We had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Kuningan. The team prepared and communicate well about my arrival and my room. I arrived at the hotel at midnight and everything had been prepared, so the check in was smooth. Room was upgraded and very comfortable. Food at breakfast at resto also amazing. Just checked out of Swissôtel Living Mega Kuningan, and honestly, I already wish I could stay a little longer! 😄 A big thank you to Mas Rustam from the Front Office team, who was incredibly friendly from the very beginning. The check-in process was super quick and smooth, with barely any waiting time. Also, thank you to the entire Front Office team for the room upgrade — it made our stay even more comfortable! Mba Niar from F&B, thank you so much for the lovely refreshments as well. The warm and thoughtful service really made us feel right at home. And a special shout-out to Mas Arief, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. Whatever we requested was taken care of right away. The room comfort was definitely 100/10! 🙌 Oh, and the breakfast is definitely a must-try! Everything was delicious, with a great variety of choices, from Western to Indonesian dishes. Thank you so much, Swissôtel Living Team, for such a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back on our next visit. ❤️
