Stayed at this hotel twice now and both occasions the hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for all of Liverpools main tourist and shopping areas. I am planning another trip later in year with family and will be booking to stay here again.

It was a nice hotel shame there wasn’t a bath , wasn’t offered breakfast options on arrival , gym ok but would prefer weights on machine not numbers, room was lovely but no air conditioning so was a bit hot at night would of been nice to get biscuits topped up next day all in all a nice hotel and wouldn’t rule out staying again

Very friendly / helpful / person on receptionist. Room was clean and tidy as usual. Ideal location for centre of Liverpool.

GOOD ROOM UNUSUAL TO HAVE A SEPARATE TOILET. COULD NOT LEAVE WINDOW OPEN AS STREET NOISE WAS BAD EVEN ON THE 11TH FLOOR. DID NOT BOOK BREAKFAST AND ON THE LAST DAY DECIDED TO HAVE A BREAKFAST BUT DECLINED AFTER FINDING OUT IT WAS £18 EACH. iT WAS WELL LOCATED FOR THE CENTRE AND RIVER
