Thailand is a world away from life in the USA. Novotel was the perfect place to stay because it puts you in the middle of Thai life but allows you to return to the "familiar". Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were as well.

A pleasant surprise in a quieter part of town. Clean and cozy. Pleasant staff. Spectacular view from the 17th floor! Enjoyed our balcony on the 9th floor city view. Breakfast coffee could have been hotter, but lots of variety of food.

Was ok, the check in was slow.... as ALL member would had expected a better treatment..., in other hotels had offered a gift, and upgrade or something... here was completely ignored.
