Waste of my points

Chose this hotel because of its location- close to the airport - and because my experiences with Mercure abroad had always been pleasant. It was my birthday, was charged twice by mistake later caught up by reception, dinner and breakfast experience were disappointing: Poor quality of food served, no ambience music, just loud kitchen conversations. The room was ok but towels were awful quality and long due to be disposed: had a big hole in it. Our bathroom had a soup that we are guessing was left by other guests before us. I’m glad it was only one night and we will never come back. (I would like my 2000 points back)

The only thing we didn't like is not having personal helping with the luggage 😒, imagine old people carrying their luggage to the room, it is disrespectful.
