Wonderful experience at Fairmont Jakarta. Suite room very spacious with great view of golf course. Fairmont Gold lounge was very nice offering good breakfast and evening dinner and many thanks for Mr Mokhtar from Gold lounge for his fast check in process. Spectrum main restaurant breakfast is amazing and I want to say thank you for Ms Ary for looking after all the guests at the breakfast. The crown restaurant is very nice located at level 22 with amazing view Highly recommend hotel Fairmont Jakarta ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

2 days stay at Fairmont... Friendly and very helpful receptionist.. as a platinum member I was upgraded 2 levels and because I was waiting for the room to be cleaned I was given 2 extra complementary drinks.. we were given on the 32nd floor, the highest floor and the room was spacious... The breakfast was also delicious and quite complete... the staff at Spectrum were also very friendly even though it was busy...

We had a very pleasant stay with our family. The room was comfortable and well-prepared, and the team was attentive and helpful throughout our visit. I'm very happy with my experience staying in Fairmont Senayan. The room is spacious and well crafted. Room service team also providing us with their best service quality. Some things that I think might you need to considered are below: 1. During check-in process, I was kinda dissatisfied because the front desk didn't acknowledge my request which I have already stated on my AllAccor app. Even worse, I already reconfirmed through formal email before my check in time about my request but the front desk told me that she didn't get my request. One bad experience I have received from a 5 stars hotel. 2. Spectrum restaurant was quite crowded when I'm about to have a breakfast. If I may suggest, if you guys know that on certain period that the breakfast restaurant going to be a full pack, please kindly inform the guests in advance. Lucky for us, the restaurant manager politely to ask us to move to 1945 when they are aware there were a bit long queues during breakfast. But it will be amazing services if you guys let the guest know in advance and give us an early information that there will be another places to have breakfast before we went downstairs. 3. If possible, please add and enhance more your in-room entertainment. I was kinda shock knowing your tv unit is an outdated model and the entertainment channels are still in low-res quality. Aside from those suggestions, I really enjoyed my time in Fairmont and looking forward to have a better experience soon.
