Outstanding service throughout, especially at breakfast. The service there, but also the quality of food and drinks (fresh orange juice!) really won my heart. The Executive Lounge is sub-par and not only the rooms in the main building need renovation. I was in a suite in the main building which was large , but a bit dusty. I had a chance to see a tower buiding Executive Deluxe room - not much better. Despite the great service, I'll try next time one of the more modern hotels around Thamrin, such as the Pan Pacific.

The staff, facilities and food were really good. The rooms are quite dated and are in need of a renovation as they are very tired looking.
