Given a room that was already occupied by another person. Happened two times. i hade to leave the hotel for another one

Had booked a room for 3 pax for 1 night but we actually used it only for a couple of hours for our long layover. The place is very good, good location to the airport, has bidet (thank god!) and has very clean sheets. Better than the other hotels we stayed in latam. We didnt know that they have free shuttle from airport to hotel tho as it was not advertised so we ended up paying uber. It is very far from the city and traffic is awful during peakhours. We checked in at 12pm and since our next flight is 1am the next day, we decided to check out Sao Paolo. Going to Paulina Ave took us 45mins and going back took over 1 hour. Just a bid sad we didnt get to enjoy and utilize the amenities as much as we rather decided to go to city but the place is really good. Very modern and has nice coworking space.

Even though your time with us was short, we are very happy that it provided a comfortable and clean rest stop.
