I stayed here for a business trip in December 2025, and the experience was solid from start to finish. Check-in was quick, the staff (Kak Baby) were attentive without being overbearing, and everything ran efficiently—exactly what you want when you’re traveling for work. The room was clean, practical, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the Wi-Fi was stable enough for meetings and emails. Breakfast had a decent variety and was consistently fresh. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy access for appointments and simple to get around. For the value and consistency, this Ibis delivered exactly what I needed: no fuss, no hassle, just smooth service. Would stay again for future business trips.
