Parking scam!

Gwdbwg 11/30/2025 TripAdvisor review

Parking scam beware. We attended an evening event. Website says free parking yet we got a £100 ticket. Hotel couldnt care less. There was no where saying to register your car at the front desk which btw we didnt use because we went straight into the event room. We definately wont be paying the scam ticket i will go to court first!

We had a absolutely fabulous time at the Elvis tribute party night tonight. Food was brilliant, Elvis was brilliant, DJ was brilliant. Staff and Service were brilliant, especially at the bar and Thank you Jodie for looking after us in the most beautiful pyramid room. We are so lucky to have you in St Helens to go to. Thanks All.
