Our stay at Novotel was great. We stayed with family and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and well maintained. Nice bed so comfortable that I easily feel asleep. Soft bedsheets and pillows. Housekeeping is on point on things, no delays on my request. Highly functional gym equipment and pool. sauna and steam rooms where new and fresh and smells great. It was an amazing experience for almost a week. The best part BREAKFAST!!! the most welcoming and accommodating people is in the breakfast area. Just a wonderful experience. Thank you Lala. and everyone who made my stay quieter and more relaxed during Gulf Crisis. I couldn’t be more thankful for your services. Novotel WTC. ♥️
