First timer here, bringing my mom as in to celebrate her birthday. The hoteliers wete very helpful to decorate the room and the cake was delicious also. We also got the corner room, so the view was good. Overall, it's quite a comfortable stay, room was spacious, very good service.

Our recent birthday staycation at Fairmont Jakarta during the post-Lebaran peak featured a blend of exceptional hospitality and minor coordination gaps. We chose our entry-level room over an available twin-bed upgrade to keep a pre-confirmed "decorated" setup, though the missing kids' tent and minimal decor made us wish we had prioritized the better room configuration. While the room itself was spacious and well-appointed, the breakfast experience at Spectrum was impacted by high demand, resulting in queues and slow refills on popular items. Ultimately, the stay was redeemed by a generous 2 PM late checkout and the world-class hospitality of Ms. Sherryra, whose gift of a framed caricature was a truly unique and cherished gesture
