I chose this hotel because of its strategic location. The hotel is near to the Jakarta Airport Raillink Sudirman station and also the Dukuh Atas MRT station. Tosari BRT station is also a short walk away. The room is decent, clean and all the amenities are working. The water dispenser near the lift lobby is also useful. I booked the room with breakfast included, they tried to serve something different everyday and the taste is good too. Lastly, I think the best part of the stay is the people. From the front desk, to the team at the front door and dining area, everyone is very nice and friendly.

The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the room is a bit old and the floor is dirty. During my stay, the shower was only slightly warm and not hot. At times, the shower water was cold. Daily breakfast served was not good too. very little selections and not delicious, e.g. the porridge is too thick and the eggs sometimes run out and nobody was there at the eggs station.
