The only complaint is the lack of hot water. Otherwise the room was excellent and well appointed and service overall very good.

Swissotel living is a nice place to stay whatever your purpose is, business or leisure. the lobby is located on 12th floors and feel exclusive, all the staff welcome you warm and attentive. front desk helps you with check in, and other requests. housekeeping is quick to response. the room is very clean and feel just right, the kitchen, the view, and the bed is comfortable. breakfast is very nice.

I stayed here for only 1 night after my europe trip. I would say it is my best choice to stay here for watching Blackpink concert and as expected there is lot of people who stayed for same purpose like me. My room was upgraded and recognized as Platinum member. The only letdown was check-in process took quite long time but staff tried their best to make sure that I can had check-in soon and the process was smooth. Welcome amenity was good and abundant. Breakfast had many options with delicious indonesian local snacks. I would love to come back to this hotel for other occasions.

Ray provided thoughtful service upon check-in, preparing welcome drinks and introducing us to the hotel's services. The staff I encountered during our stay at the hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. Also, I must commend the hotel's gym; it was fully equipped, even featuring massage mats and foam rollers.
