Alleys were dark, building was old. Understand that this is a budget hotel but the bedding and pillow sheet were yellow, and smelled dusty. Lighting was minimal I cannot imagine if I stayed for the night I think I wouldn’t be able to sleep, too scary. The bidet did not work, I have to turned the faucet behind the toilet first. The curtain was also dirty (has several dirt spots on it). I decided to leave the hotel and just letting my money goes..
