We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is strategically located, easily accessible by public transportation, and not far from the KRL station. The room facilities were good, clean, and well maintained. The swimming pool and gym were also nice and well maintained. All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We booked the holiday package with the Open Top Tour, and it was a great offer for our family. Our children especially enjoyed playing foosball in the lobby. The breakfast selection was varied, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back again.

Can honestly say the Novotel In Cikini Jakarta is a favorite, we can talk about Architecture, facilities etc. However I want to specifically mention the people of this hotel as being the primary reason I look to return on visits to Jakarta, they are Warm, friendly, thoughtful, accommodating & above all simply nice folks ...... so the Novotel Cikini is my Oasis in Jakarta and I thank each and every one of them for creating a memorable stay..... till next time
