While the kids areas were good to keep our little one entertained, the rest of the facilities were very tired. The pool lacked enough seating. Could never find a free lounger. It also closed at 7pm which felt far too early. Overall it was an okay stay, but we probably wouldn’t choose it again.

Summary - overall not recommended for the money paid and services seen at hotel Checkin - 3/10 => Ms Toy and other check in guests need to be trained. The check in staff is rude, Inhuman, impolite and non considerate. I was made to wait 5+ hours for checkin. The rooms were empty but they kept telling cleaning was in progress. The check in lady Ms Toy don't understand what it means for the guests with infants and unwell kids. She thinks making people wait is fun. Completely unacceptable and non recommended. Only after I complained to the manager they gave the room. Manager said they need to train their staff. What's stopping to train them? Complaints like this? Housekeeping - 0/10 - called housekeeping almost 25 times in 4 days of stay. Not even a single time 6333 responded and called back. Each time I then had to call reception and ask for what I need. All during normal hours. On the last day, housekeeping themselves decided to keep 1 dirty towel for 4 guests. Like really? Are you Novotel or a cheap street side condo? Restaurant / Food - 2/10 - all I could figure out to eat was fruits, rest everything was cold at 930am and all staff were busy within themselves. I spotted a live cockroach in fruits.

As a couple who had been booked into a family resort, I was a little worried. However we had a great time, the room was perfect with a beautiful view, we enjoyed a lovely dinner, and breakfast, although at times a bit chaotic with lots of children, was great with lots of choice. However it was the beautiful staff at the resort that made it special, everyone we encountered were polite helpful and friendly, they are a real asset to your business.
