Overall, the stay was great. The only downside was the floor in the room. We stayed during a few days of heavy rain, so the floor in the room became quite wet all the time because of the humidity. Unfortunately, there were no slippers in the room, only sandals. Thank you

The hotel was very family friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would have liked house keeping to come at a regular time and replenish towels and take out rubbish without being prompted for a 5 star hotel. Overall we did enjoy our stay in the room, it is quite old so has a dusty musk smell and AC had to be running on a cool 22 no higher which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. We did adjust it from time to time being with our 21 months old who doesn’t sleep with a blanket.

It was not that pleasant for me, the concierge seems to don’t have the idea of greeting, the floor got wet when AC temp reduced, I didn’t like the experience sorry, however the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming

At first when I arrived, everything went smoothly, the room is good. On the next day when I woke up, the room floor is full of water by the floor condensed. Also, the breakfast was below Novotel standard. a little selections and not good quality. With the room price a paid, I feel just OK. But the hotel need a very big upgrade to keep up Novotel standard.

I was alocated a room that staff were aware smelt of mould from the airconditioning system. I felt unwell in the morning. I only stayed one night. Any cotton clothes smelt of mould after bening in the room. Room 314.

Disappointing Experience. Not a 5 star hotel experience. Moisture in the room on the floor made it very dangerous - the hotel offered a Humidifier which did remove the moisture but was loud during the night, and had lights that flashed when the water catchment was full, and would wake you up - another guest at the hotel asked us at the bar whether we had this problem, as they had it as well. When we checked in we were asked what time we would like our room serviced - we advised 10.30am would be great - it was only completed once at this time, and got later and later each day, to the point on our last night (7 nights we stayed for) it was around 6.30pm - room service also didn't leave towels some days

The hotel's location is fantastic — just a short walk from Kata Beach and right on the main street, giving easy access to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were spotless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and provided excellent customer service. A special thanks to May at the reception desk, who assisted us during check-in. She explained everything clearly and professionally, making the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
