Great location and nice reception and dining area, the room was an awful design, it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced a separate toilet to the shower, not only that but no sink in the toilet room which hygienically seems like an awful decision. The bathroom sink made a very loud vibration noise every time you put the hot tap on. Also there was only a plug on one side of the bed, and two badly located sockets in the whole room which was very annoying.

Stayed here a few times for football matches, great location, good services and lovely staff. However on this occasion, the bathroom and in particular the shower area was disgusting with hair on the walls and generally dirty, there is no way this was cleaned, unfortunately definitely have to consider staying here again.

Good, bed was a bit hard for me. Breakfast offering was a bit lacking. No pancakes or hash browns or black pudding. But noisy but not your fault.

Very noisy from 6am due to building works next door. So loud ! Room was comfortable and the location was central. The pool was like a zoo though

I love Novotel. It's not only their hardware like comfy beds, swimming pool and lovely restaurant, it's their people that made all the difference. Excellent communication and service, good choice of delicious food. I like their holiday family package of half price for another room for children. I can finally have a relaxing sleep. I had a twin room this time because my son was going to stay one night as well. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The bathroom had obviously been recently up graded, as there was a large walk in shower.
