Can you please tell to the receptionist to be more flexible , if anyone forget the ID and he have ICP and he can show them soft copy it will be more helpful

We had a short family stay at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay with family. The rooms were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was good, although the variety was somewhat limited. However, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very attentive and welcoming. A special thanks to Vinod for his outstanding hospitality and friendly service. The hotel is located right next to Dubai World Trade Centre and is within walking distance of the metro station, which makes getting around Dubai very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to stay here again.
