Check in smooth. They went the extra mile since it was my anniversary to decorate the room and supply some delicious treat. The pool and the rooftop bar is amazing. The pool is so spacious and all the seats are extremely comfortable. The roof deck has an amazing view of the beach and the sunsets. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and packed with various different cuisines and the staff were extremely attentive. Such a great location in Karon, where you don’t have to deal with Patongs craziness but easy to get to the different areas such as Patong, Chalong and the areas you can grab long tail boats. I was able to use their services for my drop off to the airport and they got me there quickly in the dead of morning. Overall the staff were so accommodating and the place so beautiful it’s well worth the price. They also have an amazing spa which I was able to get booked without issues for the next day after my arrival. I received a body scrub, body wrap and Thai massage and it was one of the best I had the 20 days I stayed in all of Thailand.

1. no upgrade room : disappointed. 2. room cleaning : poor ...we requested it again because found many hair & broken glass debris 3. no notice that accor discount(food 30%, drink 15%) is not available in swimming pool. even they let me know, i would buy as same amount..just feel bad when i knew it at check out time.... 4. when i check in, robby is too hot...and wait for long time. 5. great breakfast 6. kind staff. 7. forest view is terrible....if i knew about view, i book sea view...too bad.. 8. on the way to beach, there are too dark...and bad smell.. 9. poor remote control of tv 10. missing request : i aksed ice .they forgot 1 time i cannot believe your hotel is 5 star. 4star is max... anyway, thanks

I paid hkd2000+ for a room per night but the room is unhygienic and so humid. Told receptionist about this and they said I need to set the AC at certain temperature so it won’t be humid. This is so funny perhaps you should renovate your ac system. Please spend some efforts to clean the room thoroughly. The shampoo and shower gel bottle looks disgusting with stain and mole on it. Told receptionist to send a bellboy at 4am as I would be checking out, the bellboy never came. The only good thing is the hotel breakfast is nice. Overall bad experience, totally not justify for the price.
