Until 1 Dec 2026, selected areas will undergo upgrades: Sails Restaurant, upper and lower Garden Pools, Garden Pool Bar, Ocean Beach Club, Andaman Lobby and Andaman Lounge. Minimal disruption is expected across the 75-acre resort. Guests will retain access to all facilities, including three pools, kids’ club, yoga studio, 24/7 gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and Pullman Spa. Renovated Malaengpor will serve breakfast and all-day dining; alternative lobby and lounge spaces will be available.

Hotel & Resort was fantastic, customer service was excellent and facilities were fantastic.
However, 6 days in a row, when we returned to our room, the room was being made up and we were unable to access our room for about an hour each time. This was extremely inconvenient and left an unnecessarily sour taste in our mouth about the experience we received.

We were offered a old room that had partial or obstacle sea view which I booked to surprise my wife on my Anniversary day. During check-in, Unfortunately with the room conditions, hotel surprised me. Room had wear & tear furniture with basic hotel facilities missing that has no hotel suite room vibes to stay. I had to switch to hotel's newly constructed wing. This has wasted my couple of hours during late noon, was tiring check in as I had to check room by room that give me a good hotel vibes at least to stay.
Hotel manager has attempted to compensate our bad checkin experience with dinner buffet but nothing can replace sea view for Anniversay evening.offering a buffet was a great gesture though. Thankyou. But hotel manager didn't offer us Delux sea view in replacement of Suite sea view - that was disappointing.
Room Amenities were limited. Comparing with other 5-star properties in Phuket, Pullman is lacking significantly to keep standards upto the mark.
Service was great. Staff was great.Breakfast was great. Wina, Harrish (chef), yaya were so nice. Kids club was great. Kids corner for breakfast was awesome. Food spread was awesome. Spa was tremendously great experience

1. During my stay from August 5 to 7, breakfast was served on the ground floor of Building A. However, I noticed that the tableware and plates had already been set out the night before. Since Building A is an open-air area with strong sea breezes and dust, I believe hygiene should have been given more careful consideration. I had breakfast on the ground floor of Building A on the first day of my stay, and the experience was just so-so. The next morning, I had breakfast on the ground floor of Building E, and the experience was much better.
2. On the afternoon of the second day of our stay, I was resting in the room while my boyfriend went out. When he came back, a staff member rang the doorbell. I didn't hear it because I was resting. My boyfriend asked her what she needed, and she said "check room." When he asked what she needed to check, she asked if there was a lady inside. He said yes, and she left. We were a bit confused by this and didn't really understand what she was trying to check.
