The hotel is located next to the train station with on-site parking. While everything functions, the facilities are quite outdated and appear not to have been renovated in years. The cleaning staff were impolite, knocking on our door several times before the 11 AM checkout and waking us up. For a four-star hotel at this price, I expected better amenities and service. Since we only needed a place to stay overnight while traveling from the south to Paris, the nearby Ibis (just meters away) would have been a better choice at half the price.

Shares the same building as Mercure and Ibis so compare the prices because location would be the same. Fine location for getting in and out of Tours quickly. Breakfast is fine too - wish they had more fiber options (like chia seeds). There's a drop off area before they give you access to the car park.

En route from Calais to Bordeaux this was the ideal stopping place. Unfortunately the restaurant was restricted to a private function, so we walked 100 mètres down the road to The Moon, a Thai restaurant which we would highly recommend. The car park codes need to be got from reception before access.

My friends and I (4 of us) booked two rooms. My first impression wasn’t too good as we were given a smaller room with queen sharing bed. (Our booking was a bigger room). After comparing my friends’ room, we requested for a change of room and was given a bigger room. This hotel is basically a no frills hotel, no refrigerator and no aircon. (Aircon only started in May). The room was quite stuffy. The corridor lights were motion sensor, so it was very dark unless someone passed by. I think the selling point for this hotel is good location. Is convenient to get around nearby towns/ cities as it is just next to train station.

Quiet place, close to the station. Room was quite big, bright and well equipped to be able to realize my professional meetings. Breakfast was good, in a spacious restaurant' room, with a good diversity of sweet, salty stuff, including fruits and veggies, eggs and bacon, pastries, French breads and croissants,... A little minus for the "fake" scrambled eggs, based on dry powder.

Staff was pleasant, but the room was in poor condition. Stains on the floor, insects around refirgerator area and bathroom. Noise from street made it difficult to sleep.
