Lovely hotel but parking is ridiculously expensive. £18 for overnight parking which was a third of the cost of the room. QPark is £8.50 but just a bit too far to drag your case to. Hotel should do something about this, subsidise it in some way. Most city centre hotels I stay in offer discounted parking

Stayed during the lockdown for business, everything Covid secure, everything was spotless, room service was great, easy to order, disposable cutlery and take away boxes. Parking at the waterfront carpark is £18 night but right on your hotel doorstep.

The staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and highly efficient. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. I liked the decor but had no mirror near a plug to dry my hair. The lighting over the bathroom mirror is also a bit dim for applying make-up. these are relatively minor concerns but as I am thinking of spending weeks in a hotel while I acclimatise to Liverpool and find a permanent place to stay - these could become irritations.

Love this hotel, it's in a lovo location and I always have a good nights sleep

There were a number of inconsistencies about this hotel but in fairness these are extraordinary times. My principal problems were that the beds are so hard as to make sleep difficult, lighting in the bathroom is very poor and there is no full length mirror in the room. On the other hand - the staff were great and me very welcome.

Stay was fine, but the room was especially filthy. I stayed for four nights and I bought cleaning wipes to wipe the surfaces myself each night. Bedside tables left sticky from drinks from the previous night despite the bed being changed (or only made up using same old bedding). Dirty bath tub, food stains on the floor (which were not from me!), hairs on the dressing table. Just a really lazy cleaning job overall and shocking for the price. The room was also freezing cold. I tried to turn the heating up to 27 which didn't solve much. In addition, I could hear every word spoken from the room next door. We were also given a sheet of paper that said that Breakfast was served until 11am. When we called to order room service, we were told we had to go to the restaurant but that they had finished serving. They eventually allowed us in but it felt like there were mixed messages being passed around the staff from management. When we got to the desk, the man insisted we pay immediately, but we hadn't bought any money as we were told to rush down and as per usual hotel stays, you can add to your room. I understand they may have had some cheeky guests before, but it is not a good feeling. Interestingly, when I checkeed out I told them I had two breakfasts to pay for which they had no record of on their system. Not a criticism but a point - there is nowhere for ladies to dress! No good lighting with a mirror just a spotlight above a dark space mirror or the blue light in the bathroom. Should put a mirror on the dressing table/desk by the window for ladies. Not well thought through. All a bit unorganised and standards have slipped.

Lovely location, absolutely lovely staff - the only thing I would say was that the executive rooms which you pay extra for, could have had a little more care taken with cleaning. There was a stain on the duvet (foot end) and obviously some kind of spillage on the wall near the TV which hadn’t been noticed. Other than that, lovely stay - breakfast was good, bar only open if you are eating - we had a pizza between us but also needed to order chips in order to get 2 x shandy’s - the pizza was a frozen Chicago town version (14.50 very steep) haha Thank you - had a great time otherwise x

Had a lovely experience in your Liverpool hotel. Greeted by your lovely receptionist, quick check in and was informed of the recent Covid rules etc. Room was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous views over the river mersey! Would definitely book again and request same room (840 I think) windows ceiling to floor. Breakfast was tasty too, great choice. Thank you again. Vicky xx

Me and my son stayed Christmas night for a treat, I can not thank the staff here enough for making our stay so perfect! Rayna, Eve, Katie and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and I’m so thankful to them! I would not stay anywhere else in Liverpool!

This is a modern hotel in a great location for , walks along waterfront, Albert Dock and access into the city for shopping etc. Parking nearby is good but expensive @£18 per 24hours. The staff very welcoming ,friendly and obliging. The only disappointment was was the restaurant Wheelers by Marco White was closed due to COVID but when I booked online I was encouraged to book restaurant by Accor as if it was still open !!! We would stay here again in normal times

Towels where dirty, shower was cold water noise coming from 8th floor when i asked for the top floor for my birthday, didn't get a birthday card or any complimentarys they knew i was staying for 2 nights 1 month before my arrival, food was to expensive it came in a small brown box, not enough cutlery in the room. Other than that the view was nice but that was all.

Room and public area is very clean. Excellent Check-in by Becky gave us great recommendation for places to go and eat in Liverpool. We would have love to sample the food in Macro but it is currently closed due to Covid. We were offered Breakfast Grab and Go Bag throughout our stay - the continental options included were plentiful. Location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to Liverpool One and the Baltic Market. We were given a corner room so could see the Mersey. Will definitely return when in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.
