Had a great stay here. It's a great location, 20 minutes walk from Lime Street station. Room was very spacious, had lots of facilities, and great city views too! Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My only points for improvement: - Apparently I accidentally paid for 2 breakfasts. They refused to refund this to me despite it being a genuine mistake. I can't see a reason why this wasnt possible... - room had some light dust in areas like top of lamp shades. Otherwise clean.

Nice hotel and staff … but for dinner at the restaurant there is no “gluten free”… with the increasing population with that problem they should consider it. They gave us something and they did it without gluten… but it was not like that on the menu
