We made the booking directly on the phone (to ensure we got two connected rooms) and the process was smooth and friendly. Attempting the online checkin was a complete headache - we received the email recommending checkin, but the link just went to an error each time, these poorly-coded websites are a frustration. Calling the hotel, the professional staff advised us to send checkin details via WhatsApp instead, and this was easy and painless, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The stay was very comfortable, and staff excellent, including the friendly shuttle driver to/from the Guarulhos terminal. Our rooms felt a bit 'tired', but the beds were excellent, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The minibar had very little, but there is a full restaurant, and the pizza we ordered after midnight was excellent.

The hotel is great, but the service is not that great. I traveled with my 7 month old babe , I asked 5 times for a crib for her and never got it . I asked in the reservation 5 days before arriving and they confirmed. Then they called and confirmed it again. Then in the reception at the check in I asked and they say it was in the room. When we got to the room there was no crib , I called and they told me it was on the way. At the end it was 12am and she had to sleep on my bed .

Experience was good, but not to the level it was a couple of years ago. The hotel needs some maintenance which is not to be expected for this hotel class. Still a very nice stay in the GRU area.

The hotel charged incorrectly for the room which has been already paid for and although they acknowledge the mistake they still didn't refund the money (it has been a month now!)

Despite the hotel requested the charge cancelation to the credit card operator, it was not done. The hotel made a formal complaint last week and asked this process to be prioritized. Overall was a little below our expectations. Cleanness of the room needs improvement. The table/desk was filthy. Beds/mattress were not comfortable as they were too soft and lumpy. High point is the politeness of the staff and prompt service.

Martin, Thank you for your feedback. The hotel is sorry to learn that your experience didn't meet your expectations. You had 2 reservations this month. When you marked that the room conditions were not good, were you talking about the first room, the second or both? Also, you mentioned that there was a delay on receiving the room in one of the visits. When did it happen? And how long did it take? The hotel saw in your reservation that the room rate used by the online agency is not eligible for earning points in the fidelity program. The hotel can't give you the points, as the fidelity program platform blocks the transaction. We recommend you to change the way of making your reservations to a direct channel due to earn points. Our stay was nice. It was a bit hard to find the shuttle to the airport because there was no actual sign with the name of the hotel in terminal 3, but other than that everything was very good

Peaceful and value for money.... not far away from airport nor from the city....Good room service, breakfast and bar too. It also have pool, fuzzball, tennis and basketball court for all sport lovers. Pool bar as well as gym.

Very close to the São Paulo Int'l Airport (8 min drive), it is very convenient for those who want to catch a very early flight or need to have a good rest upon arrival from a long-haul trip. I always stay overnight here when arriving/leaving Brazil. One of the best Pullman hotels I've stayed at worldwide. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull, with great attention to detail. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. The breakfast selection is great with a chef preparing fresh dishes to order of you wish. Hotel looks great overall, executive facilities are great and the free shuttle bus to the airport terminal is a plus. Can fully recommend.

Good hotel with cool vibe. Good sized and well-equipped room. Pool area with food and beverage was a bonus for his kind of hotel. The reception was under-staffed when we arrived with only one receptionist dealing with multiple guests, so there was a short wait to check-in.

Stayed many times but this time booked executive floor room ....... if you are on a long day stopover its well worth the extra for the comfort and relaxation. Complimentary refreshments in executive lounge include an excellent cheeseboard .... staff as always are really helpful.

Was there just for an overnight prior to a morning flight on the next day. However everything was perfect: fast check-in, invitation drink, gym, good wifi service for work, a good rest and a fast check-out. Just what I needed to catch up between stops.

This is my second stay in a month. The first stay was in a suite...and was passable. There were 2 main complaints on the first stay...my credit card (from the USA's largest bank) was not valid on the hotel's processing system and 2) the dinner buffet was inedible. The second stay was in a superior room with a king bed. There was no mini bar in the room...it was completely empty so no water available, the bathroom door was moldy (hadn't been cleaned in a long time), and there were only 2 pillows in the room. we avoided the buffet at dinner and had an acceptable a la carte dinner...but had the breakfast buffet downstairs in the morning. i never thought it was possible to ruin scrambled eggs and bacon but the staff managed to do it rendering it inedible. the queijo da minas was old, tasteless, and nearly spoiled, and the coffee machine in the room did not work. And, like the first time, my credit card wasn't accepted by your processor. We mentioned this when we checked out and were assured that a manager would contact us. Not unexpectedly, we've never been contacted. And,alll of this in a superior room at a supposedly 5 star hotel. We've learned our lesson and will never stay here again.
