Staff were wonderful. We felt well looked after, the breakfast is one of the best we have seen and experienced. Swim up pool bar staff were great and the drinks were classically made. All Staff are clearly well trained in hospitality!! We loved our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon – MGallery. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome. The location is great, close to the beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The pool is absolutely beautiful, a perfect spot to relax. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in Phuket. I would love to come back.

Avista Grand Karon Resort and Spa - Phuket An absolutely sensational hotel in a lovely quiet part of Phuket. From the moment we arrived and were greeted at reception by Sun and Milk, our three night stay at the Avista Grande set a high bar. Our room with a mountain view on the fifth floor was roomy with an excellent balcony where we would sit on the lounge in the afternoon to enjoy a quiet moment looking up to the Big Buddha above. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Even on a busy Labour Day weekend, with the hotel at capacity we did not feel as though the hotel was under pressure. Every staff member we met unfailingly smiled and greeted us. As we have found, our most memorable stays have been due to the staff who are so helpful and friendly. The pool is one of the most enjoyable and well organised we have experienced. There are plenty of lounges available either in the sun or shade and the excellent Lido Pool Bar where Zee and Khai looked after us so well. The highlight for us, however, was the absolutely wonderful food. The pool side restaurant, Char’D, provided two of the best meals of our stay in Thailand along with the upstairs restaurant, Portosino, where a magnificent range of breakfast dishes were served each morning. We marvelled at the skills of the kitchen team led by the incredibly talented and charming chef, Shishir. Nothing was too much trouble when providing gluten free options for my wife, who is a coeliac. Thank you Shishir and all your team, Jayant, Annie, Tha, Pop, Nes, Faii, Arthur and all whose names we did not learn. You made our stay at Avista Grande one to remember. Thank you also to Gaurang the Restaurant Manager for making us feel so much at home! My wife also enjoyed a very relaxing and professional spa treatment with Tik at Pearl. Of course, thanks must always go to the management who clearly understand hospitality to have developed such a warm and welcoming hotel experience for guests. We were fortunate to meet the General Manager, Yasser, on our departure and thank him for all the work he has done with his colleagues to create such a wonderful hotel experience for guests. Finally, thank you to Tisa who helped us settle our account and check that we had enjoyed our stay. She was also very helpful in booking the spa and answering any questions we had. To Kirrill who helped us with our bags as we said farewell. Thank you! If you are looking for a truly outstanding stay in a wonderful hotel in Phuket, we can unreservedly recommend the Avista Grande at Karon Beach
