The last guest’s soap bar was still inside the shower The shower was clogged which caused the bathroom to flood The shampoo was bottle was empty The toilet was full of hairs The fridge was full of water The side table was full of cookie crumbs The only good thing was the attitude of the receptionist trying to apologize. She was very kind

Satisfied in general. Good shuttle from airport. Reception staff friendly and could speak English. Breakfast and dinner buffet could be improved as well as friendliness of the staff!
