Overall Experience My stay at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra was nice and comfortable. I appreciated the invitation to the cocktails party, and Khun Menie at Estrela Rooftop Bar provided excellent personal care throughout. Room Quality The room was okay for a relaxing stay, though some dust was noticeable. More detailed housekeeping attention would elevate it to excellent. Birthday Bash Package Issues Booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday trip, but communication gaps between departments caused letdowns. I emailed pre-arrival about decorations and was told they’d be confirmed at check-in. Reception promised the DIY cake for Feb 5 at 8 AM, but it didn’t arrive—awkward for our special morning. Had to request room decorations the next day, despite the package explicitly stating “festive birthday room décor on arrival.” This missed the mark on making the trip memorable. Suggestions Streamline inter-department coordination for packages and honor booking promises precisely. Still, grateful for the Gold perks and staff warmth—would return with improvements.

I stayed for 1 night and like the hotel location. Though your rooftop bar needs bit of renovation it was not giving lively vibes. Apart from that everything was perfect room was good service was great, Restaurant has great menu. Food was great and Yummy
