Our second visit and stay at the Pullman hotel in Liverpool and it did not disappoint as expected. A wonderful location away from the busy parts of the city centre towards to river Mersey. Our stay was wonderful and was particularly enhanced by the wonderful and familiar faces of the staff we chatted to at breakfast and in and around the hotel. A particular shout out to Paul, who we chatted to frequently at breakfast and who we remembered from our stay the first time round.

Booked 7 rooms a year in advance for a conference - was given an accessibility room which I neither needed nor liked. Explained this to the check in staff who advised it's often a cheaper room - really? Because we didn't pay less. Some rooms were given complimentary upgrades and additional items, but not all.
