Slightly out of town, but easy uber or walk into centre. Very noisy location given proximity to hospital - frequent sirens etc. Not too much of a problem, but can startle initially. Thin layer of dust throughout the room. Crazy small bathroom with no space for your toiletries etc. WC also opposite a wall making it feel more cramped than it should be. Hairs and dirt in bed. Believe this to be where sheets laid on floor as bed being made. Floor obviously very dirty and in need of proper clean. Windows v dirty and in need to clean. Appreciate on “high rise” this is tricky, but it really lets the room down. Mediocre breakfast. Friendly welcoming staff who do their best to make up for the back of house and spacial deficiencies. Parking is in a public multi storey about 5 minute walk away. Believe it was about £17 a night after validation. Can get costly for short breaks. It was a “good value” price we paid, so can’t be too disappointed, but would try other hotels next time. It also lacked some of the “quality” we’ve enjoyed at multiple other Novotel locations - felt like a slightly nicer Ibis rather than a Novotel.

My partner and I were staying here while I had a major abdominal operation at the nearby hospital. We didn't know how long we would need the room given the uncertainty surrounding the surgery, but the booking team organised a flexible rate and refunded the nights we didn't use. The reception desk was helpful and supportive to my family, the restaurant team happily served me dry toast in the restaurant as I was on a strict post-op diet. And the caring manner with which everyone treated us was incredibly helpful at a very anxious time for us. All the staff deserve great credit. Lastly, all the 'usual' things were perfect too. Lovely room, lovely hotel, clean, well equipped, delightful lobby area, relaxing and calm. We're very grateful and pleased that we chose Novotel Paddington Village.

I enjoyed the stay throughout. Nice clean room with air conditioning. The view from the windows was quite impressive. The common area has a nice bar and staff were generally nice and helpful.
