The hotel were great but unfortunately due to Jakarta airport issue my flight was cancelled and I asked the reception to give me a delay check out till I visit my airline office and decide if I will extend my stay or not, but they refused to give me a delay check out! I was disappointed.

Another very nice stay at Novotel Cikini Jakarta, as always! I arrived late at night, and the check-in was smooth and easy, which was incredibly helpful since I was exhausted after a long flight. During my trip, I had three separate reservations because my family arrived at different times. For all of these bookings, Pak Adenta and Pak Taufik helped me tremendously to ensure a seamless continuation of our stay. I was even given room upgrades for the second and third reservations—thank you so much! The upgraded room was perfect for a family stay, especially with two TVs so everyone could watch their favorite shows. The breakfast team (Ibu Wayan, Ibu Renny, Pak Ismail, Ibu Rani, Ibu Heln and Ibu Yanti) was also fantastic. Every morning, they kindly asked if they could bring me anything. I had the chance to try a special breakfast of salmon and creamy champignons. To top it all off, on the night before my departure, I received yet another lovely complimentary spa product from the staff! My two-week vacation at Novotel Cikini was one of my best times in Jakarta. I truly enjoyed it and am completely satisfied with the team and the service. I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cikini with my family. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Arie from the Front Office for his excellent hospitality and kindness. I would also like to thank Satria from the Security team, who was very attentive and proactive in asking if we needed any assistance. He was also very helpful in assisting us with loading our belongings into the car. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant one. You have wonderful staff, communicate well, and pleasant. Room is clean, however need refresher. Breakfast was ordinary, it wasn't appealing nor tasty, pity, beautiful spacious dining area.
