We stayed for 2 nights, but we were not satisfied because the room was very hot. No electric fan was provided, and we had to request one ourselves, which we only received the next day. However, the fan was useless — my handheld fan was stronger than the one provided. There were also no bags in the bins and no sanitary bags provided. The most disappointing part was the swimming pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel, as we wanted our kids to enjoy swimming. They only managed to swim once when we first arrived. We then booked another swimming session, but within 10 minutes of swimming, they were told to get out because apparently the pool had too many chemicals in it. I understand the situation, but they should have made sure this was sorted beforehand. As a result, our kids could not swim for the next 2 days, and they were very unhappy about it. The following day, we came down to collect our pass key for swimming, but we were told that the swimming pool was closed. They did not even warn us or let us know in advance.

Well it was certainly hot outside for this fine bhol but even hotter inside the room. Unfortunately the hotel only has ‘air cooling’ and the rooms were more like a sauna where you literally was sweating although the fan that was provided was a welcome in truth it did barely anything. The lovely dense flat pillows certainly did nothing to help the poor nights sleep. Breakfast well, im sorry but that left us slightly disappointed also. Oh well i does have a swimming pool although the was freezing cold that was a welcome at this point. Overall great location but the hotel is tired around the edges and not what i would expect from novotel and this isnt a hotel id stay at again.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were nice. The room was also clean and the shower was very nice. However the room was VERY hot and there were minimal outlets for charging. They did offer fans which helped a bit but it was still way too hot. Also, the fans took up multiple outlets reducing charging outlets further. The lift was also quite dirty. This hotel would be fine in the cooler weather but not ideal during warmer months.
