didnt like the fact that one team member made all three reservations (its notmal within a company) but then individual invoices were sent. We kept asking the person that made the booking "Have you paid?" and he said YES because he did paid, but he didnt know he was only paying his fee. So the other two skipped payment hence the bookings were cancelled, causing a big problem for us. The hotel charged us 1000+ AED more as it was now a "last minute" booking in the eyes of the reception which is of course wrong. This is a serious process problem which unfortunately who caused it does not pay for it. The customers do.

Hotel is nice, service very good, location is excellent when exhibiting in venue. But problem is water in bathroom, sometimes hot sometimes cold, also there is no ventilation in bathroom that causes steam to stay there and everything becomes wet and very hard to breath when taking shower.

It’s a great hotel for Expo visitors, and the staff are super nice. However, the shower heads seem like they’re designed for boats, they have very low water pressure, so you barely feel like you’re getting wet. The water temperature is also very unstable. I even had to take a cold shower once.

Hotel is located next to exhibition hall, which is very comfortable during the exhibition time and metro station is only 2 minutes walk. Hotel is freshly new and clean and very comfortable to stay. Only, for long stay guest and 2 people in the room, it may seems a little bit of small.
