Due to the covid-19 all hotel facilities was closed, but I did not received information about this when I booked the room and hotel did not give me anything for compensation

Good facilities, clean room, good location. Very poor service person,make guess feel so bad that we wouldn't back again to stay at mercure jakarta after that experience.

The hotel location is very strategic, near to halim airport, not really far to train station and only 40 -+ to International Airport, it's mean is very strategic for business purpose.
