Staff was very rude

The staffs were very rude. The rooms door was opened by the cleaning crew at 8am multiple times after information them we don’t wake up/ need cleaning until 1pm everyday. Breakfast was so bad, I saw the chef putting the food on the table back in the chaffing dish.

I've stayed in many Accor hotels in DUBAI, and I can stay that this was the least satisfying. unfortunately it was a holiday with my family. overall it was ok, however the few below points were my only negative experiences during my stay. other than these everything was perfect. I know I might be a bit picky, and my comments might sound trivial to some others, but please think about my comments as "constructive feedback" to Accor since I'm always using your hotels: 1.bath tub drainage not working, maintenance guy cam and fixed it. 2. shower water was not getting hot enough.. later became better but never as hot as I love it. 3. queues to the breakfast Resturant was the normal. one day we had to stand in the queue for almost 25 min. I understand it is a high season and it was the Christmas and new year times but still it can be managed better. 4. there is definitely in your telephone system. every time I call any number except for the reception, I get the message that the "recipient can't answer now and their mailbox is full".. seriously? first night, we were tired and sick. called room service zillion times with no luck.. had to call the reception to ask the room service to call me.. this wasted like 30 min, while kids are hungry.. on the last day also, bellman never answered... I had to take my bags down... I can say all numbers never connect/pick up except the reception 4. on the first room service experience, I ordered quasadiella’s which came spicy for the kids, it never mentioned spicy on the menu 5. once there was a small fly in the breakfast restaurant hope you work on these for the next trip. thanks Feras

We are a F. of 13 including 3 children and 2 seniors staying at the Novotel for 2 nights before flying to Nairobi for a Safari. We were disappointed in the food service in the dining room. the pool was very nice for the kids. The food service at the Pool was excellent.

At check in time, i was clear i wanted a single room with king sized bed,The receptionist informed there was 2 twin beds which could be joined together with in 5 minutes, i was ok with it ,i did my payments went to my room like after 30 minutes what killed my mood the bed was not being joined, i called the reception several times raising my issue, they promised to send someone, i waited no one came, i called again and again it was still same promises, i got upset as i was tired and wanted to take a nap.i went direct to reception still informing them about the bed. They said someone already had gone to make it, reaching my room it was still same situation. I wasn't satisfied with their delay in their service. I called reception requesting for a bucket of ice ,it wasn't delivered in time as well and i had to keep calling asking for it and someone asked for my room number i thought the room numbers are displayed on the landline screen ☎️,that's not the issue, the issue was they delayed their services and i wasn't happy about it.

Your Staff actually was not smiling, They seemed stressed. Room was not clean. There were no dental kit and slipper. I don't think I will come back again and advice to my friends and colleagues. On the other hand price was different (higher) than it is told on the booking.com. I was surprised with the price. The money that I have given does not really counts for the service. I hadn't known that Novotel with such a bad service and customer experience.

I like the location, and the helpful staff starting from the first moment I arrive, the receptionist tell me about expo and that I have to visit it many times so one visit ticket isn’t enough, and she was absolutely right! Also, when I order house keeping they respond quickly and that’s important to me since I have children. Other thing, the bags they allow me to have my bags with them after check out until the time of my flight 6 pm They all helpful and the place is very good

The check-out was too long : a nice lady was alone while we were in peak hours. Totally understaffed. Similar experience at breakfast: not enough people for a crowded breakfast. Had to chase to get coffee refill.

close to the world trade center and not too far from the downtown of dubai , nice employes but horrible restaurants and employees, very clumpsy but the rest is good. the room can get cleaner please too , and the AC give bad smell in the room

First timer at Dubai - front desk people are sweet to extend help. Staffs like Lakhsman on bell desk are supportive. Over all staffs makes this hotel special than other Novotels. Pool Area is the best spent area.

Family had a warm reception and accorded the highest level of customer service. Close proximity of the hotel to key attraction centres was also a plus. The food and room service orders were also great with fast turnaround times.
