Arrived at 4am because of Airline cancellation (this is one of the Hotels that Airlines use for this purpose) and found a que of aprox. 12people in front of me - with 5 people behind the reception you would think this would not be an issue. However, top priority for 3 of those was to reorganize papers. The 2 who were checking in people took their time - I entered the hotel room only at 5am. Honestly, this experience was so bad that even if it’s basically a “free” hotel stay covered by the airline, next time instead of staying here I would opt to voluntarily sleep at the airport on a bench instead.

This hotel was chosen for us by the Airline when our flight got cancelled. Our stay was limited to approx 24 hrs. The room was comfortable and the selection of food was varied and good. The staff were extremely helpful and polite considering the number of guests that they were dealing with. We were glad that we were allocated this hotel and would certainly recommend them.

The staff service was very good, the food and options of the breakfast were amazing, but the room was stinking along with the bathroom, which had mold on the ceiling and the box. I could have asked to change of room, but I arrived at 23:30 after been travelling for 36 hours, I just needed to rest.

The attendants did not help with a taxi that we asked, and neither helped with extra pillows. When we asked for toilet paper, the employee came up with a very bad face. The step to reach the bathroom is really dangerous and not allerted.

Accommodation is basic and expected for one of the network's categories (ibis), but expensive for what it offers. During breakfast, the loud, insistent sound of "Radio Ibis" is annoying with its repetitive broadcast of offers for paid services. At check-in, they stated that parking is charged separately and outsourced to another hotel (which, incidentally, is part of the same chain – the Mercure). The price was outrageous – we preferred to leave the car on the street.

The stay was ok. The transfer from and to the airport is really good. I liked. It is easy to take it at the airport. The food was good, great coxinha and pão de queijo. However, in the room, the bathroom could be better cleaned. The air conditioner and refrigerator did a lot of noise during the whole night.
