Great location right by the Q car park and city centre. Room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, safe, fridge and iron all provided. Cards are temperamental in the lifts and often took a while to work. Stayed for 3 nights, staff were all really friendly and helpful. Pool and bar area were nice. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Will not hesitate to stay again.

really unhappy and will not stay here again. The room was so hot and the ac did not seem to work. Another fire alarm and absolutley no staff to assist anyone. This happened the last time I stayed here with my family so must be a regular occurance.
