Hoco22 TripAdvisor review

Great location. First rate service and attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. Free Mini bar was a nice touch especially coming back after a long day of meetings. I appreciated that Tarik asked which items I liked best. Great hotel for business trips.

Comfortable hotel close to conference site

The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and the walk in shower great. The bed and pillows were superb. Unfortunately house keeping didn't restock the water for the second day. In house bar was good to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare. There were long queues and one person trying to manager this. A better process is needed.

Well appointed hotel directly opposite the ACC Liverpool. All staff I met were friendly and professional, a credit to the hotel. Breakfast service was prompt in the early morning. However, the room I stayed in had a problem with the TV. It wasn’t working. In the middle of the night, the TV screen turned itself on and went to a white screen. After a long journey, I had to get up in the dead of night and try to fix it. The remote didn’t work, in the end - and really tired - I resorted to hanging towels and my jacket off the screen to try and reduce the constant glare. This made for a really bad sleep, meaning I went to work the following day absolutely exhausted from a lack of sleep.

We have stayed here on numerous occassions however on this visit it was not great. Upon getting to our room we were greated with a terrible overpowering smell and a toilet that was blocked. Reception did a great job and change our room straight away but this had already put a dampener on our stay. Breakfast was great
