My visit in March 24 received a rating of 9 - this visit in Dec 24 receives a 7 - still enjoyed my stay, same friendly staff, good breakfast BUT no longer have coffee stations in the rooms and no complimentary bottled water in the rooms? The cost of water out of the fridge in the room is outrageous - really don’t think this was a good move despite your excuse of it making the rooms more sustainable - poor excuse for reduced offering.

The hotel is your average 4-star hotel. But, there were some issues, - Upon arrival with my partner, the man checking us in said "I have you down for a bed but there is two of you so do you prefer two single beds?" Like he has never seen a lesbian couple. - The SAME man, when I lost my key, treated me as if I had killed his first-born. He did not even look at me when I spoke to him and all he said was "do not lose it again." - When having dinner at the Japanese restaurant, I saw a cockroach run under the table.
