From the second we left customs at the airport - the entire experience felt seemless, from the hotel limousine to check in within the suite - the entire arrival was perfect. Room was spacious and all requests were accomodated, butler service was comprehensive and swift, especially relating to any mixups and booking tennis etc. Breakfast was one of the best buffet/a la carte blends I have ever experienced. Departure was also seemless with bags loaded into limousine whilst we ate dinner. Would always stay again if I returned to Jakarta and the stay reinforced my opinion that Raffles is the world's greatest hotel chain.

Special thanks to Koh Geoffrey from Reservations for providing detailed information and making the booking process smooth and effortless from the beginning. Ci Thalia from Butler Admin was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating with my requests upon arrival, which made the experience even more personalized. Appreciation as well to Ansya at Reception for the seamless and efficient check-in experience. And a heartfelt thank you to Ka Anggi & Ka Nuy from Housekeeping for the beautiful towel art surprise — such a lovely touch that made my stay feel extra special. I should like to express my sincere appreciation for the most delightful stay at Raffles Jakarta. The entire experience exuded a most elegant sense of quiet luxury, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The associates were impeccably groomed, most knowledgeable, and consistently attentive, while breakfast was an absolute pleasure and one I thoroughly enjoyed. I must also commend the housekeeping team, who were quite splendid. The suite was immaculate and most charming, with cleanliness maintained to an exceptionally high standard. I was especially touched by their thoughtful gesture in leaving me a bookmark upon noticing that I was reading, as well as by the lovely cable tie and amenities liner, which added a most considerate finishing touch. There was, however, one minor inconvenience during my stay: the smart toilet appeared to be faulty, and I was unable to mirror my phone to the television. Even so, this did little to diminish an otherwise most memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. I should be delighted to return in future.

I was treated very well during my stay. Even a few days before check-in, they contacted me to ask about any requests or needs I might have during my stay. The service was truly excellent.
