This stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded even my most optimistic beliefs of how such an luxury establishment could possibly be! It was truly amazing! Everyone was exceptional! From beginning to end! I can't think of a single thing to fault the property on even if I wanted to! The hotel with good attention of services. Kudos to the lounge and concierge team. Of course the housekeeping is also being very helpful. Few names that I remember, Fahrul and Fahmi from the buttler (lounge) team. Aldi (Dul), Chiki, Yuan, Gerri, and many other concierge team that I sitll cannot remember their name one by one, which their greeting made me feel like coming back to home every time after tiring days. Of course this hotel is connected to the Lotte Mall. This hotel is so popular until it is very hard to get upgrade even as Platinum member as they are always fully occupied.
