I was upset that there was no heat in the room, as a result of the cold I got sick, very unhappy. Also the wi-fi never worked in my room, very hard to do business. Elevator doors close to quickly and crunched me several times!!!

Great room, very clean. Comfortable bed, many cable TV channels. The breakfast was fantastic, with very tasty, healthy and varied options. The pizza at Sponto bar was really tasty. It was an amazing surprise.

Nice infrastructure but poorly conserved

The hotel is very well located, and has one the best breakfasts I've ever seen in hotels in Brazil. It also has a nice bar. I didn't try the dinner menu. However, like most hotels, the room is not so good. The door of the shower was broken, and there was an awful leakage. Everytime I showered a huge puddle formed on the outside floor.
