It was too expensive for the size of the room and there was no mini-fridge, no small coffee maker, no hand or wash towels, there wasn't ever a hair dryer. Not even the basics of the basics.

Em relação aos itens mencionados, como frigobar, cafeteira e outros acessórios, reforçamos que não fazem parte do padrão da marca, justamente por se tratar de um conceito de hospedagem simplificado. Já alguns itens como secador de cabelo e enxoval são disponibilizados conforme padrão operacional e/ou mediante solicitação na recepção. We had the worst flight ever and were delayed by 12 hours, we spent the night at the hotel and the workers there were the first friendly and helpful faces we had seen all day, I was incredibly greeting for them. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was easy to navigate. The workers were super efficient even with a crazy line, and very clear, they even had a worker personally telling people when the food was going to stop being served incase anyone wanted to get some, which I though was incredibly considerate.
