I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at Ibis Tatuapé. Although I was well attended to by the staff member Alberth, who resolved the situation as best as he could, the overall experience was extremely stressful. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that I could not use the benefits of the All program. This was particularly frustrating as I was staying due to my wife's surgery, a very delicate time. There was a convention nearby, and the hotel informed me that there were no rooms available for All members and that points would not be credited. After much insistence and stress, I managed to have the points validated for my stay to accumulate in the All plan. This only happened because I called the All center in front of the hotel staff. Immediately, the scenario changed, and there was a rush to resolve the situation before the center intervened. I am completely dissatisfied with the experience. If anyone asks me about the All program, I will say it is worth signing up, but there is a risk of not having the right to benefits due to the hotel's availability. All should review its communication and make this explicit to avoid similar situations in the future. Ariel Roberto J.. 11… 800
