We are especially sorry for the lack of water at reception, the absence of a kettle in the room, and the difficulty in obtaining hot water upon your arrival. Please note that kettles are available upon request, and we regret any miscommunication from our team. We also deeply apologize for the concerns raised regarding the pool area, including cleanliness and lack of assistance, as well as the absence of support with your luggage during check-out.
