First time in Phuket hotel is around the corner from everything it is on the hill walking down not so bad if you have had a long day walking back up could be an issue but foot massage would help that before walking. Overall very clean and staff was very helpful check-in was a breeze check out what's also simple the pool was awesome and they do have a bunch of stuff for kids which was amazing for my daughter. Then House restaurant for breakfast buffet was very good. Would stay again

We opted for the Family Fun offer during our stay, which turned out to be a great choice for kids. It included a variety of engaging activities such as VR games, an underwater scooter experience, and art sessions at the kids’ club. This definitely added value to the overall experience and kept the children well entertained. The hotel also offers a solid range of amenities, including separate pools for kids and adults, a restaurant, a bar, a poolside bar, and a spa. The shuttle service to the beach is a convenient addition, making it easier for guests to access the shoreline without hassle. That said, the property feels more like a hotel than a resort. Rooms share at least one common wall with adjacent rooms, and in some cases, two, which can slightly affect the sense of privacy. The room itself felt somewhat underwhelming for a 5-star property. While it was functional, it didn’t quite match the expectations one might have at this level in terms of comfort and overall finish. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, especially for families with children due to the activities and amenities. However, improvements in room quality and a more resort-like atmosphere could significantly enhance the experience.
