Breakfast buffet spread can be worked upon, more of vegetarian and Indian options. Staff was okay. But not proactive expect a better service from Novotel as a brand.

The hotel is ok. But it feels like it needs some love. There is no atmosphere, passion from the decor to the staff. It is not unfriendly but not outstanding.

Appreciate the welcoming staff upon arrival the check-in process was quick the room was comfortable and conveniently located near the elevator the happy Birthday decorations and dessert was an added touch the staff was knowledgeable and friendly the gym was small but efficient the breakfast buffet offered a nice amount of options for food and beverage I really enjoyed the fresh squeezed juices even though the hotel was not to close to the main drag it was not too far either to seem isolated the hotel overall stood out compared to other brands in the area
