Was very easy to access from taxi, reception desk was very helpful and could answer any questions and queries we had. SHE was great and all information was provided an we where very happy with the service that was provided from the second we stepped out the text. Upon arrival I had been messaging the hotel via the booking.com website and they were super helpful! A big shoutout to SHE at the front desk she was amazing

Pros: Ideally located near to Old Town and 7-11 is nearby Hotel staffs are polite and well behaved Rooms are well maintained Cons: Bathrooms are a little bit congested Swimming pool and gym are located a bit far away from the hotel

We had booked this property back in August 2025 for stay during new year time. Unfortunately family room were all completely sold out and i dropped email requesting for family room and they have provided me an upgrade. This is a nice gesture by ibis style phuket city and team

Our experience with Ibis Styles Phuket City was pathetic. Everything from the breakfast buffet (if you can call it that) to the room cleaning was hilariously underwhelming. No change of toiletries was a huge red flag. No comb, no ear buds. And your staff is super passive aggressive. I understand breakfast gets over to 10:00am. Your guests are on a holiday for new years. I doubt it would hurt if coffee was available till 10:30. Please fire Bell. She's a disgrace to your organization. I was scolded and screamt a few times when I came by to get coffee a lil later than 10:00am. Also having a coffee machine 24x7 won't hurt the economics of the hotel I'm sure.
