I stayed in Novotel Paddington village for an exam in the spine building next door. When I booked it I didn’t realise it was right next door, which was amazing, totally took away the stress of having to find transport to the place. The room was amazing, so comfortable. Brilliant WiFi, a space to work in the room with a light, table and chair, big tv, lovely bathroom and the shower was Devine! A big waterfall head walk in shower. Was a lovely place to relax the night before the exam. As well as the ground floor work/study area where I was able to meet friends to go over things before the end of the night. I highly recommend Novotel Paddington Village!

Although I arrived very late for check-in, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well laid out with coffee machine etc. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and the staff also very pleasant and attentive.

We stayed over for a weekend, we use this hotel around twice a year and wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful and a few now recognise us and the food is delicious. Plus if they can allocate us our usual room when we request it they always do unless its impossible. The hotel is great for disability wheelchair access too, which is extremely important.

A great experience here from the moment we booked to checking out. We only stayed for one night - son was attending University Open Day. So we booked a studio room with 2 beds. Room was amazing. Breakfast was brilliant - staff couldn’t do enough to help from the moment we checked in to when we left. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast disappointing. Inadequate staff for volume of diners. Lots of things run out and slow to re-stock.
