We recently visited the Pullman Liverpool and yet again it was superb. From being greeted at the door to a smooth check-in. We had a lovely evening meal and the service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing as well. The coice is unbelievable from cooked to continent and everything in between. Again the service was fantastic and staff so friendly. If I was a manager there I would be super proud of my staff. Will definitely be back again next year. We have also been with our sons on my birthday/wedding anniversary and we had a lovely surprise when we went into our room as shown on photos.

From checking in, eating and drinking in bar to breakfast the following morning and then checking out I don’t think I’ve experienced such a polite and friendly group of hotel staff, they made our short stay a wonderfully warm experience, from the youngsters behind the bar and reception, the charming concierge to the more experienced service staff in the breakfast room they are a total credit to your hotel, I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend as a venue for anyone staying in the city.

The whole stay at The Pullman was simply brilliant! The reception service, the excellent room on the 7th floor, and not forgetting the wonderful breakfast! The staff were just great also. Yes I'll definitely be coming back for sure.
