I was surprised to learn that my sincere feedback regarding my stay at Ibis World Trade Centre was not accepted on booking.com so I decided to write here on tripadvisor. I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of satisfactory due to a combination of communication issues, including poor customer service, ongoing disruptive construction noise, and an alarming incident involving a receptionist accompanied by hotel security. First and foremost, the quality of customer service I experienced during my stay was substandard. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive to my inquiries and requests. While I understand that every establishment can have off days, the consistent lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disheartening. Furthermore, the continuous noise from the ongoing construction was highly disruptive, making it challenging for me to work, relax, and enjoy my stay. While I acknowledge the necessity of renovations, it would have been greatly appreciated to receive prior notification about the construction. This would have allowed me to make an informed decision on whether to stay at your hotel during this period. The most alarming situation occurred when a receptionist, accompanied by hotel security, approached my door and wrongly accused me of not settling my bill for the stay, insisting that I come to the reception right away. This accusation was completely baseless, as I had already settled the payment. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and offensive, leaving a lasting negative impression on my overall experience. I believe it is crucial to bring these issues to your attention, as I trust that your management prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to provide a pleasant stay. I sincerely hope that you will take appropriate measures to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I kindly request that your hotel management consider my feedback and take the necessary steps to ensure an improved experience for future guests.

I had an amazing experience , the hotel is quite, well located ( easy to commute) near to Metro station, the services ( house keeping) and breakfast are of another level .

good location but ...

in a good location. comfortable bed, nice and clean room. it is ibis, the room is expected to be small. perfect for solo travellers. Shower experience is not good at all, no curtain or door, the whole bathroom get wet.
