This hotel is excellent. Having direct access to Plaza Senayan is a major perk. What I liked • Spacious rooms for a business hotel. • Good breakfast selection. • Outstanding staff, warm, attentive service throughout our stay. • We were upgraded to a junior suite, which doubled our enjoyment. • The pool is well suited for families with toddlers. • Special thanks to the team who assisted us from arrival to checkout, and to the lobby staff for the thoughtful decoration and surprise cake for my daughters: Mbak Nabila, Mbak Shervy, and Mas Ilham (apologies if I’ve misspoken any names). Minor suggestions for improvement 1. More children’s activities. I understand this is primarily a business hotel, but adding family‑friendly options on weekends and long weekends would attract more families. 2. Mall access escalator. The current escalator is narrow and awkward for baby strollers; a wider or alternative access would help. 3. In‑room TV content. Add more variety, especially streaming options like YouTube. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and great location, excellent service, and family‑friendly amenities.

I was on a business trip and flewed more than 10,000 miles each way. I was not feeling well after the excess amount of flying. Fairmont staff were extremely nice and patient, helped me find a clinic and provided me comfort complimentary food when I needed the most. Everyday, I receive greetings from the restaurant staff during breakfast with a warm smiling and a nice wish for me to get better soon. It means a lot to me in a place far far away from home. I would not hesitate to choose fairmont again.
