I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the food was good with great value for the price. The only small issue I noticed was some mold inside the lamp housing in the bedroom area (near the refrigerator). It would be great if this could be cleaned, especially for guests with allergies. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you, and I look forward to staying here again!

Dear Management, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor from the first day. We contacted Housekeeping, and although they tried to resolve the issue, the smell remained unchanged. We requested a room change immediately, but were informed that no rooms were available on the first day and that we had to wait until the following day. As a result, we spent the first night in an uncomfortable room and did not get a good night's sleep. Overall, during our 4-day, 3-night stay, we were unable to rest properly because of this issue. We chose your hotel expecting the standards of a five-star property, but unfortunately this experience felt more like staying in a roadside budget hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety. We sincerely hope you will ensure that every room is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and free of unpleasant odors before allowing guests to check in. This will help prevent other guests from having the same disappointing experience. Thank you.
