Since my first visited Jakarta 6 years ago, Pullman had been my preferred hotel because of its location and high standards. I was not even an Accor member back then, but now I am a Gold member. Here are the areas that felt below my expectations: 1. Booked car transfer from them and driver failed to show up, causing great distress. 2. Rooms in so-so conditions, was not modern or up to date. I've addressed all the issues to the team, which they did apologise. 3. My friend visited me with her car, upon leaving, computer system failed to register her car and insisted she had to pay for parking. Called operator (2 am) and nobody picked up the call, I had to go down to front desk to sort out problem in my sleep clothes. Naturally, they got an earful form me for all these non sense. That really was the last straw that broke the camel's back. Basically, Pullman suffers from, what my local friend says, typical Indonesian attitude problem, "If it's not my problem why should I care?". They always smiled and pretend to listen to you, but at the end nothing is done, probably amused by my frustration. So, I have had enough, I shall move on to another Accor hotel, or another chain. Fortunately, they are so many good choices around. I love Jakarta, but sorry, not Pullman anymore.

We had a 2 nights stay at Pullman Thamrin and both of those nights were very pleasant. I actually requested for high floor, but we only get like 8th floor, but it's OK. Room was clean and amenities was nice, but it's better to provide more mineral water instead of only 2 bottles (Staff was very nice when we asked for more and offered us additional water, so no complaint over there). Good restaurant with good staffs, nearby shopping centers, including easy access to Car Free Day on Sunday. Pool was decent and the Gym equipment was quite well maintained. Overall, it's a pleasant stay and we'll definitely return for our next staycation.

Im shock! It was really beyond my expectation. It is my first time and im impressed by how they all treated me, i had breakfast at sana sini restaurant and it was really good, first the greeter greeted me with a warm smile and i feel welcomer already, and when i entered the restaurant, all the staff do the same also, the food was really good, the feeling of being welcomed was unforgetable, the front office team also being so nice! My room was clean, the aircon was working really well. Im impressed 10 out of 10

when we came directly welcomed with a warm smile from the hotel staff it was the beginning of an extraordinary experience, the check-in process was so fast with friendly service and we were delivered to our room. the atmosphere of our room was very comfortable and all the necessities we needed were all available, the bathroom was clean the room was fragrant and the wifi network was very good. tomorrow morning we have breakfast at the restaurant, as usual their warm smiles always welcome our arrival well and we sit near the glass with a view towards the outside of the restaurant all the explanations about the restaurant Sana sni convey very well about the explanation of the buffet food and our drinks served very quickly and well when we started breakfast we were offered with a variety of food menus such as chinese food, japaness food, Indonesian food western food and gluten food area available all the food here is very tasty with very good and friendly service from every restaurant staff.pullman jakarta Indonesia provide very good and friendly service and it was very memorable for us and we will definitely return to this place. Book 3 rooms in this hotels when a promotion (include Breakfast) and has been paid. 1 Day before I was called by Accor that they can't allowed the promotion for 3 rooms but maximum 2 rooms. So we need to pay different rate for 1 room (not include Breakfast) which is more expensive. Rooms is standard, quiet small. We also book 1 apartment room type but coffeemaker can't work properly and on the kitchen side there's a leak which make the stove full of water. The good things is location and Breakfast.

1) thermostat not working. Needed technician to fix 2) 4am mosque prayers came thru loud and clear. 3) WC light not functioning. Needed technician to fix. 4) my other stays at Accor hotels not recorded.

Laundry too intensive

I stay in this hotel about 60nights a year. Laundry often damaged when returned. Although it was new shirt before, it looks 10years use after return such as color and touch. More careful handling is needed. Fragrance in room too much. In Indonesia, there is fragrance almost everywhere in elevator and office space. Same fragrance used in rooms in this hotel. I do not like it and asked staff to stop it but continued.

The Pullman is a nice hotel with very good facilities. The breakfast is excellent, and the buffet for dinner is also very extensive. The rooms are good and well equipped. The only thing what is missing is a nice outside seating area for a drink or meal. The pool is too basic for that and the rooftop area is not open to the general public or guests.

Location is wonderful as it is near the Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Extremely heavy traffic from Airport to Hotel. Great spread of breakfast buffet spread, which consists of the typical western style of selections, noodle station, Chinese style station, Indonesian style station, Japanese style station and not forgetting the fresh juices, pancakes, waffles and even ice cream. Also, the wonderful taste of the local Indonesian Herbal concoction are being served in the buffet as well.
