A fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. What made the experience truly memorable was the exceptional service. Lawrence, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort for its beautiful facilities and outstanding service. I am staying at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa right now. Everything is perfect and wonderful. Staffs are very nice. Especially Nadear from the reception, she is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful and delicious. I love staying here.

Stayed here for 2 nights . The location is ok but the approach road is very steep although they have shuttle every 30 mins. The hotel needs renovation. The rooms size is ok but decor is not elegant and comparable to 5 star standards. The hotel corridors are no air conditioned and very claustrophobic.There was an electric spark in my room which was later fixed. More importantly the hospitality and personal touch for guests was lacking
