Specifically request non-smoking room via Accor Member booking site, however until 5 PM there is no available non-smoking room. Need to wait another 30 minutes to get non-smoking room. Breakfast buffet around 7 AM still not yet well attended with serving staffs although covid protocol does not allowed for guests to pick up their own food, so guests wandering around is there any staffs that can help them. From 4 elevators in east area, only 3 that is available to be used by guest which very annoying. WiFi is very unstable and GSM cellular signal also very bad.

This is my first stay at a hotel in Jakarta and I'm happy to have chosen this hotel for my quarantine mandate. My room was clean and I was well taken care of by the staff. They were very nice and professional.

Dissapointed for such class hotel due to no hairdryer and there's a yellow stain on the carpet in front of my room. My room was on the 24th floor. I checked in at 00:00 am and there's dirty dishes in front of the room thats opposite from my room i and when i want to get out for breakfast in the morning the dirty dishes still there...OMG. Despite all of that i like there's indoor pool coz my child spend hours swimming.

This is my 2nd times stayed at Mercure Gatot Subroto. What i got? Clean room, Friendly staff, Good breakfast experience, its Buffet (Some restocking ingridients, bread in my case is quite long, maybe adding more staff will be nice to speed up everything), unfortunately the Swimming Pool still closed due to Government's policy. But, if the breakfast is already buffet, the swimming pool can be opened i think. But overall, its a great experience staying at Mercure Gatot Subroto.

A refresher course about COVID 19 should be done with staff hotel. Indeed, I spotted 7 guest without mask in the lobby upon arrival, after telling receptionists, they were scared to talk the the guest directly. Other story for breakfast, half the cooks we'rent using mask, I called out the manager which called the head chef who says “ they remove the mask to try the food as cooks do “ (10 mins without masks ) I got scared and cancelled and left breakfast. Staff has no clue about their products, we’ve booked rediscovered Indonesia, we have to go back and forth between room service and receptionist to enjoy our stay credit.

Well it was a last minute decision because my travel for work was canceled. The hotel is spacious and newly built. The view from my room is outstanding because i love to see the traffic flow. But what happened at your reception in the morning? I was in hurry and you only have one person at your front desk and the girl completely ignore me i know at that time she was with another guest. But it is never too much to say please wait a second yet she’s completely ignored me.

Everthing is awesome but breakfast very bad. At 8.30 only got rice and chicken. No refill, usually breakfast is my fav moment while stay at Hotel.

Overall, it was a great stay. I stayed for 2 nights, and as a gold member of ALL membership program, I got its benefits. They upgraded my room to Executive room. I got a room on 25th floor with a spectacular view. The check in process was smooth, however, I did not feel the warmth as the accor hotel standard as usual. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was really nice and the choice was various. two things that could be improved are the room and the welcome snack. The welcome snack, that was a plate of fruits in my opinion is not enough, even the fruit choice was so standard. For the room, I was a bit annoyed by the noise from the room next to our room and from the hallway.

The Mercure Gatot Subroto is a good hotel to stay at for your required 5 days of Covid-19 quarantine. All the Covid tests are administered right there at the hotel so no need to worry about the how & where to get those done.

I was there for a quick evaluation for our company future business function and meeting, it was a surprisingly pleasant stays, I got upgraded to the next available bedroom class, and was given a free mini-bar as well. nice hotel, good location which I could enjoy sunrise in the morning and traffic along gatot subroto in the evening nice breakfast but need more little improvement for variety of food. the room s clean and have a health of protocol . nice staff which very helpful
