Good experience overall. Luggage shelf is not secured and a hazard when it slips and drops to the floor. It could break someone’s toe. Rooms are small and shower floods the bathroom. Needs improvement.

We were a small team on a business trip, looking to use one of the open tables in the lobby for a quick meeting. To our frustration, we found every table had a sign stating it needed to be reserved for use. The quoted price was €120 for just one hour. The most unbelievable part was that all the tables were completely empty the entire time. The hotel is actively charging guests an exorbitant fee to use an amenity that is clearly available and unused. This policy makes no sense and is extremely unwelcoming to business travelers. Otherwise the personnel was very friendly and rooms clean.
