Our Room was exceptional and new, one of the best hotel rooms i have ever stayed in 10 out of 10! The Staff were excellent 10 out of 10! The food was a bit hit and miss, perhaps the worst was that during an evening dinner (Italian buffet), some of the cut meats on display must have been out of the refrigeration and on display for some time and/or perhaps reused from lunch to the dinner; hence the meat had definitely gone off (by way of colour taste and smell). I unfortunately discovered this by placing some in my mouth, before gaging and removing the meat from my mouth, I have never experienced this in any hotel. On a side note: (and perhaps being a little picky) when we ordered a club sandwich for lunch, it looked nothing and/or tasted like any club sandwich we have ever had in any hotel in the world, the worst aspect was that the chicken in the sandwich was like a (processed chicken roll, sliced off) not a section or part of a chicken. Also egg a bacon not being on the sandwich was also unusual for a club sandwich. 0 out of 10. Now i know that the hotel was built some decades ago, and that since ACCOR has taken over it has started to do updates and renovations, that said. Now this is perhaps the worst aspect: the overall condition of the grounds and pool were very dated, the pools needed an update; not that we had children with us but the children's pools were in very poor condition, slides/caves not working, broken walls around the slides looked dreadful. A power plug for something being pool related being plugged into a power socket that was not covered and exposed to the weather close to where children were around the pool was surprising to me to say the least. Now last but not least, the front lagoon; dreadful condition, someone should hang their head in shame; broken parts of wooden planks floating in the lagoon (and it looks like for some time). A broken wharf, that should simply be removed to fix an eye saw, no need to replace it, just get rid of it. The lagoon and garden surrounds also seemed not to be maintained by the gardeners, palm trees fully loaded with over ripened coconuts hanging over the lagoon walking path, dangerous to say the least.

My flight was late so that I had to check in around 1 AM. It was so easy to call the car in the front desk. And no need to wait too long. The staff was nice and helped with luggages. The lobby was so cozy and the check-in process was so quick. The only thing that not good enough was the check-in lady told us there would be a guy will show us to the building but he didn’t show up. At last the lady showed us the way. Overall, the experience was good. I would love to stay with you again and recommend to my friend.

Poor experience, very unorganized staff, the ladies at the reception were rather rude throughout the stay, some were arrogant and just said no right away without even listening to the request. We also experienced lots of ants by the pool next to the reception....It was my 8th time to come to Phuket, and by far it was the worst hotel I've stayed at by all factors.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the pleasant experience my wife, Mrs. Radha M., and I (Mr. Ajay Kumar M.) had during our recent stay at your hotel from 14.01.2026 to 24.01.2026. As this was our 4th stay, we were once again reminded of why we keep returning. We had booked a Superior Sea King Room and were allotted # 1237, as per our request, and the experience was truly exceptional. While the room was impeccably maintained and comfortable, it is your staff who truly made the difference. Many of the faces were recognisable from our previous visit(s) which makes us very relaxed. We would like to commend All the team members/back office visible staff for their outstanding service. We interfaced more with the following and express our appreciation for them: 1.1) Front Office & Management: i) August: She is patient, pleasant, reliable and prompt. She didn’t need a reminder for any request made. She was truly service-oriented, ensuring all needs were attended to promptly and professionally - from check-in to Room Allocation, local market guidance for Indian vegetarian, airport taxi, check-out, etc. ii) Fern & Alla: For their efficiency at reception on the morning of 16.01.2026 in resolving a door issue. 1.2) Housekeeping: i) Add, Chem, and Paty: For their meticulous care in ensuring our room was always in perfect condition. 1.3) Sails Restaurant Team: i) Justine, Khem, Oranit: For their attentive service and ensuring a seamless dining experience and seating us comfortably. ii) Chef Harish, Jr. Chef Sumit, and Jr. Chef Kruttika: For the high quality of the cuisine and their professionalism and the Indian Vegetarian food dished out daily in the Breakfast Buffet. 1.4) Andaman Bar (Lobby): i) Ing, Opal, and Naam: For their hospitality and for creating a warm atmosphere at the bar. 1.5) Recreational Area (Building E): i) Mod: For being so helpful in the recreational area. Although one day we reached the venue at 08:00 PM which was her pack up time, but she didn’t rush us. 1.6) Guards at the Entrance: We used to take post dinner walks and found the guards also friendly. If we have omitted some names, it is because of lack of recall. Every interaction was handled with courtesy and efficiency, making our visit truly relaxing. Such consistent dedication across all departments is a testament to your hotel’s management. 2) My daughter Ms. Naina M. had also recommended the Hotel to her friend Ms. Syesha Girdhar who stayed in your property with her 3 friends in Dec’2025. We will certainly continue to recommend your hotel and look forward to our next visit.
