Alright property, I rented two rooms and both of them had mold in the showers and that was plenty of mold, have no idea how those rooms were not inspected before giving them to the guests. The most pleasant part of the stay was the night staff at the restaurant including Diogo Who was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and really caring about our needs and that really made up for a better stay for me and my family. Only Two towels per room should be addressed. No pool is also a despoilment. Front desk staff not as friendly as they should be. At times it seems that front desk staff didn't feel like helping us in courteous way.

As usual, the receipt was not sent by email. So require extra work to contact the hotel. This procedure need to be revised.

The purpose of not having room service, a minibar in the room or breakfast, assumes to be to reduce costs and they can offer a low budget stay. but for the current price, this does not apply. there were no face towels in the bathroom and the equipment in the fitness room was broken.
