Ricardo, Obrigado pelo seu feedback. A Gerência lamenta saber que a limpeza da mobília do quarto não tenha atingido as expectativas. A Governanta foi notificada para que a situação seja investigada e as ações preventivas necessárias tomadas. Hoje é a data limítrofe do prazo de 7 dias após o check out que o programa ALL dá para que os pontos referentes caiam. A unidade observará as pontuações feitas pelo sistema do programa de fidelidade para garantir que seus pontos foram creditados. The room was very spacey, with a comfortable beg. Breakfast was included and it was awesome with diverse options every day. Room and hotel were always clean.

The stay at the hotel was good. It was 10 min away from the airport. The experience in the hotel was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Yet, the transfer van did not stop at the appointed stop (4) but at another stop (1). This has happened twice while I stayed there.

Room check was not done properly

Toilet was not working, I checked there was no water in the cistern and secondly the house keeper left the cleaning cloth on the basin in the bathroom. I booked a day room, the booking was made 7 days prior to arrival with the approx time of arrival so I was not a walk in. I was too tired to ask to be moved as I had just come off a 9hour 40 min flight and my next flight was going to be 8hours 40 min. I did advise when I checked out of the toilet issue.
