The staff was friendly and nice, location good. Breakfast was not great, but okey. But the room was so dirty, the whole experience was just bad. Everything from stains on the sheets, to old dirt everywhere, the bathroom, kitchen, floors.....poor cleaning.

Lovely room, well equipped with all essentials. Comfy beds for all and lovely bathroom and toilet facilities. Only small details such as few things needed a bit of a lick of paint and fridge wasnt on when we went to use it also a sign where bedding was strored would be helpful. Staff were lovely and accomodating with a speedy check in and explanation of facilities. Extra points for the sparking water dispenser in the lobby!

From when we arrived until leaving the staff were so nice and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it was beautiful and so very peaceful at night time considering we were in the middle of Liverpool. It was so close to shopping and great restaurants and bars to eat. The only reason I didn’t give a ten is the bed was a bit hard for me but that’s just my personal preference. Thanks for a great stay and hopefully we’ll get back again soon!
