The whole stay at The Pullman was simply brilliant! The reception service, the excellent room on the 7th floor, and not forgetting the wonderful breakfast! The staff were just great also. Yes I'll definitely be coming back for sure.

Overall, the stay was fine with nothing particularly notable. What matters most to me is that I was only informed after checkout that I was not eligible to earn loyalty points, even though the booking indicated that points could be earned.

Good Afternoon Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. We appriciate your comments about your stay and are glad you enjoyed your time here. However, I am sorry to read that you were informed you would not recieve points. I have looked in to this as my colleague informed me you had also emailed in. I have since awarded these as the booking was an eligable booking to recieve points, looking at it, the rate you booked there has been a Accor Technical Issue on this and therefore the reason for points not being generated, I have overwritten this and awarded these. These will be apparant on your membership within 72 hours. I am sorry that the incorrect information was provided and will discuss this with my team. Always have a great experience with pullman and Liverpool branch is always a bit of pleasure while working during my whole stay. Never been disappointed in all the years I've stayed here. They even have discounted pricing for parking in nearby carparks. Will always return here.
