Comfortable accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. Had a problem with the safe not being open when we arrived which then turned out to be faulty. Restaurant and bar very good. Please do not store the iron and hairdryer on the high shelf which is impossible to reach safely unless one is 6 ft 6 plus.

Hotel not up to usual Mercure standards... Staff excellent, but a few negative points - bath subsides, shower awful, bar could be open later, breakfast not late enough even on Sunday.

Nice big room and overall nice hotel but my room had a very musty, damp smell as if there was mould somewhere and the bathroom damp wasn’t extracting the steam or something
