Mouse droppings on the bed - blood stain on the throw - cracked sink - broken shower control - unable to control shower temperature - shower leaks - ac doesn’t work - room temperature 25.5 and only heats What an experience that was !!! Very disappointing - mentioned it all on check out and showed the photos and the response was - I’m just the night porter and I am tired - no concern - no apology …..

Don,t mind payting to stay, I strongly object to a £50 surcharge.

The room was good. The shower wasn't great the bathh felt like you could go through it very strange feeling. The shower itself was either very hot or okay but you could get okay all the time.

The plug hole in sink was dirty . And there was no hot water in am , others complained too so it wasn’t just me .
