Stayed for a business trip and Raffles Jakarta delivered on every front. Was welcomed with a generous room upgrade — the space was exceptional, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed for both work and rest. Access to the Executive Lounge provided a refined, calm environment perfect for unwinding or catching up on work, with excellent food and beverage offerings throughout the day. Arts Cafe is a destination in itself. Breakfast was an impressive spread — abundant, beautifully presented, and covering everything from local favourites to international options. Lunch carried the same standard, with a menu that felt carefully curated rather than generic. The ambience strikes the right balance between relaxed and refined, and the service was attentive and genuine throughout. A strong start and a satisfying midday break, all under one roof. The Writer’s Bar deserves a special mention. The ambience is unlike anywhere else in Jakarta — intimate, elegant, and steeped in literary character that feels true to the Raffles heritage. The cocktail selection is creative and well-executed, and the food pairings are thoughtfully curated. Great news for regulars: the live piano and vocalist have made a comeback after a hiatus of a few years — and it’s a welcome return. That musical touch brings the bar back to its best, creating an atmosphere that’s hard to leave. What elevates it further is the staff — genuinely hospitable, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive in a way that makes you want to linger. It’s the kind of bar you don’t just visit once. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Raffles Jakarta. What I enjoyed most was the calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. As it is a relatively smaller property with around 170 rooms, it feels much more personal and less crowded than many other luxury hotels. A special mention goes to Pak Edo, who conducted the complimentary circuit training session on Sunday morning 14th June. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The session was enjoyable, and I particularly appreciated the stretching exercises, which left me feeling refreshed and energised for the rest of the day. The staff were warm and attentive, the facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. It was a great opportunity to spend quality time with my family while enjoying the comfort and hospitality that Raffles is known for. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and left with many happy memories. I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

I made an absolutely wonderful decision to celebrate both my birthday and wedding anniversary at Raffles Jakarta. For my wife and me, these occasions are truly precious and meaningful milestones in our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. The staff at the lobby greeted us warmly and promptly assisted with our luggage, making us feel valued from the very beginning. During check-in, we were graciously assisted by Mr. Aria. He was highly professional, informative, and genuinely attentive to our needs. To our delight, he arranged a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful garden view. Although we checked in at 6:00 PM, Mr. Aria also kindly accommodated my request for a late check-out, allowing us to enjoy the Art Tour and celebrate our special occasion without feeling rushed. After check-in, Mr. Ciko and Mr. Maul kindly escorted us and directed us to the lift leading to our room. Mr. Maul graciously escorted our luggage to the room and thoroughly explained every aspect of the room’s facilities and amenities. His detailed guidance and warm hospitality ensured that we felt comfortable and well-informed from the moment we arrived. Upon entering our room, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful birthday decorations, welcoming chocolates, and a thoughtful wedding anniversary setup complete with our photograph. These wonderful arrangements were prepared by the Butler Team: Naima, Adit, Faza, Thalia, Rio, Ragil, Erica, Rifdah, Bayu, Juan, and Rizki. We also received a warm welcome letter from Mr. Aria, the Front Office Manager. The attention to detail was remarkable and deeply touching. My wife was genuinely moved by the surprise it was truly extraordinary. The following morning, during breakfast, we were once again treated with warmth and genuine hospitality. To our surprise, the team from Arts Café Chelsia, Daniel, Novan, Kevin, and Angel presented me with a birthday cake and heartfelt birthday wishes. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more memorable. Lastly, during the Art Tour, my wife and I were accompanied by Mr. Rudolf. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate in explaining the philosophy, history, and meaning behind the art and design throughout Raffles Jakarta. At the end of the tour, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary signature beverage from Raffles Jakarta, the Jakarta Sling. Since neither my wife nor I consume alcohol, we chose the non alcoholic beverage Jakarta Sunrise and enjoyed it as the perfect conclusion to our unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, I will enthusiastically recommend Raffles Jakarta to my friends, family members, business associates, and even my valued clients. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care demonstrated by every member of the team is truly world-class. Wonderful birthday staycation with family! Room was large Our toddler loved the in-room tent setup (upon request), they have indoor & outdoor playgrounds, and large swimming pool. The room was spacious with a lovely bathtub, the butler service was exceptional, and the front office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Complete amenities and a delightful breakfast made it a truly family-friendly luxury experience. Highly recommended!
