I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport and would like to thank the team for their excellent hospitality. As an Accor Platinum Elite member, I was warmly recognized upon arrival and invited to complete the check-in process at the Executive Lounge on the 10th floor. I was also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category than the one I had originally booked, which was greatly appreciated and made my stay even more comfortable. The welcome was professional and friendly, and the staff provided detailed information about the hotel facilities, lounge access, and the airport shuttle bus schedule. It was especially helpful that the shuttle service details were clearly communicated in advance, making the airport transfer smooth and stress-free. The Executive Lounge was one of the highlights of my stay. The team offered welcome drinks, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The Happy Hour from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM was excellent, with a good selection of food and beverages. I particularly appreciated the wide variety of alcoholic drinks available, which exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel lounge. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good selection of quality food. A nice touch was the sparkling wine available at breakfast, which made the morning feel a little more special and started the day on a positive note. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The excellent service, generous room upgrade, Platinum Elite recognition, comfortable lounge experience, and convenient airport shuttle made this a memorable visit. Thank you to the entire Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport team for the warm hospitality. I look forward to staying again in the future.
