It is great place, they provided me upgrade to 1BHK, and apartment was super good. Modern, stylish, have all amenities. It was cleaned every day, water provided, coffee... Gym is big, with all necessary machines. There is a supermarket in the building for basic needs, but 10 min walk is Lotte Mall. The only bad thing is area in which is located, so thats why I rated as 9 instead 10. Mall, coffee shops, restaurants are walking distance away, but if you dont want to use taxi, you need to walk through not that good lucking area. I did it, its still OK, but dirty.

Housekeeping didn’t empty the diaper in the bin on our 2nd day. The 3rd day (next day) is check-out, and initially they refused to do housekeeping with reason is check out day, until I pointed out the diaper didn’t get cleaned yesterday. Also I asked for late check out as a gold member, they hesitated and initially only allow until 2 pm. When I requested until 4 pm, then they’d said ok until 3 pm instead. I hate this kind of stingy bargaining. If it’s not available in the first place they wouldn’t give me until 3 pm. But they’re still being stingy and didn’t give me until 4pm as I requested. So it’s not abt availability, maybe they just want to be efficient with housekeeping. Bear in mind, late check out is stated based on availability, not based on “I want to save my housekeeping job”. I never had such fussy bargaining abt late check out / early checked in. I’ve been staying in accor group in Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, this is the first time accor being so petty.

A perfect place for a family staycation in Jakarta. The building and facilities are all super new. Every staff member we met was really friendly. Our kid loved the pool and the indoor playground. Breakfast had enough options and everything tasted great. We’ll definitely come back for another staycation.
