The location was good, as it’s located in the Phuket old town but need a short walk to the central happening area. Just outside the hotel was the market which offer food options. In the next morning, there was also a morning market. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful on any queries or requests.

I have one concern: the hotel carried out some work on the water pipes during the night. The next morning, when I woke up to take a shower, I found that the water remained hot even when I adjusted the tap fully to the cold setting. A mechanic came to fix the issue, but the problem was not fully resolved. I was only able to use cool water, and even a slight adjustment toward the hot side caused the water to become too hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay absolutely enjoyed the breakfast at Novotel, we were spoilt with variety of food, staff was polite, natty at the reception was so smiling please make her your permanent employee, also the afternoon staff was very helpful, it would be nice if an umbrella would be provided in every room, the staff have once we asked them, and there were no laundry bags or toiletries in our room no 3331, next day room cleaning was done after we requested, we requested for handwash and cups. We thought there was only one bottle of water, was not told that the other bottle was in the fridge Also to mention that the pillows were not as comfortable as in other hotels, the sheets were clean, though we had a good overall stay, staff helped if asked for anything, they also helped us book a mini bus for us to go to the airport, thank you very much for the 10th anniversary sweets, much appreciated

Reasonably good hotel, good breakfast. Nice hotel staff. Location, though slightly far from happening places such as Bangla street, etc, but stiil good surroundings.
