Very relaxed stay, well looked after by lovely staff

We had a great stay at Pullman Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and an amazing sea view. Staff (including the staff member who helped us cross the road) were all friendly and helpful. Of note are Pui who was an excellent host and who also helped us to locate a lost tote bag which holds sentimental value for us, Yayee at the Panwa Street Food stall who served up delicious noodles every morning, and Natty at the check-in desk who was an efficient and warm, welcoming face when we first arrived at the hotel.

The stay was good, we stayed at the private pool villa and it was awesome. The breakfast buffet was fine, in room dining was superb. Thank you to Ms May at reception she was welcoming and a good host. We will book again next yearit was a nice stay.

We had a lovely time in Pullman Panwa - the location is fantastic and there's a private section of the beach that's all for us. The facilities like the pool and gym are also well maintained. The staff is super sweet and looked after all our needs. The breakfast spread is quite exhaustive, however doesnt fully satisfy the taste buds. But overall a 5/5 stay. Will definitely recommend to others!

I love the beach activities and also all the staff are super supportive and friendly. I love that the hotel breakfast extend till 11.00 am during weekends. The buffet seafood on Saturday is also really great, food are freshly cook and clean. The service at Tamaraind also beyond expectation. Khun Nee, help to take care our table very well and she suggested the good choice of dishes. For the beach activity, Khun Thomas was super supportive. He advised me how to use the paddle board since it was my one of the first time there. Overall great experience, with Gold status of accor+ i also got room upgrade and late check out till 2 pm.

Great food, very attentive staff, excellent facilities.

Really lovely quiet part of the island, great facilities and rooms. Very well run, great food at the normal restaurants, and incredible food at Tamarind. Also not far from Old Town, which is very cool and interesting as well as 30 mins from some fun islands via long boat.

The stay was pleasant, staff at reception were great with check-in process. Special mention to Micky who ensured we had a warm welcome to our villa. Breakfast was good with most options provided, but nothing to write home about. Coffee was a little hit and miss. We did eat at the onsite restaurant, Tamarind, it was very tasty but was one of our most expensive meals on the island. We had a 60min massage at their Spa, probably wouldn’t recommend. Again, was our most expensive experience staying at three different Accor hotels. Felt rushed and could hear construction noise from the spa room. Pools were great overlooking the bay but just be aware the hotel faces east so only sunrises, no sunsets and the beach isn’t really one you can swim at. Overall a solid hotel, but we did check out early to explore other hotels on the island.

The check-in wait was long, and they gave me the same type of room, saying it was an upgrade.

I had a relaxing and joyful stay at Pullman. Staff are friendly and helpful. I am also delighted with the upgrade of my room. One point I would like to mention (not a complaints).. I am a sailing enthusiast. It's a pity that the sailboat cannot be used.

Our stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The location in Panwa offers a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere compared with the busier parts of Phuket, making it especially enjoyable for a family holiday. The beach, swimming pools, restaurants, and overall ambience made it easy to spend most of our time within the resort. The All-Inclusive Package was definitely the highlight. Having meals, selected drinks, snacks, and other inclusions covered gave us the freedom to simply relax and enjoy our stay. The food quality was consistently good, with a nice variety of options, and the drinks and dining experience complemented the beautiful surroundings perfectly. The free-flow options were particularly enjoyable and made the package feel worthwhile. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to dining and housekeeping, the service was professional and welcoming. A special mention to the team at the restaurants and bars for their friendly service and willingness to accommodate requests. We also enjoyed the resort’s facilities, particularly the pools and the beautiful sunset views. The spa experience was another highlight and was a perfect way to unwind after exploring Phuket. Overall, Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a peaceful, upscale resort experience with an all-inclusive option. For couples or families wanting to slow down, enjoy good food, relax by the pool, and take in beautiful ocean views, this was a stay we would happily repeat.

Could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property was fantastic, our beach front villa was so comfortable and well appointed, the food was wonderful. But most of all the staff were so warm and welcoming, and genuinely wanted to please. They made our stay unforgettable.

While checking in, only master-card was accepted, had to pay extra for payment through cash or visa card. Also while checking out, asked us to wait till house keeping checks the room, which is ok but they charged us for the low quality pair of slipper, which we lost on beach. Tip to staff, Hospitality is not just smiling and greeting guest, should also take good care of the guest.

Pullman Panwa is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the beach is calm and great for swimming (except in the morning when the tide is low). What I love most is the service. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Khun Nat for the warm welcome and to all the staff for taking such good care of us. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Everyone of the Team Members did an exceptional job to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The ones I could remember May, Kik, Fahsai, Muhammud, Hem, Kate, Thip, Aun, Pui, Kae, Thomas, Noona, Bia, Aof, Ramoo & the Runner Staff, sorry if I missed anyone ,even the Chef come out to say hello and asked if there was anything the Team could have done better.
