The foods are excellent. We had an enjoyable dinner. We were served by 3 excellent and friendly waiters Kiki, Kristin and Anwar. They even prove us with nice blankets when we told them we felt cold.

My stay at Pullman Hotel has been delightful! All the staff members have been particularly helpful and very friendly, especially Romi. He is so kind and is a great house keeper. My room is always immaculately clean and everytime we see each other down the hallway, we have very pleasant conversations together. He always asks me if I need anything for the room and is happy to provide whatever I need!

Good location. Rooms are smaller compare to other 5 star hotel in Jakarta. Kinda old by looking from the carpet along the hall. Check in process NOT GOOD! We have to wait for 2 hours from check in time to get our room. Their service recovery, need to be improved too. Breakfast are good! A lot of choice and most taste good. The food from room dining are good thou! The staff at restaurant are friendly.
