I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I have of course passed on your feedback to our Food and Beverage manager regarding your feedback on the pricing of the food and drink in the restaurant and he will of course review all this. I have also liaised with my inhouse maintenance team to ensure that both the sink and hairdryer are checked and fixed in the room which you stayed in. I want to once again thank you for taking the time to leave inform us of your feedback and it is my hope that you do return in the near future and allow us the opportunity to better ourselves and make your experience perfect with us. I have liaised with my inhouse maintenance team to ensure that both the sink and hairdryer are checked and fixed in the room which you stayed in. I have also reported the noise you experienced outside your room whilst you stayed with us and they are currently doing different checks to work out what this is and what could be implemented to fix this for future. Dear DAVE H., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Liverpool Centre. I am very sorry to hear that you had issues in the hotel room with your TV. I have already spoken with our in house maintenance team to ensure that this problem has been fixed. As we are committed to to helping the planet we do not change the towels everyday unless requested by our guests But we very much appreciate the comments regarding this matter.
