Ibis world trade center needs refurbishing desperately . Rooms are too small and old even for a budget 3 star hotel only thing good about this hotel is location.

The wifi was very slow and I had to work online There were no restaurant at the hotel itself I spent 30 nights, and at check out, they said they don't anyone to help me with my luggage

Its a hotel to get in the room when you are very tired. we gort 3 rooms all of them had leaking in the shower box. You finish the shower with more wather out then inside the box. My refrigerator took 3 days for change for malfunction. I have to thank Srivatsa that was the one who solved all these problens for us. Also the brakfast is outside the hotel. .half a mie far away.

We are there for Quarantine thru Akbar Travels for 16 days. Most of the day we have got our daily qouted Tea Bags, Coffee powder & water bottles late only (every time I need to make a call either reception or room service). And one day they have Offered us 1.5 lt water bottles, other day they have Offered us 0.5 lt only. Finally the room service guy Mr.Dinesh always shows his angry face to us & he humialted us for asking more sugars, that was really hurt us. So, we have raised queries for all the above issues with reception, they also didn't give us proper support / responses. Then only we have come to know that, we are there as a Group Stay Package. That's why they treated us like this. And all the other group stay package guests also faced the same issues. Since, we are group stay guests & we have paid the rent whatever asked by you. So, we should have all your guest services with some respect & that should be on-time without partiality (Why boz we are GUEST for you). We are stayed there for 16days & we have treated like nothing. Great Location but Old Furniture. The Location of the Hotel is so good. However, the Furniture, the rooms, and the outdoors need full renovation. Going for breakfast in the other Ibis Hotel was not comfortable. Also, the housekeeping was not as expected. I had to buy water in one of the night because the never respond to my request of bringing water to the room, as I did not find any in that night.

When I arrived, it became clear that there is no parking in the same building as it is in the reservation description, but in another building and there is no luggage service where I have to take my luggage myself and the cleanliness of the place is very poor also they charged me a for a line call and I never used the phone

Very disappointing experience. Did not expect to have to park the car in an underground car a couple of blocks away from the hotel I was staying at. Did not expect to have to walk to a sister hotel for breakfast. I had an early morning meeting and did not expect/want to spend time walking to another hotel!! This was not even explained at the time of checkin.

It was nice stay, the service was great, the guy who checked me in was really friendly when I had an issue with my room he was accommodating and moved me. Alex was also friendly and helpful. Some floors could do with cleaning especially the corridors needed cleaning and new carpets. The shower in my first room was not properly cleaned.

Apart from good guy from reception everything else is so bad,the worst is the security guy at the door who feels like he owns the place.the rooms are so tiny and suffocating.I had to carry all my luggage to my room worst ibis I have ever seen

well located hotel in the heart of Dubai

Hotel is very well located in the heart of Dubai, just 3 stops away from Burj Khalifa and metro station (World Trade Center) only a few meters away. Rooms are clean, but (some) furnitures are old and the hairdryer didn't work. I would really like to express my gratitude to Kevin, a receptionist at the hotel, for being so nice! He helped me solve a very significant problem that could've caused me major inconvenience. He spent more than 30' trying to help me solve this matter and he did everything he could without losing hope.

Rate was good, but bad smell in corridor and room. No BBC channel, and TV kept getting black every 2 mins. Shower was very weak I usually stay in Ibis one central but had to stay here because it was fully booked
