I have used the hotel several times. This time I left a coat in the room, I phoned the hotel and reception agreed to contact Housekeeping. I have not heard anything since.

Very impressed with the room disserpionted with the executive lounge been shut as that adds to the experience if you can use the main bar but not the lounge doesn't make sence also quite noisy in the morning outside

Hotel was nice. Pleasing to the eye. Nice bar area. Food was lovely in the restaurant. I think the rooms could have been cleaner - wasn’t sure if things were as clean as they should be during covid- finger marks all over hair dryer, kettle etc. they should seem wiped down. Also, shower took a good while to warm up and room heating took a while to warm room. Generally a nice hotel in a good location.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. We had an unbelievable view. Staff couldnt do enough for us and were so kind to the children and really looked after us. We had a wonderful stay.

Our room was fab (Junior suite) everything we could wish for. My bedside table had a sticky 'ring' mark from a glass of something, not picked up by housekeeping. In the bathroom a layer of dust evident. I probably wouldn't have noticed, but my wife is a Head Housekeeper at a hotel in Chester so she has an eye for detail. We ordered 2 meals via room service, but only one arrived?? Weird, I was very clear on the phone I thought. Breakfast was okay, but superb when it was made to order on Xmas eve. Parking is expensive at £36 for 3 days. These are the negatives. On the positives, we love the staff, location and quality of this hotel, and I'm sure we will book again. Overall 8/10

A 2 night stay at the Pullman to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel is lovely, rooms clean and of a good standard. The bathroom was particularly luxurious. Had breakfast which was a great experience with plenty of choice. The hotel is well situated for the Albert Docks and Liverpool centre.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We usually stay at the Hilton but thought we would give you a try and I would say our room beat the Hiltons hands down. The room was lovely, the shower was amazing and the views were spectacular. The added extras were perfect and my girlfriend was blown away with it all. There was just one thing that let the stay down.. breakfast. The whole breakfast arrived cold, soggy hash browns and undercooked bacon and absolutely covered in pepper. I have attached a quick photo I took but it was inedible. The person who cleared our tray will have seen both breakfasts were returned. Aside from the breakfast, the whole stay was lovely and we won't hesitate to return.
