Floor lamp didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, bathroom sink was blocked.

Located just a few minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Since the location is in Liverpool city centre you have all the things you need for a good stay nearby. Shops, restaurants, pubs, pubs and pubs.... Very nice, polite and helpful staff. Great rooms with a big fridge, dishwasher, TV and the equipment you need to make some food.

One night stay. Easy checkin, storage of bags, friendly staff, secure entrance and clean throughout. Perfect location short walk from Lime St station. Shower had some mould on silicone and shower head was old and had poor flow, but the water was hot! Quiet room on 1st floor. Annoyingly, the window curtain was far too short letting light in very early in the AM hence no sleep in on our Sunday off. Needs replacement! TV reception also very poor, couldn’t watch it
