welcoming the Christmas atmosphere, I found a very warm atmosphere in the back room, namely delicious drinks and friendly staff, making me very happy to be here (Ajeng, Dodo, Rayhan) by watching football live, a quiet atmosphere, I really like this place

November 2023, Stayed at this hotel once again, and it will be the last. The room was awful, as the AC at the living room was letting out a horrible rotten and garlicky stench.. It was horrible!! Woke me up during my sleep and i cant get back to sleep, so i slept only for 2 hours..

One of the 5 star hotels in Jakarta, a favorite for holding meetings, the staff is friendly and always moves quickly when we need help especially with Panji, Ramzy & Jamri. The meeting room is large and comfortable, the facilities are also very good. There are many kinds of snacks and the buffet lunch at the Sana Sini restaurant is very delicious.

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 rooms. 1st the hotel doesn’t have car valet service. So we had to park at the one adjoining to the office building. 2nd their staffs (from the front door) to the front desk, didn’t offer a “welcome” vibe at all. 3rd , we stayed at 1455 and the drainage system in the bathroom smelled like sewer!!!! 4th the chef at the egg station was rude. Enough said, bad decision to stay here.
