Always met with a warm welcome. Staff always ready to help. Had a bad experience with hairdryer sparking badly in my hand when I turned it on. Very frightening and consequences could have been dire. Reported fault hairdryer to lady in reception who immediately reported issue to whoever sees to these things. Very impressed with her .

Overall good experience. The only issue I had, after booking I tried to inquire about car parking. I could not get through to reception on the phone, I tried multiple times. I send an email but that was never answered. That is quite disappointing. I finally got through to someone when I dialled the extension for new bookings, and they were helpful. But still, someone should answer the extension for reception ? Location is good, short walk to shopping and Albert Docks, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. If you use the car park, its next door but you have to book separately, and you cannot reserve the EV chargers

Decent room, good breakfast. But why does it need to be sooo hot in the room at night. No possibility to get air into the room with those secure windows.
