My first time visit PJI and it’s a memorable stay. I was surprised with the personalized welcome note and decoration in the room. I felt like coming back home. Staffs were friendly, room was great and clean. Not too enjoying the breakfast due to not much variation, but the taste was good.

Great room with affordable price. Staff is good. Breakfast is also good even though it's plain taste. What you really need to improve is check in time. Arrived at 01.30 PM and just able to get in the room at 03.00 PM. I know I was early, but what kind of waiting time is that. High occupancy is not a reason for this kind of time management.

First time stay, could be better

Room stay was pleasant. However, wanted to upgrade the room using voucher but they would not allow 2 consecutive usage of the free upgrade voucher. Only 1 was allowed to be used for every booking. So having booked 2 nights, i had to re- pack and move my stuff to the next room if i wanted to upgrade. This is very bad marketing and the t&c did not write that only 1 voucher was allowed to be used. The front desk staff had asked the manager and confirmed it. A little disappointed, hence i did not use the free upgrade voucher. However the staff recommended that the room type that i stayed in was more sought after, hence i did not go for the upgraded one as it was slightly smaller albeit recently renovated. A plus for the front desk staff to allow me to view the other upgraded room so that i can make my decision easily. Room booked was good and spacious with many amenities. Separate shower and toilet bowl was a little far apart but still manageable. Double glass pane helped a little with the noise coming from outside during the night time. As for breakfast, there was a little hassle in ordering and the number of staff was too little. The front desk lady was energetic and gave good service, in comparison to the other staffs, who were a little lacking in service. Food quality was good (i really liked the active breakfast) and there were healthy options available as well. Although the method of breakfast is good for this covid period, a few mistakes during ordering led to a little frustration early in the morning. Some of the food that we have ordered did not come as expected or were very slow (i.e. my mum waited 30minutes for 2 sunny side up eggs, and when they came they were rather flat and unappetizing, and also ordered croissant but did not come so had to order again). It was not too crowded either during the period. Also no shelter to go across the road - so it was a little troublesome if i wanted to go to Grand/Plaza Indonesia when it was raining/drizzling. Pool water was dirty, hence we gave up swimming. Gym equipment were good and usable and there were a variety to work with. Sauna lacked in having drinks inside the locker room. Drinks was only available in the gym room. Apart from these, everything else was good and i had a pleasant stay.

We have nice stay and enjoy our nite in mid of Jakarta. Good service and fully under health protocol. Our room with Thamrin street view, so just open window can see lights of Thamrin and Malls. Room is rather small and old fashioned of TV.

The staff Tika and Fitria has prepared a welcoming notes and set up our bed nicely for our anniversary which I think very thoughtful. All the staffs are friendly and respond quickly to any of our request. They also applies proper health protocols such as limited number of guest at the gym and pool, which provides more comfort. However, I think the a la carte breakfast was underwhelming. I would prefer to order breakfast from outside.

I had great and memorable experience stayed at Pullman Thamrin. All the staff are polite and kind, and I felt expected because some of Trip Advisor’s staff made up my room with personal greetings in my room. (But greetings card is enough for me). For sure, health protocols are well implemented by Pullman Thamrin, so I’m not worried about it. I saw they wipe public area, such as lift buttons, doors, even when they handed back your credit card, they sanitized it first. My only suggestion is, it would be great if Pullman builds a canopy between lobby and outdoor parking area, especially if the back door is restricted during Covid-19 to protect guests from rain or sun. (Because when I tried to access the lobby from Annex building, security didn’t allowed me, so I gone through the rain to reach the lobby, me and my luggage were quite wet)
