Your reception should take the task more serious and DO the things they promising. Putting company adress on the invoice, add a breakfast on the invoice, send the invoice per email as promised. Standard task you failed.

There may be oversights during busy periods. To err is human. Everyone can make oversights without it care into question their involvement and willingness to get involved. We do not consider this as a failure of standard tasks, but as areas for improvement. Periods of high activity are very intense for our teams and they receive a lot of requests. Kindness is the key to keeping them motivated and giving them the desire to improve more and more. We liked the hotel, good location very nearby the metro and nice big rooms. By check in we had a not cleaned room that was a little bit strange. After asking by the reception they gave us another room. The room was a little bit warm in temperature but overall it was a good stay.
