We had absolutely fabulous stay at the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista. The service from the receptionist, restaurants through the room service was beyond our expectations. The breakfast options were delicious, however, I would suggest to rotate a selection a bit during the week. The only negative I would metion was not sufficient amount of sun lounges near the pools. Unfortunately, the guests were securing their spots by leaving the towel on, in the morning and not attending the pools till later hours which prevented other people from enjoying the sun & pool.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. It’s surrounded by so many great restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The staff is amazing—everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, and it really made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room was amazing, large and a good size balcony. The staff were all so accommodating and lovely too. Be aware, the hotel is located on top of a massive hill though so make sure to organise transport, we used a bike / scooter to get around all week. We all enjoyed the caberet show in the hotel restaurant and my son liked the sea scooter in the pool & VR room for some of the excellent on site experiences.

We stayed for 3 nights and we were extremely satisfied by the level of service, food and facilities. All the staff were exemplary and could not be faulted. They were always available, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The food also excellent with many options.
