A 2-night stay at Pullman Indonesia Jakarta Thamrin CBD delivers a comfortable, seamless experience right in the center of the action. Located at the Bundaran HI roundabout, right across from Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia make easy to hangout and find lunch or dinner. Room is spacious and clean, the minus only the light little bit dim for me. I always like a bright room. Breakfast at Sana Sini is easily a highlight of the stay, offering huge variety across Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. Executive Lounge is private and quiet to chill and meeting. But need improvement for the mini buffet menu. All staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for business trip and city getaway.

The staffs are super nice and the location is perfect for business meetings. The malls are next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is a MUST. If you have limited time to stay in Indonesia, the buffet could help you explore the food around the country. The fitness is also good ~ they also have hot & cold bath tub for you.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and really appreciated the lovely birthday arrangement prepared by the team. The location was also very convenient, right across from Plaza Indonesia, making it easy to find plenty of options for lunch and dinner outside the hotel. The only downside for us was the hot water in the bathroom, as it took quite a while to warm up.

Accor Member The main reason I chose to stay at Pullman Jakarta was because I am an Accor member with Platinum status, and I generally value the recognition and benefits that come with being a loyal Accor guest. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to the malls, restaurants and bars, which made the hotel a very good choice for my stay. There are, however, a few points I would like to highlight regarding my experience: 1. Duplicate booking I accidentally made two bookings, which was entirely my mistake. I tried to cancel the additional booking, and Accor also attempted to assist me, but the cancellation request was rejected. In my previous experiences with other Accor properties, I have generally found them to be more accommodating in such situations. Eventually, Pullman agreed to cancel the room but charged IDR 6 million to my room instead, allowing me to use the amount as credit during my stay. I appreciate the hotel making this arrangement rather than simply forfeiting the booking. 2. Room and Platinum benefits Overall, I had no major complaints throughout my stay. However, some parts of the older wing are starting to feel a little dated. As a Platinum member, I was also disappointed that I was not offered a complimentary upgrade to the newer wing when requested. I understand that complimentary upgrades are subject to availability, but the only upgrade option offered to me required an additional fee. 3. Accor Status and Reward Points I appreciate that the IDR 6 million could at least be used as credit during my stay. However, I was disappointed to learn that the amount was not eligible for Accor status benefits or reward points. While none of these issues is particularly major on its own, collectively they did affect my overall experience with Pullman Jakarta. As an Accor Platinum member, I chose Pullman partly because I value the recognition and benefits associated with my status. I hope the hotel can take this feedback into consideration, as I would like my future stays with Pullman and other Accor properties to reflect the level of service and recognition I have come to expect as a loyal Accor member.

Just plan to do staycation as i never stay in this hotel and going to Plaza Indonesia for few things. Because of the location i chosen this place. Everything is smooth, check in etc, staffs are trained. Food also not bad. Facilities are considered good too. The downside, a staycation turnout lack of sleep because of the mosquitoes and also my room next to main road, low floor. The motorbike sound at midnight were super loud.
