Friendly staff and nice location at city centre, close to malls, and easily accessible to other places. The room is clean. Convenient to go anywhere and close to the big mall Grand Indonesia. The breakfast is still yet to try. Hope it would be good.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests.

The room was small but ok. The breakfast was nothing special, lacking in variety and sometimes a bit disorganized. Most disappointingly, the rooftop café—advertised on the Accor website where I made my booking—was closed for refurbishment. This felt misleading, almost like a scam: such a significant facility should not be advertised on the hotel's official website, if the facility is actually not available!
