Most of our time at the hotel was great. We really appreciated that the receptionists upgraded our room. However, I can’t say the room condition was perfect. There were some stains on the couch, and the bed was a bit pilled.
We had a really great time at the hotel overall, but the room condition didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel.

I very much appreciated your fitness center (while small, has enough equipment to get an effective workout in). I am also very impressed that your breakfast buffet offered 3 strict vegetarian dishes daily, which made maintaining my plant-base diet and finding something nutritious to eat simple. The food was excellent in terms of buffet food.
Honestly, I do not anticipate returning to Phuket but I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We had a wonderful sray in Phuket. The hotel was ideally located. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but feel the choices were limited. However, we were able to get Halal options.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious.
The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar, which offers a beautiful city view and a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel I would be happy to stay at again!
