Good Afternoon Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. We appriciate your comments about your stay and are glad you enjoyed your time here. However, I am sorry to read that you were informed you would not recieve points. I have looked in to this as my colleague informed me you had also emailed in. I have since awarded these as the booking was an eligable booking to recieve points, looking at it, the rate you booked there has been a Accor Technical Issue on this and therefore the reason for points not being generated, I have overwritten this and awarded these.
