We had a great stay, alexandre ( front desk) was very kind and professional. We travelled with our pet and was perfect we got a good room at 14 th floor . Apartment was clean . Breakfast very good too.

I could tell you that the only two things that stood up was the reception costumer services was amazing! And also the breakfast fast was great! The room as awful the bathroom cleanliness was not good at all. And my Dad is 72 years old he got hurt with the water pressure from the bathroom and it was not good impression. I really would like to be compensated for that! Please contact me back!

Well located outdated rooms, noise A/C and toilet flush.

R$10 for a bottle of water is outrageous. Outdated rooms need better maintenance at least, noise A/C noise toilet flush the shower drain barely works almost spilling water outside the shower.
