A December stay in a lovely hotel

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel in December and had a fantastic experience. The staff both on reception and at the bar were both professional and friendly, and the lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. In the evening the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with some lovely live music. Our room had a fantastic view and was immaculate. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was incredible, not only did it taste amazing but the portion sizes were very generous. Breakfast the next day was also spot on. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Liverpool!

Great location with plenty of parking nearby. The hotel is accessible and is warm and comfortable. We had a lovely meal off the Christmas menu- very good value for money and the staff were very attentive. The bonus was the entertainment by James the Piano Man. Wow! We stayed much later than we intended to because he was brilliant. A true entertainer who gave enjoyment to lots of people last night. We are definitely returning .

We went to the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Huge portions , great service and good value for money. The area around the hotel is calm, quiet with great parking. The star of the show was without doubt- James the Piano man. Absolutely fantastic charisma, talent and he really brought the bar to life. He took requests and had such a wide range of music to choose from. Emma also did duets with James and they were both superb. We have had such an amazing night, we are going back next week to listen to James the Piano man. Thank you.

Pleasant stay. Highlight was breakfast - both service and food. There were a few things that could be tweaked to give a better experience. Whilst overall the service at reception was good, our first contact was underwhelming and we felt like an inconvenience. The WiFi in the room was very poor. Finally, although more water is available from reception, large bottles would be appreciated in a room that included complimentary water as part of the upgrade.
