We recently spent 9 wonderful nights at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the food and beverages were delicious throughout our stay. Every staff member was incredibly helpful. Nadear was particularly kind and always went out of her way to assist us. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and will definitely be returning in the future!

The hotel is well located, although reaching it involves a fairly steep uphill walk. That said, this is largely mitigated by the free shuttle service to the beach, which runs every hour and is very convenient. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Room service is very good. However, the furniture and interior decoration feel a bit dated, and some elements clearly need replacement. We also had an issue with water not draining properly in the shower. The swimming pool is large and clean. The restaurant is pleasant, and the breakfast offers good quality and a solid variety for a reasonable price. The service is a real highlight. The hotel staff are extremely kind and welcoming. We received a free birthday cake, and the team organized a Christmas party, which was a very nice touch. Special thanks to Suzan and Aey — they were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to help us whenever needed and made our stay noticeably more comfortable. Overall, a very good stay, mainly thanks to the service quality and staff dedication, despite some aging facilities.

Wonderful days at the hotel, wonderful staff, especially Nadear and Jaden at reception. But everyone is great, you feel welcome. The rooms are a bit dated, but large and comfortable, and they clean well. The hotel is located on a fairly steep hill, which might be uncomfortable for those with limited mobility or families with children, but there is a shuttle to Kata Beach. Karon Beach is a 10-minute walk away (the return trip is a little longer due to the hill). As a travel agent, I can say that the hotel is completely worth the price. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
