Everything was good and satisfying until at checkout the guarantee from the credit card of my friend wasn´t cancelled. The way of solving this issue wasn´t satisfying.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Friendly staff. Room: Clean room. Unfortunately only 1 or 2 English channels on the TV. In my opinion too less for an international hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wifi worked good. Bathroom good, great shower. Food: Buffet was ok, but not more than that. Breakfast was very good. Small but nice swimming pool, not crowded. Lot's of other sports activities possible.

Staying was very good with one exception: there was a party in a nearby room after 10pm. Staff could not stop them. But at least they gave me another room on another floor. I do not understand why staff did not stop the party...

Check in First was fine, but second staying was not as pleasant and "nothing was available for my rate 135€/day" The room was regular; bigger than IBIS, but same character. Rug very dirty and smelly, outside the room very dirty rugs and bad smell also. Worst of all was breakfast; fruits too green, old and not at all well presented. Bottles for juices are not hygienic as people grab the covers with their hands and others have to drink form other peoples' handling. Breakfast cook not experiences even to fry eggs

Good but very noisy - lobby area always overwhelming loud music and Friday night loud music kept me awaik until early morning hours (3:30am)

Facilities excellent, breakfast excellent, room service 4 out of 10 - food cold and sweaty (not crispy anymore) by the time it reached my room, music in lobby overwhelming - can't use working station as alternative to working in room, music disturbing and unacceptably loud Friday evening into early hrs Saturday morning 3:30am resulting in no sleep and a very tiring stay at hotel in general.

Excellent. Outstanding service from everybody, the room was well appointed and spacious. We arrived tired late at night from a long journey and the whole experience was outstanding. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We would not hesitate to return on our next trip to São Paulo.
