Had a fantastic stay at Novotel NYE! Quite quiet at the hotel for NY but we had a good time watching the fireworks from our room! Breakfast was great as always. Beds were comfy and a good size family room too.

WE booked 5 rooms for 10 people of the same family and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. bringing our dog in was very easy and all the check-in and check out was painless. Great guys at the bar, everyone very friendly and helpful. Location cannot be flawed!

Stay there every year with my son for our annual football trip. Amazing location, just fell a bit below usual standard. Queue for checking, given wrong key, terrible pillow, no pool table or football on the TV downstairs. We had a great time in Liverpool, but I just came away feeling the stay was a bit meh for the money.
