I’m still waiting for my refund after I was denied the stay that I had already paid for, due to not having the card I originally paid with (due to it expiring). I was told I would get the refund immediately, but it has now been 48 days, and despite contacting you, I am still waiting for the 35.000. That service is ridiculous and super frustrating.

It was nothing short of perfect for us with our 6 year old! Lots of things to do, we actually spent one whole day in the resort to get through all the activities. The food options for vegetarians is amazing. They make EVERYTHING vegetarian, the staff is super friendly and nice. Recommend it 100%!

Check-in took a very long time, and we were passed from one staff member to another, largely due to limited English proficiency, which made the process frustrating and inefficient. The themed event nights in the restaurant were poorly thought out. There was limited choice at the buffet, and on Wednesday night during the steak and sounds event, three of us ordered tenderloin. After waiting approximately 25 minutes, a chef came to inform us that there was no tenderloin left and that only ribeye was available. By this time, the rest of the table had already finished their meals. When the ribeye eventually arrived, it was extremely tough and rubbery. In the end, we left and went to Kata Market to have dinner. Lunches and snacks at the restaurant were also disappointing. The service was very slow, and it often felt as though staff were actively avoiding guests. On several occasions, we had to make a real effort to get someone’s attention just to place an order. Checkout was equally slow. Front desk staff appeared more focused on chatting amongst themselves than assisting guests, and once again seemed reluctant to engage. Overall, the hotel itself was acceptable, but the service levels—both at the front desk and in the restaurant—significantly detracted from the experience.
