I had a pleasant stay and my mom & i truly enjoyed the bubur ayam for our daily breakfast and jamu shots. however the aircon was centralised and room was warm, reception was helpful to call maintenance to look into it but room was still warm throughout the stay.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Firstly, the room soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms was quite audible. In addition, music played in the corridor could be clearly heard inside the room, which was rather disturbing. Secondly, the hand shower faucet in the bathroom was not properly installed and was leaking. I reported this issue to the receptionist on my first morning and requested it to be fixed. However, when I returned to my room that evening, the issue had still not been resolved. I hope these points can be taken into consideration for improvement, as they affected the overall comfort of my stay.
