We had a long layover in São Paulo so booked a Day Pass at Pullman Hotel. Toddy and Cacau were super helpful in the kids play area- spent time coloring and running around with our daughters. Highly recommend booking a day pass instead of having to stay at the airport for a long layover.

All perfect with ALL again. More than satisfied! But they did not know how to handle "Dining and Spa Rewards", which you get from ALL Accor when you reach Diamond status. I was told you can only use them in the spa where they would be deducted directly, not at the reception at check-out. This is not blaming the hotel, it's a shame for ALL Accor not training their hotels on these rewards, which are useless, even a scam, when you cannot use them practically at all. This year I found so far only one hotel in Poland that knew how to deal with it or heard about it already. So either train the hotel staff or skip these rewards!

We used this airport hotel as a place to relax after a long flight from London before taking an early flight the next day to Iguazu Falls. It far exceeded our expectations. It’s a lively place with a great swimming pool and pool bar. We are coming back in a couple of weeks again as a stopover between flights.
