Really nice friendly staff. The hotel was clean throughout, nice and easy check-in process. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Will be staying here next time we visit Liverpool.

We were very happy with our room and the hotel overall. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening, but felt the menu and the food were not as good as when we last stayed.... but the breakfasts were great!
