Special thank you to the gentlemen on the bar whom helped me access my bag after an issue with my cheap pad lock. Another lovely stay.slightly dissatisfied with room cleanliness with our stay this time however i can be fussy.this didn’t put me off my stay.nor would it stop me recommending the hotel.

I think this was our 5th time at the Pullman. We love the location (for the arena and views), the beds (very comfortable), the shower and the breakfast. We booked the romantic escape package which was expensive but worth it especially for the late checkout. Our wine (part of the package) was not in our room when we arrived but our chocolate treats were. This wasn’t a big deal to us and when we mentioned it to reception it was sorted out and staff were very apologetic. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The TV didn’t work for a lot of our stay but that was due to a network outage or something. While the room was generally clean it was a little dusty in areas. I do think that the rooms could do with a little updating of a bit of a refurb but overall this does not affect how much we enjoyed our stay and I only say this as we have been coming here over a period of around 10 years and notice little details like wear and tear.
