Was perfect for our family stay, all staff were very helpful and friendly. Only negative was that the pool was stated to be a heated a pool but it was very cold and I was unable to use it due to it being so cold.

the room was clean however I had ordered breakfast to the room which arrived stone cold. I was then out for a meeting all day to return to a room which had been tidied yet the breakfast tray with leftover food left there for the whole day. I called reception to ask if they could collect this & also let the lady know which would have been on the 15th April that was disappointed that the breakfast was cold & awful to which her reply was "oh that's surprising, I really enjoy the breakfast"........ may need to train the staff on customer service as that is not a response I would expect when I've just explained my experience - maybe a " I'm really sorry you experienced that"? found the reception staff rude & not friendly & won't be choosing this hotel on a business stay or otherwise again.

I stay every week for business and I have complained formally on my last three visits that the spa pool and sauna is over crowded with unsupervised children running jumping throwing toys and beach balls around and also kids as young as 10yrs constantly coming into the Sauna and leaving the door open when entering and leaving every 2 minutes. Reported to the staff and no action taken
