I loved my room and the hotel and the breakfast! But the airport shuttle and proximity to the airport was a big priority and I didn't use the shuttle because it only goes once an hour so the timing was very inconvenient for my early flight. And also technically the property is 2.5km from the airport, but because of the roads you have to drive 9km to arrive so this makes the trip to the airport significantly longer. I don't think I would have even looked at this hotel if Id known it was actually a 9km drive. But anyway, I enjoyed my stay and called an uber to go the airport which was easy enough.

The shuttle is operated by an external partner and follows a fixed hourly schedule, which unfortunately may not accommodate all flight times — especially early departures. You also pointed out the driving distance to the airport, and you’re absolutely right. While we are located approximately 2.5 km away in a straight line, the road layout requires a longer route of about 9 km. We appreciate you mentioning this, as it helps us improve how we communicate this information to future guests. The food price is really an absurd. It’s the only hotel in the zone that also request payment of a fee for the transfer to the airport. The check in is really late for someone that is in transit. Room is quite small without space even for the luggage. The staff look really tired working there. That’s for sure the worst option on the zone.

Regarding the early check-in, it is indeed subject to availability, as rooms need to be cleaned, inspected, and released by the housekeeping team. For situations like yours, with very early arrivals, we strongly recommend booking the night before, as this is the only way to guarantee immediate access to the room with no waiting time. About the transfer, I would like to clarify that the outbound shuttle (hotel → airport) has a fee specifically to cover the operational cost of the service. Even so, the amount is symbolic compared to private transport options in the area. Concerning water, if you bring your own bottle or squeeze, you can refill it for free at our drinking fountains located in the lobby — não há qualquer custo. The sale of bottled water is apenas uma conveniência adicional para quem deseja adquirir. As for the team, sinto muito que tenha tido essa percepção. Nossa equipe trabalha com dedicação para atender um grande fluxo d. hóspedes diariamente, e iremos reforçar processos internos para que o atendimento continue sendo cordial e ágil, mesmo nos períodos d. maior movimento. My stay was fine, room, breakfast - all ok. Staff nice. Just one point of criticism: registration at arrival was about the slowest I have had in 40 years of travelling the globe. More detail: - the queue was fuzzy, I thought I was in the queue and so did others, but it was completely unclear who was doing registrations at the front desk and who was not : - there were 2 ladies and a man there, one lady was clearly doing registration - the man was looking at his computer screen all the time and clicking on a mouse, but wasn't interested in helping the queue get smaller ... it was unclear what the 2nd lady was doing, she seemed to be doing something different ... until : - new guests arrived with lots of bags, they just went to the 2nd lady right away and were registered right away, while about 5 others (including me) were still queuing up for the other lady - that lady was nice and helpful and it's probably not her fault that each registration was taking forever, God knows why that must take so long as all guests seemed to be known already in the system, so all that needs to happen is: finish registration, do payment, provide room key, done - for me, though being 63 I can still stand for a long time, so that was not the issue, but there were also families registering with small kids and for them it took like forever too - what irked me most is that no one seemed to care about the messy registration (especially the people just coming forward while being last), no one seemed to think either "there's a lot of people waiting and the queue is long, let's get a 3rd one to help" ... like the guy who was doing nothing basically: all of this was just slow, annoying and very unfriendly
