We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were welcomed with drinks in the room, and the bed was beautifully decorated with a birthday greeting, which made my day feel very special. The hotel created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The first impression was not good once I arrived at the hotel. No one cared about me and so I had to drag my luggage up the stairs myself to the lobby. However, my bad impression unraveled during the check-in because of their sincere membership benefit policy. I will stay there again once I visit Phuket again.

Almost a perfect stay, the only downside was the dampness in the room, which I hope will be improved in the future. The swimming pool was great, and there was even a children's play pool. The breakfast selection was so extensive that I didn't have a chance to try them all. The staff were very professional and friendly.
