Wanted to try old Phuket town and was not disappointed. Very different vibe to Patong. This hotel is budget friendly especially as we were staying there for 30 nights! We were greeted by the fab Gift, whom we learnt was a great benefit to Accor team! Our room was small but comfy! Breakfast was next door at Novotel which we enjoyed each day being greeted by Jack every day! Made us feel special and delivered us a fresh juice each day even on his day off! We swam every day at Novotel pool and used the gym which was great! We went to the rooftop bar and enjoyed some of the best food we have eaten in Phuket! Overall a very special time for us! As Accor members we felt very special! We will definitely come back!

It’s easy to walk around and explore Phuket Old Town, with many restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby. Finding something to eat is very convenient, and in the morning there’s a local market in front of the hotel.

It was really disappointing not hygenic not matched with the pictures on Booking.com plus asking for refund for 2 nights you dont give response i stayed in room for 15 mins only Then i had to book another hotel and it was money loss for me
