Incredible, relaxing stay!

This was a phenomenal resort. Staff were so friendly and attentive, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous, the pool is so comfortable and large and the breakfast was unbelievable. We booked a couple of months in advance and were not disappointed at all. The customer service was absolutely excellent and we loved our stay. One of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. In addition, we booked transportation to and from Phuket airport which was so easy and smooth. We also booked a catamaran island tour through the tour agent and she was so lovely. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Super high quality and great choices. We were upgraded to a king size, pool and sea view room with a jet tub on the balcony and it was paradise. We absolutely loved. Although some people complained about the beach being across the road and up a ‘hill’, we found it super convenient and the ‘hill’ is a slight incline. It was nice to be away from the busy road and near lots of other restaurant options. Do yourself a favour and book this exquisite resort! It is work every penny and you will make memories that will last a lifetime!

Had a great time, really good location, short walk to beach and near nice restaurants. I wanted to write this review as a special thanks for service that went beyond anything you might expect. We left our iPad in the room, reception let us know and offer to sent it on to our next hotel in Phuket old town (not close!) using by one of their trusted drivers to make sure it didn’t go missing along the way. Then they called back to let us know ‘Sun’ who works at the hotel would kindly drop it for us, she’s just done exactly that at the time she promised. Phew and thanks so much ❤️

Modern, nicely-decorated, well-maintained, clean property. Friendly and helpful staff. Although it's located in a vibrant touristic area with many shops and restaurants, the hotel building is quiet and relaxing. Very nice breakfast buffet. The only issue we had was at the hotel's fancy and pricey Char'd restaurant, where we experienced a much-delayed serving of one of the main courses. Although it arrived after all other participants had already finished their meal, it didn't occur to the restaurant's staff that they should offer some compensation, as is normally done in such cases. Quite disappointing experience.
