Friend and efficient staff, no problems checking in. Centrally located for the Hill Dickinson stadium. Although room was basic compared to other Ibis hotels, it was good value, clean and was more than adequate for a one night stay. The 3am bar was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

When checking in, receptionist was very short and rude towards, felt uncomfortable to ask questions, didn’t explain to us about breakfast, check out times, heating in room etc. was only one member of staff the rest were nice.
