My daughter and I recently enjoyed a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Fairmont Jakarta. The Highlights Generous Hospitality: We were incredibly grateful for the generous upgrade to a Fairmont Suite. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering breathtaking views over the golf course. Impeccable Housekeeping: The housekeeping team deserves high praise; our suite was serviced flawlessly every day, maintaining a high standard of comfort. Prime Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic. The underground tunnel to Plaza Senayan made outings effortless and added a great layer of convenience. Exquisite Dining: Our culinary experiences were a highlight. 1945 Restaurant impressed us with its tasteful decor and authentic, delicious Indonesian cuisine. Furthermore, the Sunday Brunch was of the highest quality, featuring an impressive variety that catered to every palate. Spa Treatments: Our aromatherapy massages were deeply relaxing, with therapists who were clearly attentive to detail and dedicated to guest wellness. Opportunities for Refinement While our stay was excellent, I noticed a few small details in the Spa and Wellness area that could be elevated to better match the luxurious Fairmont experience. During our visit, the steam room was out of service, and the changing rooms required more frequent attention to maintain the pristine environment we usually expect. Additionally, providing cups for the mouthwash would be a thoughtful touch. I also wanted to share a note regarding the breakfast service. While we appreciate the staff's enthusiasm for feedback, the approach to securing Google reviews felt a bit overly proactive. I believe the service here is strong enough to earn five stars organically! Lastly, we encountered a minor glitch during billing, but I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the team resolved it. These minor points did not compromise what was otherwise a stellar experience. Thank you to the entire Fairmont Jakarta team for your warmth and for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning!
