We understand how this may have caused some noise and made walking to the nearby malls less convenient during your stay. We would like to share that your reservation was for our Thamrin View room category, which overlooks the main road where the current construction is taking place. For your next visit, should you prefer a quieter stay, we would be pleased to recommend our Superior Room category, which faces away from the construction area and may provide a more peaceful experience.
