My experience with the Pulmann Guarulhos was excellent. The hotel has a good location, it is pleasant, well decorated, the room very comfortable. My pet was also very comfortable as he had everything arranged for him. All of the staff are kind, know how to please the customer, are efficient and proactive. I travel a lot and honestly it has been years since I stayed in a hotel where I have no criticism to make. Just compliments. Congratulations!!

The hotel has a great location when in transit between flights, but also very comfortable to spend a day at. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is AMAZING, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. I would and will stay again!

I have to say I was really surprised and impressed. The last time i stayed was when it was a Caesar, and it was just ok. Things have really changed. Clearly the decor is different and has been updated although bathrooms pretty much the same as they were, but that-s fine. 1. Check was super friendly and fast. And thanks for the free drink...I needed it. 2. The room was far better than i could have ever expected. It was VERY large and while i didn’t use it and only stayed barely 24h, it actually made me feel at home. I didn’t realize i booked such a great room, but perhaps I received an upgrade...anyway, i loved it and it was great. Decoration was cool and minimalist, which worked really well. Can I say an thing more about the room? Just Loved It... 3. The Hotel takes its Covid rules seriously. While other hotels have removed their mini bars, the Pullman simply individually wrapped everything. Smart and simple and no inconvenience for the client. 4. Break fast was good and offered lots of variety. Obviously COVID has cut the number of places which is annoying, but that’s life right now. 5. Having a pool and pool bar is essential and it was a nice, sunny space. The only thing I would improve would be to have more loungers etc. The hotel is obviously full of airline crews, so they took up all of the chairs and loungers and I had to wait until 14H to get a seat. Hopefully that is a Covid thing, if not more loungers would be necessary. Congratulations on a really nice property that is well run and exceeded my expectations...especially the room!!!

Very close to the São Paulo Int'l Airport (8 min drive), it is very convenient for those who want to catch a very early flight or need to have a good rest upon arrival from a long-haul trip. I always stay overnight here when arriving/leaving Brazil. One of the best Pullman hotels I've stayed at worldwide. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull, with great attention to detail. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. The breakfast selection is great with a chef preparing fresh dishes to order of you wish. Hotel looks great overall, executive facilities are great and the free shuttle bus to the airport terminal is a plus. Can fully recommend.

Good hotel with cool vibe. Good sized and well-equipped room. Pool area with food and beverage was a bonus for his kind of hotel. The reception was under-staffed when we arrived with only one receptionist dealing with multiple guests, so there was a short wait to check-in.

Stayed many times but this time booked executive floor room ....... if you are on a long day stopover its well worth the extra for the comfort and relaxation. Complimentary refreshments in executive lounge include an excellent cheeseboard .... staff as always are really helpful.

Was there just for an overnight prior to a morning flight on the next day. However everything was perfect: fast check-in, invitation drink, gym, good wifi service for work, a good rest and a fast check-out. Just what I needed to catch up between stops.

This is my second stay in a month. The first stay was in a suite...and was passable. There were 2 main complaints on the first stay...my credit card (from the USA's largest bank) was not valid on the hotel's processing system and 2) the dinner buffet was inedible. The second stay was in a superior room with a king bed. There was no mini bar in the room...it was completely empty so no water available, the bathroom door was moldy (hadn't been cleaned in a long time), and there were only 2 pillows in the room. we avoided the buffet at dinner and had an acceptable a la carte dinner...but had the breakfast buffet downstairs in the morning. i never thought it was possible to ruin scrambled eggs and bacon but the staff managed to do it rendering it inedible. the queijo da minas was old, tasteless, and nearly spoiled, and the coffee machine in the room did not work. And, like the first time, my credit card wasn't accepted by your processor. We mentioned this when we checked out and were assured that a manager would contact us. Not unexpectedly, we've never been contacted. And,alll of this in a superior room at a supposedly 5 star hotel. We've learned our lesson and will never stay here again.

Also, rest assured that all food and beverage are from high quality approved suppliers, as well as the storage and handling of the kitchen staff. Have used this hotel for airport stopovers for quite a few years and it is always being maintained and improved on. Only negative is there is no longer an onsite shop so stock up on anything you need at the airport before you catch the shuttle.
