We book 2 superior rooms during the redhot promo for my family during weekend. As an accor platinum member I got one of the room upgraded. The upgraded room was very comfortable. If I am not mistaken according to the website it has area of 25 meter squares. The room got a good lighting and modern furniture.it really worth the price. The superior room unfortunately only has 21 meter square so it is quite cramped. The furniture seems forced to fit the small room. I feel there was not enough lighting and the air felt damp. it seems to be part of the old building. SInce it was located in other tower I couldnt stay close with my family. Next time I will skip the superior room and choose the other upgraded room. Breakfast was great and the service from the staff was excellent. The location across the Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia makes us easier to do shopping. The executive lounge offer a great place to have short break after whole day shopping and enjoy snack provided. The lounge also provide wine.

It was my second time I stayed in Pullman HI. For the first time, I quite surprise with the room that is totally small. But I used my Accor Member for upgrade my room to Grand Deluxe. For me the twin bed for single is too tiny for 5 star hotel. My experience in Grand Deluxe was great with spacious room, but I think the room is not clean enough. Me and my wife allergic with the dust, so we felt the room was little bit dusty. I book2 rooms, and that was not happened on the other room. Good service. Good breakfast. High season is lil bit crowded but I can still enjoyed it.

I had bad experience with this hotel. I booked deluxe room and the wifi was not working. I complained to the receptionist but it didnt help at all. The sofa in the room was very very bad. The leather was in a not good condition, and i asked my child not to sat in the sofa. The next morning, when i called the receptionist that the wifi still not working. They did not do anything until I asked them i wanted to move to another room.
