Great hoyel with extraordinay staff!

We travel regularly to Indonesia. For the past five days, we were in Jakarta, where experiences the Novotel Cikini (Jalan Cikini Raya) for the first time. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The location, room, value for money, cleanliness, and especially the service and the overall attentive and customer-focused attitude of the staff all contributed to an exceptional experience. This applied to all employees, from reception to the food and beverage staff (breakfast), security, and management. Everyone seemed to enjoy working here. Ms. Wayan, for example, is originally of Balinese descent but now works at this hotel in Jakarta. She's a fantastic employee, service-oriented, confident, friendly, and simultaneously very professional. The management should be proud of her! Terima kasih banyak!
