We had a very pleasant stay here…the resort is located right opposite the beach and quite close to local market and numerous restaurant options. I would specifically mention about the exceptionally good hospitality here…the staff here goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite lavish and food quality was superb. I left my phone in cab and how the hotel staff helped me retrieve it and even charged it for me while I was away…it was truly a memorable stay for us. From the moment we arrived at Avista Grande, we knew we had found somewhere special. We had originally booked just two nights, but after experiencing everything the hotel had to offer, we extended our stay to four nights because we simply couldn’t bear to leave. Our room was stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities throughout the resort were exceptional, creating the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. One of the highlights of every day was breakfast. The buffet was outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food to suit every taste. From freshly prepared eggs and local Thai favourites to pastries, fresh fruit, and barista-style coffee, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had and the perfect way to start each day. We travelled with our 9-year-old daughter and were genuinely impressed by how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids’ club was fantastic, and it was wonderful to see younger guests made to feel just as welcome as everyone else. What truly sets Avista Grande apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, always with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel valued throughout our stay and turned what was already a wonderful holiday into an unforgettable one. It is rare to experience service of this calibre, and every staff member deserves recognition. Without hesitation, we can say this is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at.
