Perfect hotel at Kata beach for families! Our family felt welcomed the moment we arrived.Suzan at the front desk provides a fantastic first impression. Suzan was fantastic at check-in—patient, cheerful, and even had a little something to keep the kids happy. A Truly Memorable Stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista was nothing short of wonderful. The resort itself is beautifully located on a quiet hill, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to Kata Beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pools were perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe of the resort felt calm, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made this stay special, however, was the outstanding service from the staff, especially May and Suzan. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. May was always warm, kind, and attentive. She greeted us with a sincere smile every time we met her and was always ready to help, whether it was with small requests or local tips. Her positive energy and thoughtfulness really made our days at the resort brighter. Suzan was equally impressive. She handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure our stay was smooth and stress-free. She listened carefully to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her calm and friendly attitude made a big difference. Thanks to May and Suzan, our experience at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista felt personal, warm, and truly memorable. It wasn’t just a hotel stay — it felt like being genuinely cared for. We stayed at the hotel for a few days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist, Den. He checked us in efficiently and took the time to give a clear and detailed explanation about the hotel and the nearby beaches, which was very helpful. What stood out was his genuine friendliness — even in the lift, he made a point of greeting other guests and asking how they were. He was also very kind and engaging with our daughter, which we really appreciated. His professionalism and warm manner made our stay feel even more welcoming.
