We have stayed at many hotels before, but never have we experienced such genuine care and thoughtful attention for our family. A very special thank you to Agatha and Adel from the Guest Experience team for transforming our room into something incredibly special. The magical touches they prepared made our child’s birthday celebration unforgettable. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Dea, who ensured our room was perfectly comfortable, it honestly made us feel like a royal family staying in a palace. Every detail was beautifully taken care of. And of course, thank you to Wisnu for the warm welcome during check-in and the kind farewell at check-out.
