My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay, this was our first visit to Thailand and our stay was everything and more than we could have ever expected. Nothing was ever a problem, the room was delightful with a lovely pool and ocean view. Little extras like a beach bag, slippers, thongs free wifi were nice extras.

From our arrival to our departure, we could not fault our stay at Avista Grand Karon! The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and very clean and well maintained. The facilities are great and enough options for food and beverages, and a fabulous Day Spa! The rooms were clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Mattresses and pillows were so comfortable. I have never met such accomodating, experienced and welcoming staff overseas before! The facilities were exceptional and clean. Any question was answered within a matter of minutes. We purchased a package through a third party provider and Avista exceeded all expectations. This was my partners first time overseas and both of our first times staying at this hotel (or should I say resort!) I have recommended to all my friends/family as well as Aussie Facebook pages saying THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!

Dear Polly J. P., Thank you very much for your heartfelt and detailed review. We are delighted to know that you felt so warmly welcomed and that our team helped make Avista Grande Phuket Karon feel like a home away from home. We truly appreciate your kind words about our facilities, cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall service. A special thank you for recognizing Milk, Diamond, Arthur, Shishir, our Pool Bar team, and our Breakfast team. Your compliments will be proudly shared with them. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the room cleaning, particularly the vacuuming of the floors. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our Housekeeping team for further attention. Thank you for recommending us so highly to your friends, family, and fellow travellers. We are truly grateful for your support and look forward to welcoming you both back for another memorable stay. Warm regards, Management Team

Rajat L. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Our stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon - MGallery was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the resort exuded boutique luxury, stunning design, and a serene ambiance, but what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, world-class team. They made my birthday feel incredibly special. We walked into a beautifully decorated room adorned with our own personalized pictures, which was such a thoughtful, heartwarming touch. To top it off, they arranged a beautiful surprise birthday cake that made the celebration truly unforgettable. A very special thank you goes out to Vanshdeep, Cindy, and Yasser. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and flawless hospitality made us feel incredibly valued throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The culinary experience here deserves a review of its own. Chef Shishir took exceptional care of us during our meals, constantly checking in and ensuring that every dining experience was tailored to our liking. A massive standout, however, was Chef Rana. He went out of his way to prepare a personalized, authentic Indian Paratha for us. It was absolutely phenomenal—honestly better than what you get at many high-end, fine-dining restaurants back in India! If you are looking for a beautiful property in Phuket that pairs luxury with deeply personalized, heartwarming service, Avista Grande Karon is the ultimate choice. We cannot wait to return!

Dear Rajat L., Thank you very much for sharing such a wonderful and heartfelt review. We are delighted to know that your birthday stay was truly memorable and that the personalized room decoration and surprise cake made the celebration even more special. A very special thank you for recognizing Vanshdeep, Cindy, and Yasser for their warm and attentive hospitality, as well as Chef Shishir for taking such great care of your dining experience. We are also delighted to hear that Chef Rana’s personalized Indian Paratha was such a highlight of your stay. Your kind words about our team mean a great deal to us and will be proudly shared with everyone mentioned. Thank you once again for your recommendation. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back to Avista Grande Phuket Karon for another unforgettable stay. Warm regards, Management Team

It was an amazing stay! Booking it was the best birthday gift for myself. It was so thoughtful of the staff to have a birthday greeting and a cake waiting for me. And i had an upgrade from mountain view to pool view which is fantastic and honestly too huge for a aolo traveller but im not complaining ay all. 🤭 Location is great, just few mins walk to the beach, convenient for an early morning walks and for catching sunsets. The food at Portosino is amazing, addicted to their banana bread, i had to ask if i could buy and i did. And the having a drink at Char'd while watching the fire dance was the best way to end my stay. And of course the lovely staffs, who always greet guest with a smile, Even the housekeeping, asking guests if they need anything and asking hows the stay so far . Overall. It really was an amazing experience. 😍

Stayed here for a few nights and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly whenever I needed help. It was also quiet, so I was able to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Nothing over the top, but everything was well taken care of. I’d stay here again.

The service was excellent! The food was excellent! The staff is excellent! We stayed in room 2105. That room had a very foul odor of mildew. I assume it was from the mixture of the air conditioning and the hot humid outdoor air and also the pool water because this room was a pool walk out room. We did not want to complain and we just dealt with it. I would not get a pool access room again because of this. Also, I would suggest the hotel crack down on guests being allowed to hang towels and clothing over the balcony to dry. When laying out at the pool, this visual really changes the vibe of the hotel and makes it look not as fancy indeed. Clothing racks are on each balcony I assume and they should be enforced. Other than those things, the hotel is beautiful and our stay was amazing.

Dear Angela M., Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our service, food, friendly team, and the overall beauty of the hotel. We sincerely apologize for the mildew odor and humidity experienced in room 2105. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for further attention and improvement. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding towels and clothing being displayed on balconies, as maintaining the overall appearance and atmosphere of the resort is very important to us. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We are pleased to know that you would stay with us again and look forward to welcoming you back for an even better experience. Sincerely, Management Team Avista Grande Phuket Karon

We had a wonderful stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon! The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. A special mention to Yasser, who remembered us throughout our stay and always made it a point to check in on us whenever he saw us. Prem, who checked us in, was also fantastic and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we could expect during our stay. As Accor Diamond members, we were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a beautiful pool access room. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to step straight out to the pool! Breakfast had a great spread of both Thai and international options, and everything we tried was delicious. We opted for the half-board package and had dinner at Portosino Restaurant. The pork chop and crab curry were both excellent and definitely among the highlights of our meal. There was also a fire show in the evening, which made dinner even more enjoyable. The gym was sufficiently equipped for a good workout during our stay as well. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. The lovely room, good food and, most importantly, the warm and attentive service from the team made our stay a memorable one. We would happily return!

Dear Jun K. A. O., Thank you very much for your wonderful review.
