I had recently lost my husband just wanted to relax with my son we took his friend with us pool was lovely the lads enjoyed games of snooker room lovely only thing fold up bed should of been made up on arrival had to request milk sugar tea for room requested for room to be cleaned on the Thursday but it wasn't only little things but shouldn't have to ask

I really enjoyed my stay however the room was very warm, despite opening the window, and putting the temperature control to 10 and the fan on full. All of my colleagues who also stayed at the hotel said the same. It was 22 degrees at the end of April - not sure how guests feel mid summer without any air conditioning
