Stayed 4 nights as attended concert deluxe room excellent comfortable very clean. Had one night we upgraded to the Suite all I can say is wow. On our next visit will definitely book again. Only gripe on both rooms its designed not for women as no mirror and seat to do makeup/hair. Yes there are long mirrors and plenty in bathrooms but I have to sit doing hair and makeup and seating and mirror not there. I definitely expected in the Suite its luxurious but need seat and mirror. Also no drawers in deluxe room and very little space in bathroom for toiletries that was disappointing and last gripe is Accor members get no added discount for cocktails/ meals cocktails super expensive £14 a pop other hotels have at least a happy hour which would definitely help especially when the bill is over £600 for 3 nights this was a treat but will most likely only have a drink or two and go out for dinner and drinks.

Easy quick check in with pleasant efficient staff. Comfortable room with great views of the big wheel and local surroundings. Varied tasty breakfast items in a nice area.
