Free upgrade room was superb, the room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help. The location is perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

I have been a regular guest in 25hr Jakarta and I am a Platinum member of ALL. I stayed in 25hr Jakarta from Tuesday, March 3 until Friday, March 6. When I arrived last Tuesday, there was a queue because only one person was at the front desk, and I was the next person in line. After 10 minutes, another person stepped into the front desk counter. All of a sudden, the person behind me cut in line and moved to the front desk counter, being attended by this newly arrived front desk staff ("X") who knows there is a queue. I am a regular there and have been served many times by X, so I called X out 3-4 times to remind X that I am next in the queue, but X just pretended not to hear me. Hence, I just called out the person who cut the queue, and he backed off. It is the front desk staff's responsibility to manage the queue at the front desk. I asked X why X let that person cut the queue, but X didn't answer. Instead, X made an annoyed face, while checking me in. This happened before whenever I gave feedback to X on other occasions, which I don't think it's professional. Also, during that stay, for whatever reason, my billing is not open. I hosted my meeting at the Oddbird Bar. When we finished our meeting, I wanted to pay by charging it to my room. But I can't do it because the waiter said my billing is closed, so I have to pay with my credit card. That's quite embarrassing for me. I invited these guests and I didn't bring my credit card, as I left it in the room. I need to walk to the front desk, asked what happened and then they opened my billing. I think you should improve your front desk's service quality and system. Often when the queue is long, there is still only one counter open.

Overall, my stay at 25hours Hotel was pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the welcome greeting was warm and the staff who helped with the luggage were very friendly, which made the check-in experience feel comfortable. The room itself was also in good condition and overall the stay was enjoyable. However, there was one thing that was quite disappointing. One of the reception staff members was noticeably unfriendly. From the way she spoke and the way they looked at guests, it didn’t feel very welcoming, which was quite different from the other staff who were helpful and warm. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to check or remember the staff member’s name. I hope this can be taken as feedback to maintain the overall great hospitality of the hotel :)
