Bad Experience!!!! Arround 5 PM while i was havimg a bath, my door bell was ringging several times, so i decided to stop bathing and take look. And i was shock when i open my bathroom door a staff already open the door and come inside my room for the reason that did not make any sense for me ( to check the expired date of the mini bar ) Is this really an SOP to do so ?? I choose Raflles because this is a wellknown 5 star hotel, but really i feel insecure after that incident. For me this is not a 5 star hotel would do, ckeck your SOP and make it better!!!!
