We arrived from UK after 5 days in Bangkok. The resort was clean and staff very good. The restraunts and location were superb. The only downside were that on one occasion my partner was feeling a bit unwell so we just asked to get a few slices of lemon for the room and we were charged for them to the room which I felt was unreasonable. Also there was a large conference in the last 2 days of our stay and that really spoiled one of the evenings as there were I've 300 people and it caused extra noise. However I would recommend the place but check before you book that there are no conferences there.

We had a lovely time at Pullman karon and will definitely be recommending to family and friends . The kids loved being in the pool, the staff were very friendly and it was in close proximity to Karon beach and to restaurants outside the hotel.
