Always a superb stay the staff can not do enough for you from the moment you arrive until you leave. Too many exceptional staff to mention from the reception to room ladies who clean the rooms to night porter to bar staff to morning breakfast staff and cooks all offer amazing customer service with a smile! Highly recommended staying here. Super base for Liverpool and Manchester!
