The location is very nice (10 mins walk to old town). The hotel's shared facilities with Novotel & access to guests staying at Ibis is also unique. The staff was very friendly & since we were with a child, they were kind enough to upgrade us to family suite. (Much larger room).

Everything was great. The location, the room, the breakfast, the staff. We just had a less-pleasing view since our room was in the 2nd floor. All we could see was just a roof.

We had a 2 night stay at the Ibis Styles Phuket City. This hotel has all the amenities you might need. It's situated about 15mins walk out of the main part of old town, so is on the quieter side. The staff were also great at reception, providing great restaurant suggestions as well as helping us out with a last minute airport transfer when grab let us down. Thanks again for a great stay.

Nice location. However was dissopointed as I got a room with dirty and non see through windows. Felt suffocating. Otherwise peaceful surroundings and garden. Please improve swimming pool. Was full of crow droppings
