The location is good but the room is dirty. Some smell of cigarette although the room is no smoking. Under the bed, there is leftover food on the first night. but I am too tired to complain

Well, everything went well. Location is really good near the MRT and Train station and easy for us to find it. Thanks to heartist team who prepare birthday cake for my mom. CI and CO was good. But should need the improvement for FD staff about ALL membership. Like the benefits for the members it self. One of the staff said that I get 50% discount for breakfast and I know I didnt get it. Maybe he means for Accor Plus membership but overall was good :)

Rooms are rather tight. Bathrooms are small. Rooms are dimly lit and are not suitable for working (business travel). Most TV channels are fuzzy, some with no audio. Boiler Jug wasn't working. Sheets had stain.

Room are good except the shampoo and bath gel should be separated not using the same type which cause my hair dry and body dry. No hand and hair towels. Wifi bad everytime break and slow. Staff excellent and nice.

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms and lobby area. Excellent buffet breakfasts in the restaurant. Good location as well, especially on Sunday morning when for a few hours, there are no cars on the street.

My stay at All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin has been nothing short of pleasant. All the staff at the hotel were greatly accommodating and friendly. The hotel rooms were always clean, the breakfast and food was delicious. The staff at the hotel were also kind enough to direct me to the lovely sites in Jakarta. The location of the hotel was excellent, with an MRT stop outside the hotel and a short walk to the TransJakarta stop, all sites were easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel was a short walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Overall, my stay at the hotel was lovely and I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for accommodation in Jakarta.

Generally, the hotel was well-maintained. A good level of comfort and cleanliness was present at the Reception areas and the guest rooms at all times. The room was cleaned and made up every day, and of an acceptable size for two guests. The bed was of good quality with the right amount of bedding and good pillows. The double-glazed windows helped keep the outside noise outside. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Rather pricey but justified by its location and overall comfort for those whose leisure or business activities were around the Central Jakarta areas. However, the main attraction of the hotel: the restaurant at the R level where the breakfast was served with some city views, was unfortunately presented a contrast. The whole restaurant area needs a serious attention. The food and drinks were okay but can definitely be improved. Perhaps less but better quality selection should be a way forward. The restaurant needs a thorough physical clean-up - from the floor to the ceiling, including all the window frames. During our three night stay, we observed a big piece of an omelette remained on the floor (under a table) for more than 48 hours and the other food debris were present on the floor and window frames for the three mornings (at the exact locations - untouched). The serving platters and food warmers looked smudgy and dusty. Some plates or bowls were not washed thoroughly and still had food residue from the previous use. The made-to-order eggs were prepared in advance and left uncovered on the shelf for people to take - during which time the eggs would have gone cold. At one time, we asked a waiter to turn off the music as the speakers were also adding unpleasant noise to the music due to probably loose cable connections. During the three mornings, we ended up only having some espresso coffee and some well-drained cooked vegetables as the rest looked less appetizing.
