Quick and easy check in, clean, well equipped room for a home from home stay. We paid for early check in and a late check out (2pm), this was confirmed when we checked in. I would have given it a 10 if on the day we were leaving I didn't have 2 missed calls and an email telling us we had "forgotten" to check out at 11am and that we'd be charged £10 for every hour our things were left in the room.

I had a warm and friendly welcome when checking in. They were able to offer me an upgraded room which had spectacular views across the city. The apartment was very spacious with good amenities. It is great to see a reuse of former department store and you spot some of the features on the 3rd floor. This was second time staying and would happily stay again.

+ This was my second time staying at the same hotel. I appreciate the spacious room, location and functional kitchen. + The bathroom had good lighting and I loved the makeup mirror! + Despite the long list of cons, I would stay at the hotel for a third time. - There was no hair conditioner in the shower. - The towel rack didn't heat up, so it was probably broken. - The TV worked slowly and I had to unplug it a few times because it got stuck. - I booked a room on the ALL Accor mobile app. I paid an extra £20 for a late check out at 2pm when booking. Housekeeping wasn't aware of this. On the morning of my departure, two different cleaners came to my room at different times and both were confused, even scared, that I was still in the room at that time. It felt awkward because they had to rely on my word that I could stay in the room for three hours after the normal check-out time.
