This is one of the best stay I had with my wife considering we were without our 3 kids. Makes us feel young again and like our second home. Really enjoyed the warm reception the moment we stepped in and the professional handling by the check in agent, it was a breeze. Even our left item in the room no matter how small is still significant and we notified about it. This is exceptional service and dedication unfound elsewhere. This is my first experience try breakfast sana sini resto eventho this is not the first time i stay at Pullman Hotel CBD. I am in love! There are so many variety and options! Dear Mr. Dan BENZAQUEN, my stay was well taken care and enjoyed, the only negative in whole of my stay was when i visited swimming pool on Saturday 23-11-2019 and was shock to see local women wearing full clothes instead of swim consume in the pool and made pool really dirty,which is against human hygiene and trust you can understand. i also understand completely that indonesia is a modern islam country in world, So i would request better management take proper corrective action as it will affect future staying for lots of guest and could end up loosing good customers and business.

Thanks for Accorr for upgrading from Grand Deluxe to Deluxe Apartement with compliment voucher. Room is comfortable for family. We are expecting bycicle rent for CFD though. The side bar next to swimming pool was close when we were swimming in the morning. Overall experience are very amazing

I stayed in 2 nights with family (2 adults and 4 kids) in 2 different/connecting rooms. At 11.30 pm in 23 nov, I began my pack up my belongings to our car in the parking building in the second level. After we are back, we cannot use the key to ride the elevator to our rooms. Its bad because I left my children and wife in the room. So I have to activate my card again to the receptionist. But there is a long line (busy hour). I thought it is not important to do that, if guests stay more than 12.00, just make a polite call!!

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel I was upgraded and my silver status was noted. However this is only because I booked through the website. I normally have to book through my company approved agency. I do travel to Jakarta every 3 months and as you can see I have stayed in your hotel previously up to 4 times. However my status and any benefits that I get are ignored unless I book through your website. Now I understand that you want to encourage the use of the website as this is financially better for you. However please try to understand how I feel as a customer and a loyal member when the treatment I get is polar opposite. this is not the same experience I get a hyatt they treat me the same regardless of how I book they appreciate me for the loyal t.

Staff wasn't that comprehensive, I had an evening flight and when I asked for a late check out as a Accor gold client, the were only proposing me a 4pm check out, even if the hotel wasn't full. A gesture in order to access the lounge from 4pm to 7pm would have been appreciated ...

The location is unbeatable, in CBD Jakarta. Breakfast continues to be signature meal for Pullman. No need for many restaurants as Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia are just across the street. Convenient also for going to Jakarta Stock Exchange, via operational Metro. I stayed 3 days. First two were quiet and so zen. However, Wednesday was quite loud with some demonstration in front. Hope Union yields soon. Overall is always excellent.

I checked out on the morning of the 12th this month, and when I landed at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, I got an email from the lost and found representative, informing that I left my pouch in the washroom. The representative is so kind to offer to mail it to my home overseas. I didn't take the liberty, but my colleague in Jakarta easily got the pouch from the representative.

please consider to change the in-room gift (fruit & chocolate platter to something different such as spa services or dinner voucher or something more meaningful to me especially when I stay more often in Pullman Thamrin. Besides, the sleep quality really affected because of the mosquito and this is not the first time I comment this problem
