Starting with a check in, it took forever to check in. The room provided was quite small similar To kitchen size. Finally, managed to sleep and woke up with noise of renovation. I was there for a peaceful time but ended up being painful time. Woke up with the noise around 8-9 am in the morning. It was just above my room so i could hear each hit and noises. They should have given somewhere above the renovation floor but instead they gave me the one just below it. Never again staying in this hotel

Room and location were all good. Service wasn't very good as the telephone wasn't working and no one was picking. As for the bathroom flush wasn't working initially later when it worked i could only flush once. No one was picking the call in WhatsApp. My room has double bed but I was alone so the receptionist had asked if I wanted them to joint the two beds i told him that would be great, when I went to the room the beds weren't connected/joint very properly and gap was there because of which my things fell between two beds on the floor. They had given me just one bottle of water even though my stay was of 2 nights, can a person survive with just a bottle of water? They later provided me at i asked them by going all the way to reception since telephone wasn't working. Moreover, no one came to guide me to my room i myself had to go look for it, and when i found my room i was facing problem in opening it since I was already very tierd and had lots of luggage with me and when i swiped the card i pulled down the handle and pushed the door it wasn't opening after loss of struggle and keeping all my luggage away from me i pushed with all the force since no one was around me and i didn't want to go all the way down to reception the door opened. Inside the room it was very gloomy not very bright and since it's my first time travelling abroad all alone just as a teenager, i had never seen that kind of wide switches just for lights so i had to ask my neighbour who was passing by to help which just turned on a single light in the entrance lights and the room was still very gloomy. The website i booked from had said it's the room with view and when i went to the window there was another building blocking my view and curtain were blocking the view couldn't slide the curtain aswell. One night i wasn't feeling well and the room was terribly cold i didn't know how to increase the temperature or anything😭. ALL THIS ROOM PROBLEMS HAPPENED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEND ANGINE TO GUIDE ME TO ROOM!! Apart from that only thing which pleased me was the birthday cake. I just told you a brief of my experience so that you could do better. Overall it could have been a really great stay if the service was done properly.

For a 3 star facility it was acceptable and practical. Lobby is great but hot! Corridors in 3rd floor are really hot! Although other 3 stars hotels in Dubai were more comfortable, slightly bigger rooms, better clothes storage cupboard with doors, luggage rack which is on top not under seat. Sofa could have a better backrest the one at your hotel is very uncomfortable, as well the chair which looked like a one of foodcourt chair. Expected the cleaning team to change used mugs daily and clean the table, and the empty the trash bin, but they didn't until I left them a message for that! Fridge was not working, maintenance team changed it but even though the other one was moderate cool and less cool and any other average 3 star hotel mini fridge! Bathroom was good, except the glass door doesn't prevent water leaking to the bathroom floor and it made a big mess. Other things in the room were good, AC is very good, lighting is quiet good, TV working well, no bad smells, etc. Overall the hotel provided a well practical experience but it could be better for a name like Ibis from Accor All hotels and it was very close to my work location.
