We stayed 5 nights at Novotel Cikini and, after staying at around 20 Accor properties across Southeast Asia over the last few months, this hotel might be one of the best hidden value gems in the group. Our ALL Accor Platinum status was recognized upon arrival, and for a very reasonable additional surcharge we upgraded to the Junior Suite. The suite was extremely spacious and definitely worth the extra money. The gym was decent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices each morning. However, the real highlight of the stay was the staff. Every single team member was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay feel special. The warmth and hospitality we experienced here honestly put some of the 5-star properties we visited to shame. Thank you again to the entire team for such a memorable stay — we would happily return

I felt it was absurd that the parking fees is collected even when the lobby is blocked by other cars picking up guests.

For your kind information, we actually provide complimentary parking for in house guests upon registration of the vehicle number at our Reception. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated or if there was any confusion during your stay. We also acknowledge your concern regarding the traffic flow at the lobby area when vehicles are picking up guests.
