The ingredients tasted fresh, and it was evident that the chef is highly skilled and truly understands how to bring out the best in each dish. What truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A pleasant stay with attentive staff

I stayed for an extended period of time. The staff members were very polite and always greeted me with a smile. At breakfast, Feroz-san introduced me to a traditional Indonesian drink called Jamu, understood my preferences, and always took care of me. Whenever I have a problem, he solves it right away. Lulu-san always greeted me with a smile, understood my preferences, and took care of my takeaway drinks. Caca-san, the room cleaner staff, always cleans the room very well, which makes me relax after coming back from work. The staffs at this hotel make your stay very comfortable.

This is high class hotel. The facilities, staff and restaurant are amazing. From the moment I walked in and to the moment I left the hotel I was treated as VIP. Breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. Pick up from airport and transportation to the company were arranged by the concierge even before I entered the country. The cleanliness of my room was at a high standard. Particularly I would like to mention Yulan and Rahman, who made cutest animals from the towels (dog and rabbit). It brought smile to my face. I will stay here again during my next trip.
