Arrived on the 22nd November, for a3 night stay on arrival lovely welcome sorry didn’t get the lady’s name, lovely room thank you once again for the lovely surprise in the room, was greeted with open arms by Paul, roni, Paige, sammi, and Marion sad to hear he is leaving, as always had a great time, we are back on the 29th December for 4 night can’t wait to see you all again. An excellent hotel, and in a terrific location, both for the nearby facilities, and the beautiful views over the River Mersey. Rayda and Anca on Reception were especially helpful and allocated me a wonderful room on the 5th floor, with large picture windows overlooking the river, with all the activity of ships coming and going, day and night. A well-appointed, spacious room and a particularly warm and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Paul, Emily, Abi and Vesta were especially helpful in the bar and restaurant area. The three course dinner was expensive but extremely delicious; I enjoyed watching the chefs at work. For anyone attending the ACC conference centre next door, this is the perfect solution. Convenient and up-market. Many thanks.

The staff were very informative and helpful . The room we stayed in was above our expectations and clean . Large comfy bed and comfy furniture, liked the way bathroom was separate to toilet. Complimentary drinks and snacks great. View from room not great but we were on the Executive floor. Only other negative was the shower , not a lot of pressure and not very hot . We tried to use dials for either shower heads but same results . Evening meal in restaurant was excellent and we were so glad we reserved our table well before our visit.Breakfast had plenty of choices too and you could tell staff ran it very well . Would definitely stay here again , especially if an event is on at the Arena next door we want to see.

Enjoyable stay. Great location. Room- 6th floor- overlooked the wheel. Big window. Super comfortable bed. Quiet.dressing gown and slippers. Breakfast- very nice Bar area- busy for our stay Could do better- free water in the room
