We had to stay a few nights due to flight cancellation and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Especially the customer service (shout out to Aleja in the front desk) and the food.

We arrived at 1 am and the hall was crowded… we were with out 4 children… atendants were lovely but it was so much time

However, we sincerely regret the delay during check-in, especially considering that you arrived at 1 a.m. with your four children and found the lobby crowded. In certain situations, when many guests arrive simultaneously — often due to flight changes — the waiting time may unfortunately increase, but we understand how tiring this can be after a long trip. Regarding the difficulty with your Chilean credit card, some international cards may face temporary authorization restrictions depending on the issuing bank. We are glad you were able to resolve the situation, but we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. Rooms are okay for one night. Breakfast and dinner are good. However, the check-in was very slow. The staff is not very friendly — they answer what is necessary, but in a very short and direct way, without much warmth.
