Pros: - Very friendly and professional front desk staff. - Special thanks to Grace from the reception, who was extremely helpful and even offered us a room upgrade. - Excellent children’s facilities with great kids’ play areas and very nice swimming pools for children. - Shuttle service to the beach is very useful considering the hotel’s location. - À la carte restaurant menu was excellent. - After sharing feedback regarding breakfast on day 4, the chef personally took care of us the next morning. He was very kind, welcoming, and prepared several delicious international and Arabic dishes for us including shakshouka, hummus, feta, and more. This was a very appreciated gesture and significantly improved our experience. Cons: - The hotel is located on a very steep hill, making it difficult to walk up and down, especially for families with strollers or young children. - No assistance with luggage upon arrival, which was disappointing. - The hotel feels quite old and outdated compared to other Novotel properties. - Noticeable humidity smell in several areas of the hotel. - Rooms have outdated decoration. - Beds are very hard and not very comfortable. - Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. - Breakfast buffet is repetitive with almost no daily variation. - International breakfast options are limited and overall quality is average.

The hotel location is indicated on our official channels and shuttle service is available throughout the day to assist guests moving between the property and nearby areas. Regarding the condition of the hotel, the management team is already planning the renovation in phase as part of the ongoing improvement program. Your comments regarding room atmosphere, bedding comfort, bathroom condition, and overall presentation have been noted for further review with the relevant operational teams. In regard to breakfast, the hotel offer everything from Western, Thai, Arabic, Indian, Chinese, we're sorry if you don't find them adequate and we wish you could have let us know at the time. Guest feedback remains important in helping us evaluate menu rotation and presentation standards. Regarding luggage assistance, the hotel experiences high occupancy periods at times and team members may occasionally be attending to other guests across the property. The hotel is in a great position, just far enough away from the crowd and traffic but close enough to the beach shops and restaurants. The pools are a good size and the staff were friendly and engaging.
