The whole process was exceptionally poor. Unorganised, and unkept. Unclean. Hotel staff seemed unresponsive and not able to bridge the gap.

Upgrade to top floor suite w/balcony much appreciated. Unfortunately, only 1 elevator was in operation which created long delays one morning while hotel was full

Great room in a well-appointed and smart hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant and particularly appreciated the original and imaginative vegetarian meals. The waiters were very attentive with a good rapport with us!
