We had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was really good—especially the Hainan chicken and the made-to-order fried rice! I would give it 4 thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the variety of food was also great. Shout out to the chefs and FnB team. The only downside was that the bathroom floor was quite slippery, which could be dangerous for toddlers. Since their footing is still developing, it’s easy for them to slip and fall on a wet, slippery floor. It’s perfectly fine for adults, but I think it can be quite risky for young children. Just a little suggestion for improvement: perhaps the hotel could provide a non-slip mat or some kind of extra flooring for guests traveling with toddlers. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable hotel with pleasant gymn and swimming pool as well as wide variety of hot breakfast. The Jamu (traditional herbal drink) is very well prepared, home made; including Beer Pletok, Beras Kencur and Kunyit Asam.

1. In room wifi didnt work out at all, even technician has work on something it still didnt work. 2. Smart tv? Not at all. Even i cannot access my Netflix account 3. Broken coffee maker. I even cannot used it well. 4. In room service quite slow respond. I asled for extra towels and additional Drinking water, it took more than 30mins to proceed.
