I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this hotel. The team goes above and beyond to ensure guests are happy.. the staff are professional, friendly, and very attentive. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

As business traveler, I would say the hotel is underwhelming. Only hotel lobby is looking great, the room floor feeling so dark and and looking so aged. The room is not well maintained, while its a huge room, can see its not cleaned and maintained well.
