We came to the resort for a well earned rest & that we got! The attentive, friendly & amazing staff which are the heart & soul of the business, which truly made our stay relaxing! Always engaging & going above & being our expectations! Especially Din & Apple in the En Vogue restaurant, the staff in the Canopy Bar, staff on reception, the cleaners & Aey at concierge who were beyond amazing, making sure we were well looked after! With the facilities & beautiful rooms that make the Novotel Avista Resort & Spa, one to visit next time you’re in Phuket

superb hotel with beach and town center nearby, the staff is friendly. there is a bar and restaurant in the swimming pool and another bar where you can relax quietly with cold drinks, a good restaurant for all types of people. There are rooms with balconies with a beautiful view of the hotel. there is a spa and gym open 24 hours a day

the hotel is magnifient, the staff especily Alon and Nadear was very kind and pleasant, we sleep well and eat very well close to the city. Everything was very good and i enjoyed staying here. I Hope to spend moré Time here . The staffs was very frindly to me

This trip we travel like a family trip, we expect a lot with this hotel as reviews for the family friendly. First that I visit here, I got warm greetings with Ms. Bee who’s make our family feel like home and comfortable. The hotel located on high hill but they have shuttle services every 30 minutes. That more helpful. The room was good with cleanliness. Ms. Bee also greeted us everyday. Highly recommended.
