I stayed at a quiet time (end of July), given that the Novotel Paddington Village caters for the university campus and this was the recess between university terms. The room space/facilities are very intelligently designed, for ease and comfort, from large to small things - and to a degree that's rare in hotels. I was very impressed by this! I also found it an elegant/aesthetically pleasing hotel environment, but some of that is about personal taste. The staff are really great too - helpful and friendly in a thoroughly professional way, but also managing to avoid the impersonal/'corporate glaze' that afflicts so many big hotels. I really really liked this place - can't think of anything I'd change (and I don't often feel enthusiastic about hotel stays). Highly recommended. (NB I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food.)

Checked in early and reception staff were really friendly. Upgraded us, at no extra charge, to a room on a higher floor with a better view. Comfortable bar area and the bar staff were friendly (especially Zarah). Secure NCP car park just around the corner with discounted rate for hotel guests, which was a bonus. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Can’t really fault the hotel and staff and would certainly stay here again.
