The hotel is well located. The gym and pool are good. The room is large with good space for suitcases and storage. The bed is good. The Wi-Fi is good. The elevators are good. The AC is slow but eventually gets to the cool temperature. There are no sewer issues. The sauna has been closed for quite some time. While it advertises a kitchen there are no items for cooking. There is a microwave and a two-burner electric stove. The hotel is showing its age relative to bathroom, furniture, holes in walls where things have been relocated, etc.

There was a light issue at the time because of the weather, it happens, just bad luck. But the shuttle bus on-time schedule needs to improve. I waited for almost an hour while seeing others hotel's buses pass by repeatedly, that's not a good feeling for a tired customer after a long flight.
