Well located hotel with good swimming pool. Hotel felt dated. Room was a little shabby but very clean. Comfortable bed. We had to change room due to a plumbing problem. This was done efficiently. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was significant building work next door on the North sidr of the hotel. It didn't affect us but there were room directly facing the site. The hotel xas very busy at times being used as a base for Russian package holidays

It's ok but cleanliness is major issue

The cleanliness was the major issue in the hotel. The slippers, the floors inside and outside the room, the hallways, the elevator, washroom. All dirty. The rate per night was high in comparison to the quality I got. It was very close to Ibis Dubai actually, but at least there you won't see dirt all over the place.

Ils m ont fermé la porte pour 500thb … sorry after so long time in Thailand , why Julien demierre and more walk after so many time walk and walk and walk …. 11 km before 5 days and poor people give always money…. 💰 why mi close don t understand , aujourd’hui c est l anniversaire à ma grand maman 90 ans kap

This particular Ibis in Kata was below a standard Ibis average taking into account a very high price we paid only to be in Kata. Bath amenities contained only shower cap. Really? Breakfast was very poor. I don’t know who can eat it at all. The hotel management does less effort to offer a decent food. Our two rooms were totally okay. Location is great, but there is no direct access to the beach. You need to walk or take a shuttle. Employees at the reception were friendly snd helpful. One lady at the bar sounded very angry or pissed off when we asked about two coffee. I assume someone else was a reason of her bad mood and we just happed to be there. Generally, we had a feeling we were in “Little Russia” after our stay there.
