I stayed 5 nights at this hotel, the room was supplied 2 coffee pods for the entire stay. No instant coffee etc. If i wanted extra coffee pods i would have to purchase. The reception staff were amazing, professional and accommodating with me being an English only speaker. The breakfast staff were rude and demanding, i was asked more than 2 times during my 20 minutes breakfast for my room number. My companions who were not from Brazil did experience severe rudeness, told to pay now on numerous occasions. I ordered room service once, the meal was below par, when my meal arrived the employee took the tray and cover that was on the plate, i was given no cutlery, or salt & pepper. The room did not have cutlery apart from 2 spoons that were hot coffee & tea. The hotel overall was a nice place to stay, the room was comfortable, just a disappointment that the food service and food service employees were so rude and unprofessional.

Quiet, good location for my needs, breakfast was nice but annoyingly small plates. Meals ordered in the evening were of a disappointing standard worse food I’ve ever eaten in Brazil.

Chose this hotel because of its location- close to the airport - and because my experiences with Mercure abroad had always been pleasant. It was my birthday, was charged twice by mistake later caught up by reception, dinner and breakfast experience were disappointing: Poor quality of food served, no ambience music, just loud kitchen conversations. The room was ok but towels were awful quality and long due to be disposed: had a big hole in it. Our bathroom had a soup that we are guessing was left by other guests before us. I’m glad it was only one night and we will never come back. (I would like my 2000 points back)
