Hotel may look luxurious yet some amenities are rather old. The room has a fridge yet no freezer. And the shower tap only allowed water to flow out from the ceiling fixed tool and not the hand-held which was not working. Also, air conditioning was not really working well. And though we had displayed the "Do not disturbed" sign as we do not required any cleaning of the room yet we received a note to say that they could not clean up our room. Even when there was a display sign in room on environmental responsibility. This is quite a poor contradicting service from such a hotel. Lastly, when we checked into the room found only half a roll of toilet paper was prepared. We had booked the room for 3-nights and given just that little toilet paper to use? Or to expect customers to keep calling housekeeping for amenities time again and again? Isn't that a poor service?

Breakfast buffet spread can be worked upon, more of vegetarian and Indian options. Staff was okay. But not proactive expect a better service from Novotel as a brand.

The hotel is ok. But it feels like it needs some love. There is no atmosphere, passion from the decor to the staff. It is not unfriendly but not outstanding.
