Not too centrally located but situated in a nice place, the Ibis SP had everything I needed: an adequate exercise room (AC was broken but all equipment worked), a delicious buffet staffed by the most courteous and attentive people, and the rooms were very quiet and away from the lively evening events. My bed mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy, and after day three it was challenging. However, I had everything I needed and more. I am not sold on staying there again, primarily due to the location, but in a pinch, I could probably be persuaded!
