Check-in: Jennifer Indrajaya, the Guest Experience Manager, is extremely thoughtful, helpful and attentive to our needs. She remembered our last stay in this hotel where I requested camomile tea bags in my room and prefer to have a quiet room. Surprisingly, she has arranged the above prior my arrival on 28th May 2026. Jennifer went above and beyond to assist us and was always thoughtful and helpful service made our stay even more enjoyable. Sana-Sini Restaurant: Wijang, the restaurant manager, is very friendly and warm hearted who checked with us about the food and served us with gracious and politeness. Chairil & Jefri made their rounds to serve the Indonesian jamu. They are very pleasant and kind to serve us and have a good chat about our stay in the hotel. Overall the hotel stay is excellent. The hotel room is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Well done all...

As usual, the breakfast was excellent. However, there were a few issues with the room. We could hear the sound of running water from the bathroom despite there being no visible leak, and the TV in the room was quite small.

The hotel is very well located, and the breakfast selection is truly outstanding. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch. Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a very enjoyable stay. I do have one piece of feedback regarding the late check-out process. During check-in, I was asked whether I would like to use my Platinum member benefit for a late check-out, and I gladly accepted. I was informed that my check-out time had been extended until 4:00 PM. With that in mind, I planned my next day accordingly and took the opportunity to get some extra rest. However, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, three different persons called and knocked on my door to ask whether I would be checking out or extending my stay. This left me a bit confused, as the late check-out had already been arranged and confirmed during check-in. It would be helpful if this information were communicated more consistently among the team to avoid unnecessary interruptions. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One minor suggestion would be to consider upgrading the television. In Room 1114, the TV felt quite small and somewhat outdated compared to the overall quality of the room and hotel experience.
