Stayed here for a short leisure break and had a great experience throughout. The location is excellent, well placed for getting around the city with everything within easy reach. The beds and bedding were fabulous, genuinely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have had in a while. The rooms were nice, clean and well presented. Wifi was reliable throughout the stay, which made a difference for keeping in touch while away. Also made good use of the gym, which was well equipped. Would happily stay again.

Great views of the Mersey, 3 Graces and the Liverpool Eye. The room is small but cosy with a nice seating area along the window. Negatives are that a Platinum member, I called to ask for early check in. However, this if the first Accor hotel to say that this request can only be accommodated when I actually arrive at the hotel! When I arrived, I was told that I would be given a call when the room was ready, in the end it was 3pm when the room was ready which is the standard check in time. Not a great service.
