Very central hotel with free car parking Staff very pleasant and my bedroom was very nice excellent wi-fi connection had nice meal in the bar lounge which was rather lovely good selection of beer on tap Leisure club was too warm for me however nice staff and good facilities I hope to return in January

Excellent location for visiting in and around Liverpool. Lovely big room, spotlessly clean. All staff were extremely friendly. Very good price. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service with the reception, restaurant and bar, good value, one area of improvement would be the sealing of the shower screen to stop the water running onto the floor and the correct plug in the sink to avoid water splashing out.

Comfy room, the 9th time I have stayed there over the years. They changed my booking from a privilege to a standard without my consent but when I complained a received a refund. It's cashless which is a bummer. I won't be staying there anymore because of this.

The room was dirty , carpets had not been hoovered in ages , behind the bedside units and the skirting boards were filthy.
