very good service and extra free high-tea service for VIP . Thanks for the service of hotel crews . The scene of hotel is beautiful , impressive and really quiet:) Hotel is very near to the jungceylon and central , just within the walk distance of 10 minutes . All in all , the best choice to have a nice day on patong beach. 服务非常好，VIP 还额外提供免费下午茶服务。感谢酒店工作人员的服务。酒店景色美丽、令人印象深刻，而且非常安静 :) 酒店非常靠近江西冷和中心，步行 10 分钟即可到达。总而言之，这是在巴东海滩度过美好一天的最佳选择。

We had booked a Suite but were upgraded to a pool Villa, some ways good but other ways not. Having your own pool is a good thing but then you have no views, certainly no ocean views. The AC is a problem and we had to call the technician about 3 times but not sure if the problem was fixed. The bedroom and the bathroom area are excellent and there is an adequate living room, not too spacious but adequate for a couple. There is essentially just the one restaurant for breakfast and dinner but just outside the hotel there are numerous restaurants. It seems the hotel is catering more to Indian tourists as there is an "indian corner" at breakfast and there are many Indian dishes on the a-la-carte dinner menu. They also have a different theme "buffet night" on different nights. The communal swimming pool is of good size and goes around in front of many hotel rooms. There is also a "lounge" for select guests for afternoon tea and drinks.

From the moment we checked in, we were looked after by all staff members in this hotel. This holiday was to celebrate my 50th birthday and the Grand Mecure certainly made it a memorable experience. I was spoilt with cake on arrival and beautiful bed decorations. We found the buffet breakfast to be one of the best we've experienced world wide. The staff were always very friendly and happy to help in anyway possible. We were looked after even more, because of being Accor members. The only thing I could complain about, would be that the room was a little small.....but we made it work. Thank you Grand Mecure for helping me have a wonderful 50th Birthday!

Stayed at this hotel and couldn't fault. Great location, lovely people, spotless and comfortable. Food and drinks always available. If you are thinking of staying in patong you are close to everything here. Excellent facilities, close to bars and restaurants and easy walk to beach.
