Well located hotel, with friendly staff, and very convenient to stay. The food for breakfast also tastes good, although the Meat soup is a bit salty, but overall is good.

The service is excellent and the view are great. Even on Eid day, the front desk informed us where to pray. The restaurant also serve opor and Eid food. The hotel has a Grab locker and even there is discount when you order Grab to Mercure. Great.

it is not the first time at Mercure Gatsu. Conveniently placed, not sound proof but acceptable at the back of the hotel. As in many hotels, the quality of the bread is far below standards and this time the vegetables were not cooked, still raw...finally although we mentioned the safety box could not be used, it has not been repaired....
