Hotel is really modern and the rooms are nice. Food at the buffet for dinner and breakfast was good. Location is ideal for the airport and this was the only reason we chose this place. Beds are super hard and uncomfortable, it was really difficult to sleep on them. The check in was so slow. We were next in the queue when we arrived and were still waiting about 20 minutes. I have no idea why it should take that long.

My father and I traveled to São Paulo after 4 days in Rio for a quick day of exploring. Due to heavy rain and traffic from the regional airport, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel and honestly, it turned out to be a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Every employee we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even made sure we could catch the Miami Heat game on the bar TV, which made our night. The bar itself had fairly priced drinks, and the food exceeded expectations for a budget hotel (the buffet was surprisingly tasty and well prepared). Our room was clean, quiet, and more spacious than I’ve experienced at other Ibis locations worldwide. It was a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The shuttle service to the airport was smooth and convenient, and the driver was especially friendly and welcoming. Overall, this hotel went above and beyond for a budget stay. Great value, excellent service, and a perfect place to rest if you’re near GRU. Highly recommend.
