The twin room was incredibly small and hot ,there was no room between the beds,it felt as if we were sharing a bed. The room was not big enough to be a single,nevermind a twin room. The beds were rock hard,and the pillows were the same,I woke with a bad back each morning,my sister had bad hips each day. There is very limited storage space for clothes and nowhere to sit apart from the rock hard beds The bathroom door did not close properly. There are no extractor fans in the bathroom to take away the toilet smells. The reception staff were so miserable,never smiled were rude and untidy looking. Food was good,but kitchen ran out of peas,and had nothing to replace them with when I said I didn't like broccoli. breakfast was luke warm today,but most mornings there was never enough hot food out to keep people happy and only 1 out of 3 coffee machines working,causing queues at breakfast. Not really a good bar area,no comfy seats and again miserable staff.

THE ONLY CRITICISM I HAVE IS THAT THE PILLOW'S ARE REALLY THIN COMPARED TO OTHRR HOTELS AND THE DUVET WHERE NOT HOTEL STANDARD

Hotel was well located. Parking was confusing. No mention of costs until you go inside to check in. Appearance is a bit tatty. Rooms were basic, and there was a stale smell. Because of smell, slept with window open but noise was an issue. Bathroom looked like it was bolted in to the room. Corridors were clean and smelled better than the rooms, like bubblegum. Did not eat, but did not look appealing from what I saw. Plenty of nearby choices. I doubt I would use again, would spend more and stay elsewhere.
