Hotel was easy to find and suited my purpose to stay halfway between Liverpool and Manchester. The quality of the facilities were excellent and beyond reasonably priced. The staff on reception and in the excellent spa were friendly and very helpful. I would look forward to staying here again.

This was our 3rd stay with you although it was enjoyable we did find there was so deteration such as sink plugs not holding water and I found this very annoying ,also the evening menu was not good for us ,hope it will improve for us next time

Disappointed that after arriving early we were unable to get food at the bar. We thought there was a coffee shop or snack bar. We were booked with a large party for an evening function so we did not eat till 8.00pm.
