Comfortable bed and pillows, shower okay . Bathroom door wouldn’t shut but not a massive problem. Room quite small but overall would stay again as clean and comfortable and friendly helpful staff.

Overall the stay was good, room was fine, as a single occupant, room was decent size wise with a large bathroom. Only issue was it was very noise from above and outside the room, but could not tell if this was other guests or hotel "noise"

The hotel was ok, but I had an accor voucher to redeem and at check in I was made to feel like I shouldn't be looking to use it, and we ordered lunch on Tuesday and the staff member on duty didn't know how to redeem any of the voucher, I feel staff should know how to do these things
