We rated our stay a 10 and couldn’t be more satisfied - this was one of the most amazing weeks we’ve had on any holiday. Grand Mercure Phuket Patong is perfectly located - just a short walk to Patong Beach, shopping areas, and the vibrant Bangla Road nightlife. Despite being so close to everything, once you step inside the resort, it feels peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. We cannot thank them enough. They welcome guests from all over the world with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a constant smile. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. Our room was serviced daily to a very high standard - we always returned to fresh towels, a spotless room, and a comfortable bed. If you’re considering room options, the direct pool access rooms are absolutely worth it. In the Phuket heat and humidity, being able to step straight from your room into the pool is unbeatable. Dining was another highlight. Bubbles Restaurant offered an outstanding range of high-quality food. Breakfast was classic resort style, with chefs preparing fresh eggs exactly how you like them. The themed dinner nights were excellent, with a wide variety of options, all cooked to your preference. We highly recommend booking the seafood night - it was a standout experience. Overall, the service, location, rooms, and entire experience were first class. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning our return.

The customer service was excellent. However, the room 126 was not acceptable. It has a wet musty smell to it which is quite unpleasant. I chose not to mention it during my stay as to not cause any problems.
