We had a really pleasant stay at Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto on April 18, 2026 😊 The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the warm welcome from Ms. Mutiara made a great first impression. Our room was perfectly prepared, and everything matched the notes we shared during booking—really appreciate the attention to detail. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the team at the kids’ activity area who kindly helped keep an eye on our child while we were checking in—definitely a big plus for us as parents. In the evening, we enjoyed the lounge, and the hospitality from Ms. Lila made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was great and the service felt very genuine. Breakfast at Flora Restaurant was also a highlight. The food selection was good, and the service was excellent. Haikal was especially helpful and made our family breakfast experience even more enjoyable. So far, this has been the best service we’ve experienced among all the Mercure hotels we’ve stayed at. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to!
