THe room’s air conditioner is not cold and toilet. The Bath towel should be replaced its already torn and not white anymore. no opener for the Mineral water

I am a returning customer and have always love my stay at All Seasons Thamrin but this is my first disappointment with the hotel. Finally trying out the newer rooms however the cleanliness standard has dropped and the layout of the new room is frustrating because it is blocking pathway to the chair and desk in the room. Stayed for 3D2N, found a used fake lashes on the floor when I just checked into the room. When housekeeping clean the room the next morning, the falsies was still unremoved. Found a strand of hair on the pillowcases and the pillowcases are also worn-out with holes in the corners. Bath towels smelled musty and with the poor cleanliness of the room, I felt uncomfortable using it. Cleanliness standard has dropped. Requested for an iron for both night and I received the same leaky iron both times. The first night, I was provided an ironing board but the condition of the ironing board is very pitiful. On the second night, I was told they have run out of ironing board which is ridiculous because the room is too cramped, it is impossible to move the table near the power socket. The power socket and iron is too far to iron on my bed. Configuration of old room was much better, less cramped and the desk/refrigerator is well-placed. The layout of the fridge cabinet in the newer room restrict access to the chair and desk, also making the room cramped. In the older room, the power socket are strategically placed with a desk and comes with Type G socket near the TV for easy access, in the new rooms that is not the case. The only plus points of the new room is the upgraded TV and a closed toilet.

At the same time, we truly appreciate your positive comments regarding the upgraded TV and enclosed toilet concept in the new room design.
