Always a warm greeting from staff members, and the hotel is modern with great facilities. I prefer a room looking towards the airport, with good views of the hills either side, but the other way looking over the small lake and the city also provides good views. The restaurant buffet is very good, both for dinner and breakfast.

I arrived late at night after a long flight with a toddler. I had requested a crib. There was no crib in the room, the bathroom lights didn’t work, not enough towels, several power outlets didn’t. Very disappointing stay to say the least.

The location is great if you need to catch an early morning flight out of GRU. The shuttle service to the terminal is excellent and convenient. The hotel is a bit old/dated and I was bitten by unidentified insects. I don’t believe they were bed bugs (I checked the bed). They could be mosquitoes or smaller insects. A bit unusual

I loved my staying at Pullman. I might come back. However, it’s 8 out of 10 because the parking lot is extremely expensive. That upsetting because is just a parking lot. You might say that there is someone to park for you, but that is not really necessary and they didn’t for me.

I booked a day stay in an executive lounge room- and arrived early. While I appreciate that my room wasn't ready because I was early - it would have been nice to have been offered a cup of coffee as I had been travelling all night. I found it odd and disappointing that I wasn't offered executive lounge access upon arrival where I could wait until my room was ready - This was truly the reason I had booked that level of room.
Also- the check-in staff should have been aware of my sitting in the lobby waiting for the room (I was the only one there) and notified me when it was ready - I should not have had to go the the desk and ask if it was ready. So I sat alone and cold in the lobby longing for a cup of coffee until I arose and checked again at the desk.
One other detail - the electricity in the hotel went out TWICE while I was there - when I asked Executive lounge attendant about it - she acted as if that happens often due to the wind and rain???? If so, I should have been made aware of this as it was quite concerning and I didn't want to get stuck in an elevator or be in the shower in complete darkness.

Regarding the Executive Lounge, your arrival was before its opening time, which is why access was not available at that moment. We understand, however, that this was an important part of the experience you expected from the room category booked.
Concerning the power interruptions, the hotel was affected that day by several external outages in the surrounding area. These are related to the electricity provider and are outside the hotel’s control. The hotel is equipped with a generator to support operations during such occurrences.
