I was put in a room with no wifi signal and neither reception desk nor maintenance could fix during my stay causing me to lose some work and making me to use available connection on loby. No other rooms was available.

Average! The facility is closed to shopping center, public transport and other amendities. Members of staff are well trained but still bear the brazilian mindset of fixing everything before granting customer their rightfull wish. I'll explain it: I was placed in room 267 and after a long travel everything one disires is a good and relaxing shower before going to bed. Unfortunately, the shower water mixer had some kind of defect that made the water too cold or too hot. I went to the reception and asked for a new room due to the issue already described. The attendant told me that was a normal shower behavior and advised me to open first the cold water and then mixing it up to the hot one. Next day I tried to to exactly as the atendant taught me but ended up with a skin burn again! Once more, I went to the reception and explained the issue with the shower and asked to change the room. For my surprise, the attendant call the maintanance guy to enquire about my complain this person told the attendant that the shower was ok but a technician would have a look at it before placing me in another room. Appauling! Was my word not good enough or trustwhorthy? For that reason, I'm absolutely disatisfied with the service IBIS provided me.
