This was our first time staying in Fairmont hotel Senayan. For a luxury hotel, we found that indoor parking space is very tight as if it was designed only for small city cars. We were driving a latest bmw x5 (to identify car dimension) to the hotel and it was very tight. We spoke to concierge staffs with hope to get a better indoor parking lot but seems they did not been trained or has initiative to find solution to meet simple customer needs. Our room #1908 was smell humid, we must lower down the temperature and increase fan speed to improve the situation. Besides that the rest are good.

As an Accor Gold member, I expected the welcome amenity benefit, but when I inquired, I was informed that only a welcome drink was available. My request for a late check-out was also denied without any flexibility. Overall, the stay was disappointing and not worth it. The room was nothing special, and the service was below the standard I would expect, even compared to many 4-star hotels.
