Rooms poorly designed. Awful smell in the rooms. Pink fungus in shower. Water from shower would spread all over bathroom floor. Hygiene managed poorly. The floor when wiped was cover in dark dust.

I wanted to keep to card for me even tho i was still had the hotel room for 2 nights. Wanted to keep card for a friend to change their clothes because they r working and they have 2 shifts and their clothes inside. She said no bring their id i said but they have photo not id their home is far, she said i want physical i said but im leaving the keys for them she said no. I asked them to bring if after id is there and i said let them in i left then she didnt let my friend go up because i need to send an email to the hotel to say that u need to let then inside my room? Very unprofessional caused alot of damage and the lady very unprofessional! Didnt handle the situation well also! During the beginning of war which was dangerous to take taxi for my guest and go back home.

So i ended up at Ibis One Central due to the shutdown of dubai airspace on 28/02. Staff was very polite and handled the situation quite well. Highlight of the entire 4day stay were the Staff at reception of the cafeteria. They we so nice to speak to, co-operative and worked long hours to accomodate the high influx of guests. Rooms were clean, housekeeping on time. Would have rated 10 out of 10 but the only problem was the daily updation of our key cards which wasnt ideal
