On the day of check-in, I accidentally left my phone in the airport transfer vehicle. In what could have been a complete disaster for my trip, our butler, Rashya, stepped in and helped contact the driver to safely retrieve my phone. I am immensely grateful to Rashya for turning what could have been the worst experience into the absolute best trip. Beyond that, the entire breakfast team, all the Club Lounge butlers, and every member of the Raffles staff were wonderfully warm and genuinely eager to assist with anything I needed. This makes me feel home during my stay. Even though there are little hiccups, but the team able to take quick action and help to solve the problem. This is impressive and heart warming. Specially thanks to Pak Damar, who provide excellent help during my booking, he is really professional and spent a lot of effort for me to stay with Raffles Jakarta. I am really appreciate for this. Credit to Pak Geo, Pak Jojo and Pak Kelvin who always take good care of me during my breakfast time in Arts Cafe. Especially Pak Kelvin, who always remember I don’t consume beef and remind the kitchen to remove the beef floss on the bubur Ayam for me. Thank you very much ! Not to mentioned about the top notch of housekeeping team, which always make my room clean and tidy. Their professional service and attitude deserved a recognition. I would like to express my gratitude to Pak Agong, Pak Adit, Mas Indri and Mas Delima. Sometime their little surprise really make my day after an exhausting working from office. Last but not the least, thanks to the duty manager especially Pak Rey who always received my message during the stays. Thanks for the professional and quick action to help on my request. There is no usual buffet being offered by Arts Cafe. I will normally host lunches and dinners at the hotel. For this round,,My clients and I are still prefer the usual buffet style.

The room was nice, the welcome drink was awesome and the staffs were nice, but my room water dispenser wasnt working, luckily i brought my own water bottle but late night when i was thirsty and my water bottle was empty , the dispenser wasnt working, i contacted the butler about this and the butler said that he/she will sent a housekeeper to look for it but it was so late at night i couldnt bother the staff too. Another problem was at the breakfast, the food was great and the staffs were extremely nice, but the sashimi has insects (flies like) inside the tuna, i didnt take the picture but i called the staff and the staff saw the insect too.

the hospitality at it best. Raffles Jakarta surely becomes my favorite hotel for celebrating special moment. All staff i met, they gave excellent hospitality. start from lobby Mr. Rudolf with his royal raffles uniform, concierge with Mr. Juan Miro, check in at Raffles Club assisted by Ms. Salma, our room butler (forget his name), and the Art Tour with Mr. Rudolf. They all are the best. staying at the Gallery Suite is the best decision i made. i really love this suite. super comfort. The Raffles Club is also amazing, i can feel the positive vibes. we love you Raffles Jakarta. Great Job!
