Until 1 Dec 2026, selected areas will undergo upgrades: Sails Restaurant, upper and lower Garden Pools, Garden Pool Bar, Ocean Beach Club, Andaman Lobby and Andaman Lounge. Minimal disruption is expected across the 75-acre resort. Guests will retain access to all facilities, including three pools, kids’ club, yoga studio, 24/7 gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and Pullman Spa. Renovated Malaengpor will serve breakfast and all-day dining; alternative lobby and lounge spaces will be available.

Assigned with a high-floor room in D area, that looks weird in a wooden style. The bench faces the bed, making me feel sort of uncomfortable. There is only one trash can and the napkin box is even placed at bathroom. 😓

The hotel is well located in Karon Beach. The grounds of the hotel is magnificient. The rooms are a little tired and need some upgrades, but the view was sensational. I loved the chickens and chicks, the cats and the beautiful peacocks that roamed the grounds.. All the staff were amazing, friendly and always with a smile. Two pools were being fixed but the two other pools were amazing. Loved the one that goes under man made caves with the slide. Cao (we hope we got the spelling right) and Jub Jub were stand outs within the staff but honestly it was all amazing. Love the little bakery - had the best salami panini there, awesome.. We will definitely be back.. Only drawbacks, we had a smaller bed (not king sized as promised), the pillows were very flat and the bed was hard as a rock.. otherwise perfection

Rooms were perfect. Beautifully styled, comfortable and well equipped. The only complaint was that the mattress was too hard for my liking. I'm sure if I'd asked, the staff would have arranged a replacement but I didn't - my bad. Room service was impeccable - beautiful food and always well presented
The location was great - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Karon Beach shops, but close enough to walk there and a cheap Grab ride into Patong. The grounds were immaculately maintained - plenty of grass and wide open spaces.
The staff were possibly the most beautiful and helpful hotel staff I've ever encountered in all my travels. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a friendly smile on their face and engaged every time you walked past.

Great, very spacious and serene resort or at least at the time when we were there. Hardly any other occupants there. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant food really good!! Sadly we only had one night there for a stopover however will possibly come back as that area looked like a really restful place to have a resort style holiday.
My only disappointment was when we asked for a later check out they only offered an extra hour knowing that we weren’t due to leave the resort till 6pm. I could understand that if the place was busy but there was no one there except for a handful of people so it would have had no impact on the resort occupancy if they allowed us to have the room longer. That would have made our stay and given them the reputation of great customer service.
On the whole a very substantially good resort in a great location.

Great location. Beach front. Able to walk everywhere, if you don't mind walking. Shops/markets about 10min walk from the front of the resort. Large resort with restaurants and pools. If you don't like large resorts this may not be for you. Staff lovely. We booked a Junior King Seaview Suite which had a great view.
