Pleased with the is hotel … really close to the town centre just a couple of minutes walk to town and harbour …. Room was not big but was nice , clean and comfortable…breakfast was really good , with cooked breakfast being much better than I normally experience in hotels … we didn’t read the small print on booking confirmation so were a little frustrated you have to book 45 mins in pool ( max 1 a day ) , however managed to book for each morning and was pleasant and ample time for our needs . Would recommend, great price for good hotel in great location !

This hotel is perfectly located, a super quick walk across the road and you’re heading down the high street. In close proximity on Hanover street you have Home Bargains and Tesco for snacks and drinks etc. There’s a Turtle Bay restaurant which we ate at with our two kids. And there’s a QPark which the hotel offers a discount code for. The hotel is lovely inside, rooms can’t be faulted. We shared a queen room, so queen bed and double sofa bed for 2 adults 2 kids and it was just right for 1 night stay. Pool area is lovely, we used this twice. Breakfast was great, kids loved the wide choice, especially the pancake machine! And all the staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed as a family for three nights, the hotel was in an ideal location, everywhere was accessible by foot. The staff all around the hotel from reception to the bar were all very friendly. I was a little disappointed that we didnt have a connecting room, our room was located across from our two teenage sons while there was a family with a baby next to them who cried a lot at night. Our room was located across from a multistorey car park and there was a lot of noise from 6am every am, but that's to be expected I suppose when you are based right in city centre. Overall, i would recommend and hope to return in the future
