The rooms are spacious and very clean. I particularly like that the housekeeping staff follow asian values - taking off the shoes before cleaning the rooms, because I also take off and put the shoes in the shoe cabinets at the door. This hotel understands that water is a basic necessity of life and thus provides it complimentary, which I truly appreciate. Breakfast options are decent and well worth the money.

We stay one night. My daughter enjoy very muvh the playground and play area. We also spend hours in the jacuzzi and had a splendid dinner at the restaurant.

From check-in in the afternoon until checkout at 2 PM, the Wi-Fi was very poor. I already complained to the hotel, and this is important because the mobile signal was also only 1 bar, so I really depended on the Wi-Fi. The breakfast experience was excellent—since I just had surgery, I’m not allowed to eat anything oily, fatty, or with coconut milk, and thankfully the breakfast chef offered to make a special menu for me: boiled chicken breast with seasoning. Thank you to the breakfast chef. Other than that, I think everything was okay. However, the check-in process was not smooth because I had to go back down to the lobby to explain that my booking and the payment breakdown I had already paid for included an extra bed.
