I had a comfortable stay at Swissôtel Living Mega Kuningan. However, as an ALL Platinum member, I was disappointed by how my Platinum benefits were handled, which unfortunately M. my overall experience less enjoyable. When I M. the reservation, I selected three adults as the number of guests. Swissôtel Living Mega Kuningan appeared as an available option because the hotel offers a two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate three adults. One day before my arrival, I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel asking for my estimated arrival time. I provided my flight details, and the hotel then informed me that, as an ALL Platinum member, I was entitled to complimentary breakfast for two adults and two children. At first, I thought there might have been a recent change to the Platinum complimentary breakfast policy. I therefore asked whether the hotel could accommodate complimentary breakfast for three adults, especially since I would not be having breakfast on the last day because I needed to check out very early. Unfortunately, I was told that this was not possible. I also asked whether the two children could be exchanged for one additional adult, but I received the same response. At the time, I was still working and did not have the opportunity to check the ALL website myself. Later, when I returned home, I checked the ALL website and found that the Platinum benefit stated that complimentary breakfast applies to **all registered guests staying in the same room**. I took a screenshot of the policy and sent it to the hotel via WhatsApp. It took some time for them to respond, and when they did, they insisted that "registered guests" referred only to two adults. I pointed out that the ALL website does not state that the benefit is strictly limited to two adults and two children. Unfortunately, the response I received was rather unpleasant and unfriendly. I was eventually told that, "this time only," they would allow complimentary breakfast for three adults because we would not be having breakfast on the final day. While I appreciated that they eventually accommodated the request, the way the matter was communicated M. me feel as though my request was unwelcome. I was simply trying to understand why the hotel's interpretation of the Platinum benefit appeared to differ from the information published on the ALL website. I also raised this issue during check-in, particularly regarding the way my questions had been handled through WhatsApp. However, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation regarding the discrepancy between the hotel's policy and the information published by ALL. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but the ambiguity surrounding the ALL Platinum benefits left me disappointed. It is unfortunate to see a discrepancy between the benefits stated on the ALL website and how they are interpreted at the hotel. As an ALL Platinum member, I believe the benefits should be clearly communicated and consistently applied across participating hotels. Because of this experience, I may reconsider staying at this hotel in the future. It is disappointing to encounter this kind of uncertainty with a brand such as Swissôtel.

Check in was a quick and easy one with Rei as the receptionist staff and he was also quick to jump in when there was a queue to help facilitate with check in. The process was quick and easy and got room upgrade and late check out from the earlier message that was reached out to me before the stay. Parking was spacious and easy to find, except the need to change lifts which was a little hassle. The hotel was packed for the weekend and the staff were also attentive and helpful. We also managed to receive complimentary food in exchange for the unavailability of a lounge for platinum members. The room was good, clean and well kept. We received cake (and tamagoyaki, something different) as welcome food and also a card which was nice. There was also an unexpected turndown service as we came back shocked to see that our room was reorganized. It was definitely a plus. The TV was also smart TV and there was netflix with stable and fast connection. Breakfast was a little crowded and the place was a little too small for walking but the spread was quite a lot and it was also tasty. It was definitely a memorable one including the japanese set menu with the natto and the fish. The sauna was also hot enough to be used. Pool temperature is just nice but a little small for the crowd during the afternoon-evening times. Check out was a breeze and it was a pleasure staying in this hotel. I would definitely come back in the future.
