Staff were very helpful and cordial, luggage storage helped a lot both before check-in and after check-out, room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The real issue was the shower - weak water pressure, low water volume, and temperature kept oscillating even as the temperature/pressure handle was kept in the same position, another sign of terrible plumbing. That, and the way the restaurant staff hurriedly started taking the breakfast buffet away 5-10 minutes before its ending time, which was annoying and made us feel rushed out.
