I would particularly like to recognize Amal, Assistant Front Office Manager, whose exemplary leadership and dedication to guest service are clearly reflected in the team’s performance. The entire reception team — Gamal, Kai, Akshay, and Joem — demonstrated exceptional courtesy, attentiveness, and efficiency throughout my stay. Both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and every interaction was handled with genuine care and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Amal, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Amal leads her team with remarkable professionalism, warmth, and genuine dedication to guest service. It is clear that she understands her role deeply and inspires everyone around her to consistently deliver their very best. Her team — including Gamal, Kai, Akshay, and Joem — works together seamlessly, with great energy, positivity, and competence. Every interaction was friendly, attentive, and sincere. Whether I had questions, requests, or small concerns, the entire front-office team was always helpful, courteous, and wonderfully welcoming. The reception is often the first impression a guest receives — and here it truly shines. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, efficient, and pleasant. I never felt like “just another guest”; instead, I felt genuinely valued and welcomed. Amal and her team take time to listen, create a warm atmosphere, and represent the very best of what great hospitality should feel like. The rooms are too small being an Ibis, but the bathrooms are very disappointing, the water spills all over while showering. The Front office team was very helpful specially Akshay
