This is the third times staycation at Novotel Cikini, helpfull staff and warm, good food, many variant in breakfast, there is kids activities on weekend, pool on the 5th floor and we get treat in our special wedding anniversary. Special thanks to GRO and HK team 😍😍

The room was nice, they were fully booked so they gave me an upgrade to a junior suite which was very nice. The only thing that could use improvement is the dining area and food selection for the buffets.
