Hairdryer didn’t work. Very noisy in the corridor

Came for one night to go to Anfield match Well located as cabs and buses very close by And great place to see all the Beatles museums/the Cavern /the docks as all very close Clean and high standard accommodation Staff were helpful giving us advise

I always book the Adagio aparthotel because of the brilliant location close to shopping, bars and restaurants as well as Central train station being on the doorstep. I have been coming to the Adagio for almost 10 years and in that time I have noticed a slow decline in the upkeep of the rooms. Last time we stayed in December we were put into a small double room with no room to manoeuvre. We had to edge around the bed and for some reason there was an armchair in the room by the side of the bed taking up the majority of the space. The towel rail also didn't work as it wouldn't heat up. My recent current stay, the room was spacious enough. However the shower wasn't draining properly so by the end of a shower the tray was full of water and nearly spilling over through the door. Again the heated towel rail wasn't working and also I couldn't open the window to air the room in the morning. I stayed in room 312. Although my overall experience of staying at the Adagio is good, there are signs of wear & tear and I think that maintenance needs to be looked at. Ending on a positive, the staff are lovely, it's a fab location and I feel safe and secure whenever I stay here as a fob has to be used to get into the building and for using the lift. Plus the desk is manned 24/7.

Amazing hotel. Stayed twice now in a year. Lovely apartments in Liverpool and as soundproof it was enjoyable to stay. The twin rooms though are a mixture of sizes, last year was a very large room with separate toilet/bathroom and a large kitchen. This year was very small and no separate bathroom but didn't spoil the stay. Loads of eating places on the doorstep as is St John's shopping centre. Definitely worth staying.
