I have of course passed on your feedback to our Food and Beverage manager regarding your feedback on the pricing of the food and drink in the restaurant and he will of course review all this. I have also liaised with my inhouse maintenance team to ensure that both the sink and hairdryer are checked and fixed in the room which you stayed in. I want to once again thank you for taking the time to leave inform us of your feedback and it is my hope that you do return in the near future and allow us the opportunity to better ourselves and make your experience perfect with us. Room and level of staffing clean tidy friendly. However the sink leaked the hairdryer didn’t work and I do know how to switch it on ! Also there was a great of outside noise which made sleeping difficult. We have stayed a number of times over the years and always enjoy our stay it is in an excellent position for Liverpool centre. Sadly on this occasion not quite up to its best.

Great location, good size room

Great location. Room size was big. Early check in price is a bit expensive at 40 pound. Our room had a queen size bed with a Pull out sofa bed. This could be replaced as it wasn't in the best state towels and a piece of wood holding up One part.

Dear DAVE H., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Liverpool Centre. I am very sorry to hear that you had issues in the hotel room with your TV. I have already spoken with our in house maintenance team to ensure that this problem has been fixed. As we are committed to to helping the planet we do not change the towels everyday unless requested by our guests But we very much appreciate the comments regarding this matter.
