Fantastic family party!

We had a family celebration at the Mercure on 31st January. The whole event was fantastic ! The venue was amazing and the team involved from us booking in December to the party on 31st were amazing. Rebecca arranged everything for us and was there to assure us all would go to plan. Jodie was there on the night to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were both so efficient, professional and so very helpful. The bar staff on the night were amazing, everyone was served quickly and politely. There were people making sure that the buffet was served promptly and that plates were tidied and collected, and the food was delicious! Rebecca arranged the DJ and he was fantastic, kept everyone dancing til 1am ! All in all a brilliant night.

Nice room at a good price, very comfortable with good amenities. One table lamp broke, room service a bit of a nightmare - phones didn’t work directly to bar or room service have to go through desk, site from the QR code lists a WhatsApp number that isn’t responded too, took a long time and generally unpleasant experience. Other than that very good.
