The ambience is soothing and calm despite in the middle of hustling and bustling of the city. Front staf is very pleasant, helpful and patience. The hotel is next to train station and make it feasible to travel from one place to another. Nearby there are a lot of food outlets to choose from. The room is also clean and comfortable, complete with basic amenities.

For all Accorrplus member, if you want stay at Accor hotel at Jakarta, I suggested not to choose this hotel. Of all the 3-star Accor hotels, this hotel has the worst service and is the most expensive among other 3-star Accor hotels in Jakarta.

Super smooth checked in by the front desk lady. Very helpful and informative too. Managed to get early check in as the room is available. Cosy lobby area and super close to the BNI train station. Great place to come especially with a family as it is close to facilities. Room is nice and cosy too.

Cozy room with super nice pillows, nice foods, quick and easy service. The staffs were so nice snf helpful as well, especially Mba Ratu dan Mba Eryna. Overall, it was pleasant staying in experience and it's easy to go everywhere from here. Thank youu!
