Good except room was too warm

We would turn the air on and get the room comfortable and then the maid would come in and turn it off. We got the afternoon sun and it made the room very hot. We would come in, in the evening and the room was very hot. It would take half the night to get it comfortable again.

Disappointed

Check in was great. Entering and exiting the bathroom should be mentioned upon check-in so that you are aware when you go to your room. The Bathroom step up is a serious safety concern, I triped going into the bathroom and luckily caught myself on the door frame and only bruised my wrist. Otherwise I would have fell and hit the toilet or even the shower door. The shower was not clean - residue of mold/mildew on the floor one wall - also some on the ceiling. The bedroom - I was fine w/twin beds but the space to walk between them or the closet was extremely limited and I'm not a big person. Room service - received someone elses French fries, I'm sure the other guest was disappointed not to receive them with their order. *I will mention the Chicken Club was good.
