The lights and air conditioner were turned on and off many times by themselves since 3 AM and TV was also turned on and off itself from 5 AM together with the lights and air conditioner. It’s quite bad experience. However, the staff is nice when I called for a help. The breakfast is at another hotel which is not ok for me.

Review: I stayed at this hotel for one night on May 3, 2026. The location is very convenient – right in Phuket Town, close to local food and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. As an Accor member, I received nice benefits (welcome drink, room upgrade, etc.), which made my stay even better. Good value for money. I would stay again.
