We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Fairmont Jakarta. They prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for my parents just as requested; a simple yet meaningful decoration, along with a delicious cake! It made their 30th anniversary feel really special. The room was very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. We also got an amazing view of GBK just as I requested, and it looked more stunning at night. Overall, Fairmont made me want to come back again. This experience was truly valuable and something I'll always remember. Thank you for the great stay and experience! Really appreciate it!

I was given an upgrade to a suite on the 20th floor. The 21st floor is the Executive Gold Lounge. During the afternoon and evening, the sound of the lounge service door(s) above me squeaking and shutting was constant and unpleasant. The staff sent me a printed letter suggesting I wear earplugs. I went out, returned at 12:30am, and found the upstairs was still noisy, and shuffling and dropping boxes, or something like that. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The staff did relocate me the next day to a room that did not have this problem.

Fairmont Jakarta never fails to deliver. From the comfort in the rooms, to the friendly and helpful staff, to the giant breakfast buffet, everything is always top notch at this hotel. I recommend everybody that’s visiting Jakarta to stay at the Fairmont.
