We sincerely regret to learn that your recent experience in our newly renovated room did not meet the standards and comfort you previously enjoyed with us. Please accept our apologies regarding the cleanliness issues you encountered, including the fake lashes found upon arrival, the hair on the pillowcase, worn linen condition, and the musty smell from the towels. This is certainly not the level of housekeeping quality we strive to deliver, and your comments have been shared directly with our Housekeeping team for immediate review and corrective action. We are also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the iron and ironing board condition, as well as the limited availability during your second request. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the room layout making it difficult to use the iron comfortably. Your remarks regarding the new room configuration, desk accessibility, power socket placement, and overall room functionality are highly appreciated and will be reviewed carefully with our management and design teams as part of our ongoing improvement process. At the same time, we truly appreciate your positive comments regarding the upgraded TV and enclosed toilet concept in the new room design.
