WE booked 5 rooms for 10 people of the same family and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. bringing our dog in was very easy and all the check-in and check out was painless. Great guys at the bar, everyone very friendly and helpful. Location cannot be flawed!

Was a excellent few days there staff was great , pool was good as well, breakfast needs looking into some of it was cold or over cooked

Stay there every year with my son for our annual football trip. Amazing location, just fell a bit below usual standard. Queue for checking, given wrong key, terrible pillow, no pool table or football on the TV downstairs. We had a great time in Liverpool, but I just came away feeling the stay was a bit meh for the money.

Cold breakfast (at £20 a person), flys in the orange justice, pool area messy, room was not great in comparison to other Novotels. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great for central Liverpool.
