR). This was our special babymoon, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Julian and the reception staff gave us the warmest welcome, setting a perfect tone for relaxation. They surprised us with beautiful babymoon decorations in our room – thoughtful touches like balloon arrangements, Cake, non alcoholic wine and celebratory notes that made us feel truly special. As elite members, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade to a stunning pool villa, where we spent blissful hours in our private pool and lounging right on the beach – pure paradise! We also appreciated the staff accommodating our request for a quick photoshoot; Miss Cindy, the trainee, did a fantastic job capturing our joyful moments with professionalism and creativity. Checkout was seamless, thanks to Mr. Anton's efficient handling. A special shoutout to Chef Raju, who personally guided us through the dedicated vegetarian menu – his recommendations were spot-on, and every dish was flavorful and fresh, perfectly suited to our preferences. Overall, this was a pleasant stay filled with outstanding hospitality. We loved every bit of it and can't wait to return!
