Comfortable stay. 2nd stay in 2 weeks this time for 4 nights Weakest bit is breakfast, continental is basic, not well stocked and full English nothing special at all. Staff all very friendly. Special shout out to Victoria in the bar who gave phenomenal service, friendly and accommodating. Comfortable stay. Would stay again although no benefit for regular customer- would have expected an upgrade

Didn't use the bar or restaurant but rooms were excellent and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay with you, enjoyed the room and especially the use of the spa facilities as this was a business trip. However when I went to book again for next month, it had doubled in price causing me to book into a different nearby hotel. Disappointing.
