When I was in Dubai I stayed in IBIS center one excellent hospitality, supporting, asking for wellness. in fact I was infected COVID-19 in Dubai I stayed the same hotel such caring during my stay. thanks you for front desk team, reservation team and kitchen team and supporting staff much appreciated during my difficult times.

i have been in IBIS 1.8year and i pass good experience and very bad exp honestly the management changing it make no continuity of the same service standard the costumer care is the same this changing are very annoying the housekeeper it take me month to let them understand that Friday morning they cant wake me up at 8am for cleaning

Lies and rude staff from start to finish. As a long stay (3 months) in the hotel you would expect a certain level of standards / welcoming from the staff. From the very start my stay has been problem after problem lie after lie. The issue first was that suddenly the price changed. not on the website or anything when speaking directly to the hotel I originally got a quote for 3500 aed but then the next morning was told oh I quoted that wrong to you actually it is going to be 4500 aed. Even tho for over a week after this supposed price change the listed price on the website is 3500 aed. Other issues include the staff saying that Cuban Lito th hotels bar was included in the long stay 30% off discount only to find out when the bill came at cuban Lito that no you apparently don't get a discount. In my first initial room which I was in for 5 day twice a day I went down to reception to ask them to fix my safe as it was broken. The sage was never fixed and I had to demand rooms to get a safe that worked. With my current room the issues have been that around 5 times now the door has run out of battery. The toilet when you flush it just keeps on running so you have to press it in and out about 30 times to get it to stop. These consistent issues have been brought up to reception constantly. Any time that you ask reception to do anything it seems to just be ignored. I had payed for breakfast included in my first 2 months. during what must of been my 7th week in the hotel I arrived at breakfast and was told that no I did not have breakfast included. Being late for work I did not have time to argue and just left. Later that day when I got back from work I went to speak to reception who agreed that yes I did have breakfast included. The next morning no you are not on the list. This went on for a week. When finally they had accepted and put me back onto the breakfast print out I went to reception who were aware of the issue and asked what are they going to do about it. You have denied me breakfast for a week please can I have my money back. The response I got. We can't do that I would get fired. Makes no sense right? Any issue that you have that you ask for a solution to the immediate response of all staff member is no I will get fired. Other issues are the lack of continuity. As a long stay customer you are meant to have benefits such as being told that you also get discounts on food and drink at the Novotel and its pool bar next door. In fact no this was a lie. Also having members of staff randomly walking into my room without knocking. One time three people just walked straight in while chatting. I could keep on going on as there have been just so many wrong and horrible things with this hotel

Stayed around 270 nights till date and plan to complete 300 nights, then will leave due to extremely high price. Not all monthly reward points were added to my account although I spoke to reception but without action, so I didn't feel too interested in being an accour platinum client as no useful benefits are there.

I expect more from ibis brand. Slippers quality are awful. They slip when bathroom gets wet. I expect housekeeping to change them regularly but the just leave them wet. There was a carpet under the bed, they don't use their vacuum cleaner to clean it. I had to hid it underneath the bed so I don't get disgusted by it. There were no spoon in the room. I need to open some bottles and staff told me ask the reception to open it for you! Is it really that hard to provide an bottle opener?

Would like to present my great thanks for all Hotel Stuff Specially the following Respectable Names: Reception: 1-Mr.Hossam Serious man all the time. 2- David Most kindest man i saw in my life, know meaning of God and work 3- Arvin very Respectable, kind man do any thing to help the client, Find solution for any problem he faced, do more than one job in same time (work on computer- speak to the client on the phone, Count money) concentrate a lot 4-Millad Has very Sence of Humor, experience to resolve any problem with the client 5- Aziza, Respectable lady, full of power, happiness , Make all between her hands to make the client Comfortable 6-Reem All the time I ask her for water even she is very buzzy, she bring me water with smile ,very active than a lot of men i saw in other hotels and she deserve appreciation, respect 7-Praditya This new one, he works hard, try to learn quickly from his colleagues and try to the best in his area. 8-INDAH : Work with the client with beauty smile on her face all the time . Great location clean but understaff

The location is good and clean. However the reception lobby seem to be understaff all the time. There’s only one staff most of the time and the queue is long regardless of day time or way past midnight. There’s always someone at the queue holding the queue for a long while. If you are an Accor member with silver status and above like myself, you don’t get any special treatment as there is no different queue for fast check in or check out. Don’t bother to book a premium room as well which doesn’t give you much privileges including the swimming pool access in Novotel hotel room which is really small and unappealing. It’s not even a rooftop swimming pool like other hotels I have stayed. Steam room is not working during my 7 days stay at Ibis One Central and the Novotel hotel fitness swimming pool center is always run out of towels and you have to wait. There is no direct link cover nor private bridge to Novotel hotel from Ibis One Central. You have to walk about 8 mins either on the public street under the hot sun or walked through World Trade Centre with your beach wear and slippers which is weird. The premium room option really is a waste of money as the room is just a standard room and they chuck you in the lower floor facing another office block whenever they can find when you check in. I would expect to stay at a higher floor and with a better view of the city skyline or highway of Dubai. Don’t really enjoy my stay there as staff are seen often with fake smiles and laughter probably they are constantly under stress. I hope the Management can address the understaff problem and relook at the premium options as they are not appealing at all. Cleaner tends to forget to provide one more towel even though I’ve booked a premium room for 2 persons. It only happened last few days of my stay. Probably the cleaners get complacent or change of cleaners who are under stress.

We enjoyed staying at the one central Ibis Dubaï. The location is great, not to far from the metro. Rooms are very small but clean. Breakfast is nice. Service ok. Price a bit high for this small room.
