A very comfortable stay overall. The resort is large, relaxing, and offers plenty of space to unwind. I was really happy during my time there. Not only because of the event, but also because I genuinely enjoyed the resort itself. The room was very comfortable, and it was easy to sleep well and recharge. The staff were also a big part of the positive experience. From the reception team to the food and beverage staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their service made the stay even more enjoyable.

Heritage rooms in block B are uncomfortable: 1. Tiled flooring that makes the room feel like an extension of the bathroom 2. Entrance to bathroom to be moved so no direct access to a room 3. Mate surface of bathroom separation glass to be fully done 4. Mixer in a shower to be replaced 5. Beds are narrow

Hi there, I had the opportunity to stay in the Pullman for business and for leisure, and everything was very well done. The staff was so kind with my wife and the children. They provided a lot of small attention and small personal touches that made the differences in our stay. A kudo to Justin (in the Sails restaurant), the team that was doing the kids activities during breakfast time and the house keeping of the 4th floor in A and the waiter in the restaurants. The house keeper lady was amazing, she was doing every day a special touch and some beautiful personal attentions for my wife and my son. This hotel has a lot of small beautiful touches that make it the bigger pullman of Asia. We hope to come again very soon !

Pullman Phuket is a nice resort in the look of it. The resort itself is very big but it’s a bit plain. With a lot of space but empty with not much fun. There are a lot of swimming pools but they are all the same that nothing much to do except for lying on the chair. For kids, it won’t spend them more than 30mins and they won’t be interested to return the next day. The breakfast is not exciting. The facilities are a bit old with quite a lot of small renovations going on which may create some noise. Room service and the kids playroom are amazing good. Overall, I think Pullman Phuket has a lot of potential to be better and hope to return one day.
