What has saved this place is its staff. Despite the turmoil that happened on the weekend, they kept calm and polite. The food was also good. However, my big complaint is about the check in system. l was 2 hours and half waiting in line. The rooms were too simple. It didn't have towel for the face, only two small soaps, no sheet on the bad. These are standard items.

The weekend you mentioned was indeed very challenging, as the flight you were originally scheduled to take was cancelled and the airline redirected a large number of passengers to the hotel at the same time. This unexpected volume significantly impacted the check-in flow. Our team worked hard to remain calm, polite, and supportive, while also seeking ways to minimize the waiting time. Even so, the high number of arrivals unfortunately resulted in delays. We are also grateful for your positive comments regarding the food. Regarding the room amenities, ibis follows a global brand standard focused on simplicity and functionality. Face towels are not part of the standard room setup in the ibis family, and the amenities provided are aligned with the brand’s concept. Nevertheless, we understand that expectations may vary, and your feedback is important for us. Once again, thank you for recognizing the dedication of our staff. Overall, this is a very good hotel, and I do not have anything to complain about except for 1 thing. I requested early check-in and the room was available but I was charged the whopping and exorbitant 50% (room day's rate) fee just to check-in early. This is ridiculous.

Good experienca. A new hotel with clean roms. Good restaurant. Good service. We had a toilet that did not flush and We could move roms immediately.

The room was quite good for one night, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and complete. It is next to the airport, and they offer free transportation from the airport to the hotel, even at night.
