Our stay at the grand mercure was one of the high lights of our trip we had a pool room which was fantastic and the cleaning staff made sure our room was clean smelling beautifully while we were out on our trips around phuket and to the staff at the front who could not do enough for us many thanks especially to Aib ,Nkeng ,kea ,Em , Mew, who could not do enough for and made our trip enjoyable hope to see you all in the near future we highly recommend Grand Mercure five out of five

Overall nice stay. It was time for our room to have some TLC and minor fixes. The dehumidifier in the room worked overtime to try to keep the moisture out and but we FREQUENTLY had to empty it. Staff was great and Bubbles - the onsite restaurant was great.

Services was nice upon arrivail, drinks and towel servedwas a nuce touch. Don't like that my moment was on hold as deposit for the entire stay. Lobby had mosquito so couldn't sit there long. Food was bland not much flavor. Foot massage at the spa is bad location since it's right next to the pool where's there's guest walking by and kids swimming so it was loud so I couldn't relax. The Vip lounge service was great. Room was cleaned every day. Space was big (I got a 2 bedroom with a private pool). Room was stocked daily with water. The location was great, close to everything n only 10 mins walking to the beach and big mall, local night Market. Resort should offer more amenity free services like snacks n drinks at lobby area or throughout resort that would should more high ends resort like other resort. Should offer options for all-inclusive.

The staff is helping and polite. The cleanliness of the hotel is just acceptable. As the hotel is not new, many areas need to repair O. renovate (such as bath tube, shower head and wall in the room). Too many mosquitoes in the hotel. We reserved three pool-access rooms for our group of 7 (including 1 kid). All three rooms have many mosquitoes (4-6 each) inside the rooms when we first checked in. No kid amenities provided upon request. Breakfast is not bad, and again, good services at all.

My name is Abdullah, i spent 5 days in room 301 It was a good days in grand mercure hotel, I spent 5 days in it it’s clean and quiet hotel. The people working there are very nice, especially “Riki” and “Aab” “Riki” is always smiling and serving the guests whatever they want. She is truly the best , thanks Riki . I will come back to phuket and that is my hotel Abdullah..
