A Good Choice

In our many visits to Liverpool over the years we have never stayed in this hotel. It is very well located a short stroll from Liverpool One. There is an excellent car park ( Q Park ) next door to the hotel. Our room was a good size with both a bath and a shower. All the staff were friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

The room allocated on arrival was poor. In advance asked for a room near lift due to occupant having mobility issues. The alarm going off on Sunday morning was very inconvenient, these things happen but the reaction to it from staff was slow. The lack of information was very annoying.
