The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping department was very good on their work, their staff was awesome. Asif the manager, he is nice and very kind. when i am in trouble he immediately assists on me. So, I recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again.

This is one of the greatest hotels in Dubai. The staff are so helpful and respectful specially, Reception Staff like Mr. Aymene and Mr. Gamal. As well as, Mr. Akshay and Ms. Pragy. with security staff like Mr. Manish. Also, Houskeeping staff like Mr. Prakash and Mr. Bido

Excellent location—just a short walk to the Dubai World Trade Center—room amenities, a varied breakfast, the building's architecture and design, and the welcoming staff—thanks to the reception team, especially Ms Pragya, who took extra care of me because I arrived late and was exhausted. The view from the rooms is not what was expected; it was a wall of the front building. This is a budget hotel for short visits.
