We only ate breakfast on one day but is was thoroughly disappointing. Juice is rubbish, fruit was emplty for most of the time. Eggs Benedict were not tasty. Pretty rubbish.

Hotel location in the Ashta shopping center is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel also provide special parking space in the B2 that connect directly to the room and the lobby.
Lobby area has an interesting design that feel unique and this concept was also found throughout the hotel. Check in was processed very fast by the front desk team and there is excellent member recognition in this hotel.
We booked the Gigantic Room and the room was very spacious with separate living room and bedroom. The living room has big sofa and also the mini bar which is complimentary for the non alcoholic items. The bathroom has a modern design with excellent shower pressure and high quality bath amenities.
For Diamond members, the hotel provide complimentary afternoon tea at the bar which is a nice touch as they are not required to do this. The afternoon tea consist of some sweet and savoury items that taste very good and choice of tea for the drinks.
Breakfast in the Copa restaurant was excellent with plenty of items from the buffet and choice of eggs that could be ordered from the ala carte menu.
Overall I had an excellent stay here and will definitely return in the future

Hotel is a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and perfect for couples or a short staycation to take a break and relax. The location is also strategic, making it convenient to get around Jakarta.
The breakfast was really good and enjoyable. Maybe the variety of food could be improved in the future by adding more options.
The staff were also very friendly, helpful, informative, and polite throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.

A very pleasant and wonderful stay. My friend i enjoy every moment of our stay. However the only thing that we not able to experience is the pool which was close due to the valcano eruption. But that’s understandable. Overall we have a very memorable stay at the hotel. All the staff from the reservation team, front office , housekeeping , security and of cos the star for these entire stay is the service staff at the breakfast restaurant COPA. They really pampered us and make us feel like a king. So much variety of food to choose. Decided to try it only for 1 day as we are paying but end up going for 2 days. The restaurant is beautiful both indoor and outdoor. Colourful , vibrant ,delicious food most importantly impeccable service from the staff. We will definitely coming back.
