Truely exceptional stay in Jakarta. The team worked hard to ensure the high standard service from the reception team to housekeeping team. Everyone treated me extra well as if I were a special someone. I got upgraded to the executive suites which was actually big enough for a family with 2 small kids! Communication was great over in-person, phone call and via whatsapp. I enjoyed breakfast at both the arts cafe and the Raffles club although the club seemed understaff when I was there ie Tuesday morning or Friday night. Gym was also very clean and well-equipped. I would definitely return!

I HAVE BEEN IN SO MANY RESORTS AND HOTELS AROUND THE GLOBE , AND THIS FACILITY IS AMONG THE BEST . IT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS..I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AND ENJOY THERE HOSPITALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. Check-in at Raffles was impressively fast, and our room was ready even though we arrived early, which was a great start to our stay. There were some hiccups during the experience, but true to Raffles’ reputation for impeccable service, the staff quickly recognized the issue and graciously upgraded my room. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and set the tone for a memorable stay. The butlers were attentive and went above and beyond, even surprising me with a birthday song on my special day, which added a personal and heartwarming touch. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. That said, as the property is aging, it might benefit from some refurbishing to maintain its luxurious appeal. Additionally, while I understand the use of filtered water aligns with sustainability efforts, it felt a little out of place for a hotel of this caliber. Perhaps a more elegant solution could be explored that balances environmental concerns with maintaining the premium image of the brand. Overall, Raffles continues to deliver exceptional service, and despite minor areas for improvement, my fourth stay in this hotel was delightful and memorable.
