I booked two rooms and experienced significant housekeeping issues throughout my stay. I will focus on the executive room because i expected better. Upon check-in, room 219 was not ready until around several minutes past 4pm — more than an hour past the scheduled check-in time, as the room was still being cleaned. Further into my stay, on Friday, the room was not cleaned at all. Only the towels were replaced, with no other housekeeping services provided. This required two separate phone calls before a housekeeper finally attended to the room . This an unacceptable standard of service for a paying guest.
