I had a relaxing and comfortable stay overall, with a wide array of facilities available inside the resort. However, there are a few things that need to be improved. 1. FACILITIES - When i first entered my room, the a/c wasnt working, and I waited for over 20 mins with 2 calls to the concierge to follow up for a technician to come over and check. 2. The sockets inside the room need to be repaired and checked more regularly- the sockets arent working or the contact was bad, so it suddenly broke down when i used the iron. 3. The lift button fell off and i could not press my floor. I had to walk up at midnight eventually. 4. The buggy wait time was a bit long, and it took so long to get to the main entrance. 5. The check-in and check-out wait time was quite long, and it took a long time for the staff to get all booking or billing items correctly

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was so close to Karon Beach and walkable into town, and the gym facilities were super modern

We had a great time but was sad that areas were closed reducing pool options.

I really like this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and I really appreciate the resident chickens and cats. The breakfast was 10/10, staff service 10/10, cleanliness 10/10. I appreciate being able to borrow a beach towel as well. The location with respect to the beach is excellent. The beach itself was a little messy, as you enter the beach there is quite a lot of trash (discarded coconuts etc.). This, of course, is not the hotel's responsibility, but the hotel may consider prompting the local vendors or council to clean up this area a bit. I think it is in the hotel's best interests to ensure their adjacent beach area is as clean as possible.
