Had a wonderful stay at 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird. The room was spacious, elegant and very clean with an amazing view from 21st Floor. The direct connection to Astha Mall was definitely a big plus, very convenient for dining and shopping. LAST TIME I STAYED THERE AND I REMEMBERED I FORGOT SOME BABY PILLOW, AND HE SAID IT WAS NOT THE HOTEL OBLIGATION TO INFORMED THE GUEST IF THERE'S ANYTHING LEFT AT THE HOTEL. THIS IS REALLY THE FIRST TIME I HEARD ABOUT THIS THINGS. I STAYED AT ANOTHER HOTEL OF ALL ACCOR IN JAKARTA WHICH IS FAIRMONT HOTEL JAKARTA, AND ALL THE STAFF THERE ARE VERY AMAZING, WHENEVER I FORGOT ANYTHINGS ON MY ROOM DURING MY STAY THEY ALWAYS SEND ME AN EMAIL AND REMIND ME FOR THIS. BUT I REALLY DO SUGGEST FOR 25H HOTEL ODDBIRD JAKARTA TO CHANGE THE WAY HOW THEY TREAT GUEST!!!!!!!!! Everything about the hotel was super. The location is very strategic (nearby to all the places that I have planned to go in Jakarta Selatan area). I mainly booked this hotel because of the aesthetics from all photos I saw online. And when I was physically in the hotel, nothing dissapoint. Everything looks like the ones I see in photos (even looking better in person). Loves the theme so much. The hotel has so much character. Love the room, loveee the breakfast spread. And love the in-room dining experience and its reasonable price. Also thank you to the front desk staff Ilham for granting me late check out because I had a very late flight that evening. Thank you to everyone who made my stay memorable.

We stayed at 25 hours the Oddbird for a night after flying in from an international flight. The journey from the international airport to the hotel was pretty short. We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to a large room where we had a nice living space with a turntable that we absolutely loved. We really adore the design of the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good spread of local and international cuisines too. The staff members were very friendly at the reception. We had a very good stay.

Had issues with the coffee machine that came with the place. Staff attempted to fix it and did their best. Weighing scale in the unit was already out of battery. Did not work. Hope this gets fixed. Also, this was my bad - I realised after booking via Trip.com that this was an Accor property. Wanted to cancel and book directly but was not possible. I would have gotten a better rate + points but this was not possible.

stay was fantastic even thought the bulk of my trip was out for work. however, i am inclined to share that it would have been a perfect 10/10 if the attention to the welcome chocolates was treated with more care. on day 1, i did not notice the platter as i had only checked in past midnight and i had a 7am call time the next day on day 2, i notice the platter and enjoyed some of the items in the platter on day 3, i noticed my half eaten rice crispy chocolate was still left on the platter. at this point, i thought the service was sloppy. either clear it out or replenish the tray with fresh ones this continue on day 4 - 6. the platter just sitting there waiting for its imminent clearance at the end of my stay i don't think anyone is expecting the snacks to be replenished daily but leaving a half eaten chocolate bar for 6 days (19Aug, Wed to 24 Aug, Mon) is a miss opportunity to score a perfect 10 / 10
