Whatsapp concierge service was convenient and very responsive. Polite and attentive service from check-in to checkout. Room service food was delicious too. Room was clean and in great condition.

A have stayed in Raffles for business purposes, the staff is nice and the ambience is very clean dan well maintainance. The breakfast and food also delicious and the hotel just one step away from Lotte Avenue (there is connected door between). Thank you Raffles!

I didn’t felt like I was in quarantine, it more looks like am on staycation. Thanks to my butler who taken a good care of me even tough I never met them personally. They went above and beyond my expectation

I have stayed in Raffles Jakarta many times this year and all the time I had great experience during my stay. The Raffles Butler service really differentiated this hotel from the competitors. All the food that I had during my stay are excellent too. Maybe my only complaint is that there are no variety in the breakfast choice. After staying for many nights here, it started to get boring for being able to choose only egg or nasi uduk during breakfast

I booked at the Raffle Jakarta for the 8 days qarantine with my two daughters who are 10 and 13 years old. We stayed in the room and were given a butler number who sent us the food menu, one Asian and one Western. About this menu I found it way too sophisticated, like gastronomie food but without the gastonomie talent, it would be better to keep it simple, moreover when people are in qarantine like this, they do not want this kind of food everyday. My children did not like and after 5 days of qarantine I ask the butler if there was a kid's menu, and he replied yes and sent a kids menu for lunch and dinner. I told the F&B manager I was unhappy to learn that there was a kids menu 5 days after arriving while they know I checked in with two kids. Moreover on the 7th. day, I also ask if there was any kids menu for breakfast and same he replyed yes, so my kids were very happy to be able to order pancakes and french toast. Sorry, but this lack of anticipation is unacceptable for such hotel. I could send you the whats app messages as a proof. Since we were taken directly to the room, we had no idea of the possibilities. Please DO NOT reply me that the hotel was operating under special circumstances because, I book a special circumstance package expecting proper service. The rest was ok, but as you can imagine when you are locked down in a room, the only entetainement is food, so... the experience was ratehr dissapointing.

Dear Mr. C., I am really sorry to hear about your quarantine experience with your daughters which wasn't anticipated properly. We have reviewed your comments and subsequently identified areas where we should improve and anticipate better for our quarantine guests as a dedicated quarantine facility. Where communication is a concern, we have identified the opportunities for improvement and have made adjustments, such as we have been sending the menu one day prior to the guest's arrival to give the guest sufficient time to review and to let us know if the menu is not up to their liking, also we now give the guest the freedom to choose from our ala carte menu should they feel the provided set menu is not up to their liking. These were some of the actions taken after we received your valuable feedback and once again, I deeply apologize that we couldn't provide you with the legendary experience we promised you. It was the most wonderful stay I ever had in Jakarta. The service was exceptional from the arrival at lobby, greeted by concierge and front desk officers, who were all very helpful, made the check-in quickly. Warm welcome by Hardo’s greeting card. Great implementation of COVID safety protocol in adherence to Government’s regulation. The Raffles Room Garden View was super spacious with a lounge area, two TVs, a very comfortable and soft king sized bed, amazing bathroom with separate section for bathtub, shower and toilet. Though I find the telephones may need some upgrading (I had a few times issues receiving calls but no problem when making calls) . The interior and decor was timeless elegance, loved the golden-neutral tone, so many beautiful arts pieces which makes the ambience and comfort. Special thanks to butlers Dita and Irvan that provided warm welcome and thoughtful service during my stay. Irvan did such a great job for arranging bubble bath with pink petals. Overall, butler service accommodated all of my requests, they’re knowledgable, thoughtful, polite and kind. Through this service, I definitely felt the generous hospitality. Pleasure to meet Nisa from housekeeping, she was corteous, friendly and paid attention to details in keeping the room clean & tidy. The room smells really good, I really like the fragrant. also want to thank Nicolas from F&B for delicious afternoon tea, great job kitchen team! Thanks so much for all your effort, and looking forward to be back!!

As this was a quarantine stay we choose for a suite to ensure we had space enough. And it was more than that. The view the suite , the interior was super good. the service as well and the food was an experience not just food. a few minor details. we are vegetarian ..it took three breakfast to clarify this incl fish, saugeses and even chicken. There was also some mis communication on delivery and hours . Some got lost in English ? But is was picked up towards the end . All over experience was very good. We have recommended to some travellers that are on the way to Jakarta .

My stay at the fairmont was very pleasant. the service staff is very friendly and helpful. even so, there is thing that make me disappointed, when I orderes raffles to go service. I made an order for raffles to go for 4 peoples and 6 peoples. One of the menus I ordered was 2 portions krispy fried duck. When I received it, it was not fried duck but krispy fried chicken. This is very disappointing and I feel like I was cheated on this mistake, especially considering the quality of Raffles' service which is known to be very good. Before this, I was also disappointed because I ordered a cake at Raffles at the end of the year 2020. I was told that I would receive the cake before lunch, but in fact the cake I received in the afternoon and it was in a bad condition because it had been outside refrigerator for too long. Fortunately, the Raffles FO staff was very helpful when I called them to convey my disappointment with Raffles's F&B service. Keren, Etha, Hardo and the other staff have been very helpful to me and provided very good service to handled my complaints and in accordance with the quality of the Raffles hotel which is very famous. I have received an apology for those mistakes, but the most important thing is to make improvements so that mistakes at F&B don't happen again and the Raffles Jakarta hotel service will be even better than today. For your information, I am a diamond member of ALL and so far I have never submitted a complaint in this way, as I said before that your employees have been very helpful in resolving my complaints. This time, I have to convey through this survey because this has happened several times and I hope there will be improvements soon to make it better

We have a very pleasant stay at Raffles Jakarta. Despite the limitation during the PPKM (Indonesia's micro restrictions due to Covid19), the services given to us make up for it. In room breakfast has vast selection and very good.

We came back from Europe to Indonesia and had to go 8 days in quarantine. As we live nearby Raffles, we often went there for dinner in the restaurant. We had visited the hotel before and know the facilities. The stay we had was absolutely great, it made passing by the quarantine fast. The service was great, the food was excellent. The room (Art Suite) was spacious and fully accommodated.
