I just come home after spending 2 nights at this hotel for work. I've never really been that far north before and I could not have had a better experience. EVERY person I interacted with went above and beyond to be attentive and helpful. They were all so helpful - especially the girls in the morning shifts that worked in the restaurant. I even left my phone on the table by accident and one of the girls came running out to give it to me. The room was lovely enough. The bed was super comfy. I genuinely look forward to staying again when I visit my HQ. Thank you so much everyone

More like a 2/3 star; the room was freezing when I arrived, and it took nearly a day to warm up; the lobby was freezing, which I could not believe, I actually think it was colder than outside; the phone did not work in the room, and there was no water for some time, so I could not shower. The room was not cleaned, and the sheets were not changed. All in all, it was a bad experience and staffing was well below what it should be. Also, they offered drinks in the room with the room type i had, but you only get six, so if you don't drink sugar drinks, you only get 3, although because of the water issue, they did give me 2 bottles of water. The staff were nice and tried to sort out issues. When I compare it to Premier Inn, I think Premier wins hands down. What i find wrong is that it sells as a 4-star hotel, and it's clearly not.
