I had the chance to spend another few days at this hotel in November 2025. As during my previous stays, everything was smooth and perfect from airport pickup to checkout. Special mention to Oil, Bambi and Sita at the front desk, Fon and Deer at the restaurant, and Dao at the bar. The special attention one gets upon returning to this hotel is truly appreciated.

The location is super convenient, located a short walk away from Patong beach with great local amenities close by i.e. cafes, food and massages. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean with hotel basics provided such as shavers etc, as well as on site activities such as snooker/pool, table tennis etc. All of the staff were lovely and friendly and always had a welcoming smile on their faces, particularly New and Jasmine. Hannan was super friendly, attentive and always had a smile on his face, always willing and waiting to help.

Jame from Mercure Hotel was so friendly, lovely, and very patient with my order. The only thing I am not sure of is the pool privacy. I paid extra to have my own area, as it turned out I had children and adults in my area of the pool, which I found a bit unfair as I did pay a bit of money for that privilege.
