We had a nice stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Hotel. The room and facilities were really good and our kids also enjoyed the stay. The staffs were really helpful and courteous..Mr. Aey, Chef Naveen, all the restaurant staffs were all friendly. The only the we weren’t happy about is the delay from Housekeeping to clean the room and change the amenities and water. Apart from that we were quite happy with the Hotel.

When we arrived we were told we could only use the kids club for 1 hour a day, even though this is the reason we booke the hotel. We then found out this was wrong and what was meant was that we could only use the soft play for 1 hour a day before paying. However when we found this out we had wasted half of our days. Also the bedroom floor was wet when the electric was off - this was for an entire morning - made it dangerous for my 4 year old who fell. The whole hotel was hot with no Aircon. The food was terrible and freezing at the buffet. The cabernet entertainment was funny and okay. When we did know we could use the kids club it was mainly good, but my daughter did report feeling sad there once and spending 40 mins staring into space?

The hotel is in nice area , we had AEY who made the movement of our hotel easy and was helpful as we had many luggage 😭 The beach is lovely although crowded but it is peak season hotel has lovely staff and breakfast and spa services ,rooms are not super fancy but family friendly

We were in Phuket (Thailand) for a week and last week we booked Novotel Katavista and realized we should have booked it for more days. Its very near to the best beach in Phuket the Kata. Not only its an amazing property with best family room but also has the best breakfast option for someone like me who only eat veg food. They had Chole Bhature, veg rolls and lot more options for me and my family and Chef Naveen made sure we are taken care of. Thank you chef Naveen for your extra care during our stay.

Travelled with 2 kids. Amazing hotel for families with kids. Good room size for a family of 4. The kids club & activities were excellent, pool was great. Staff were friendly and amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially Pom, Aimee, Ging & Tim from the kid's club. Restuarant staff super friendly. Will def go back and highly recommend
