Eakacha Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I booked the double bed as I am travelling alone, the staff also gave me as the booking, however the room I got is Disabled room (Which I never asked for), I contact to the welcome desk to ask to change the room before I going out around 6 pm and the staff ask me if I can contact them again later due to they need to check the room, when I came back around 8:30 pm the staff also ask me to wait again in the Disabled room. And they didn’t prepare for my request to change the room even after asked for 2 hours. This really disappointed. The hotel should Never give the guest disable room if they don’t asked for. And the room should be ready after 2 hours after asking the new room. The staff is quite nice but not efficient of their responsibilities.

Located in a quiet area. Accessible to mall eatery nearby, the wet market just across the road from hotel carpark if you want to experience the local life. About 15 minutes walking to downtown area. Room is standard iBis style deco and bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly just like most places in Thailand.

Excellent hotel, location so close to everything. Staff always so friendly and eager to help with a smile on their face. Front manager Maimoon was awesome! giving us tips on what to do, where to go locally and chasing things up for us. Very clean, bed so comfortable with full amenities. Plugs are also international! highly recommended, worth every cents!

The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and check in was fast and easy. The room whilst basic was still modern, clean and spacious. Staff were always smiling and saying hi. The only issue is that their English is not the best, but they did try to help where possible. Pool and gym facilities are shared with the nearby Novotel. Wifi is a bit slow.
