I was happy with my brief stay in this hotel. It's right in the middle of Dubai, with the metro station just a walking distance away. The best part is that they allowed me to check in early and check out late. I'm definitely staying again :)

The room was good and the staff were polite and professional. Our only issue was that shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor.

The location is good. However the room was not properly maintained ( humidity in the walls, telephone not working, hairdryer not working), and no proper indications on how the park my vehicle.

I visited 50 countries and I would say that my worst experience with the lowest standards of hospitality was DUBAI especially the SOFITEL DOWNTOWN property where the staff ignored totally guest needs and expectations. My experience at IBIS WORLD TRADE CENTER showed a huge improvement. I really enjoyed high standards of service and proactivity. The staff was very professionnal and always willing to help. Every department delivered a fast and very efficient assistance to care about the guest : front office, house keeping, room service, F&B. This IBIS property shows how Dubai can turn from a low quality ‘mass market’ strategy to a new experience of ‘augmented hospitality’ . So I would like to recommend this property, its diligent team, its central location, its excellent connectivity to Dubai expo by bus and so many plus that the staff provided during my 10 days. I blacklisted ACCOR and booked always HYATT a couple of years ago after a bad experience at Sofitel Dubai Downtown without AC, electricity and ignorance of guests needs. I was worried to see how can ACCOR can demonstrate a disastrous miscommunication and mismanagement with its guests and its team members poorly trained. Anyway, this IBIS World Trade Center was great. A strong team and an outstanding experience to offer to the guest. would like to thank all the team for providing a dynamic, spontaneous and enthusiastic assistance during all my 10 days stay. Great job ! One team, one goal !

Very bad experience, from unconfortable stay to the food. No tagging / diaplay flags on food as what dish is what, even waiter staff was not aware which dish is what. No idea of veg vs non veg. Food was stale and very unhygenic. Also most of the times food items were stocked out, even at 9:30 in the morning. In the afternoon / lunch time, we ordered Pizza, but could not eat well as cheese was unpalatable. I am visiting Dubai after visiting almost 41 countries in past 10 years, but this was the worst expericne. And staff was unpolite and disgraceful

I booked a stay director on Accor.com but had to ask for a modification of dates because of CoVid restrictions in Dubai for guests coming from certain countries. I sent almost 9 emails with zero response.. Had to do expensive International calls and Mr Prithvi was very helpful. The team at the reservations and revenue department including Marwa Chargui were amongst the most unhelpful, unbothered people I've seen who care very little about even having the courtesy to reply to over 8 emails. Accor needs to review their relationship with this hotel.

Its a hotel to get in the room when you are very tired. we gort 3 rooms all of them had leaking in the shower box. You finish the shower with more wather out then inside the box. My refrigerator took 3 days for change for malfunction. I have to thank Srivatsa that was the one who solved all these problens for us. Also the brakfast is outside the hotel. .half a mie far away.

Great Location but Old Furniture. The Location of the Hotel is so good. However, the Furniture, the rooms, and the outdoors need full renovation. Going for breakfast in the other Ibis Hotel was not comfortable. Also, the housekeeping was not as expected. I had to buy water in one of the night because the never respond to my request of bringing water to the room, as I did not find any in that night.

You can kiss the All Safe slogan good Bye when simple cleanliness and hygiene norms are not respected. Bath tub walls are not clean, old hair on it. the smell in room was not pleasant, i couldn't change because of Covid restrictions i am following. i did the online check-in as it was predicted to arrive very late to check in and i presumed finding my room keys ready, instead i had to make the check in again ! i booked a bed and breakfast, only to know the following day that their all-day dining is closed and i had to take a 5 minutes walk to a nearby Ibis premise to have my breakfast and that kept me hesitating since my PureHealth Covid test results wasn't out yet and i was not clear to move out of my location, so i couldn't have my breakfast the first day ( 2 nights stay) ! only the second morning when my test results tuned out negative i took the hassle to walk for my breakfast. they've could simply mentioned that breakfast is not available and not charge me for it. finally, the internet Wifi was sooooooo bad ( not acceptable for a business type hotel) and i was using the nearby convention hall ( world trade center) wifi free connection ( very low because of distance) to do my work while staying at the hotel. Very Bad experience especially that i had to be confined until my Airport covid results were out.
