My husband and I had a lovely stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Short walk to the docks which was perfect. Room was exceptional. Huge space in the junior suite, very clean, friendly staff and great food. We will definitely be coming back.

Although we live local we always use the Pullman for a break away from life. Welcoming staff,, comfortable quiet rooms, great bar and restaurant facilities and prime location for exploring Liverpool. Booked in for hubby’s birthday and received a room upgrade with mini bar. Thank again Pullman

Opted for the deluxe king size room. Ample storage for all my luggage. Very well cleaned prior to my arrival. Check in was seamless and had the option to pre-authorise my card to any charges on the room which made it less of a hassle to then have to settle the bill on checkout. Nearby secure parking for a reduced cost to hotel guests (your ticket needs to be validated by the reception staff at checkout to obtain the reduced rates). Right on the Docks and had a Dock View which was a nice sight to wake up to in the morning. Room service was excellent. 10-15 min walk to the City Centre. Check out was also seamless. Stayed at the Pullman previously and keep coming back due to the great experience and service each time.
