* A week off by car in Paris . uff but not here. Hotel is really good reachable by car / parking lot is good with space the room was good / good bed and calm as to the garden side pretty nice team

The location was very convenient near the metro station and only 20 minutes to the center. The Fanprix supermarket is also very close. At night the neighborhood seems moderately safe. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is very good. However, the hotel lacks good management and trained staff. First time, I checked in the hotel, a lady greet me and without even talk, she try to restart the credit card machine (which is no need because it was fully paid), after quickly finding my name, give only 1 key to the room (it should be two keys commonly for double room, I would assume it could be provided if I ask but I didn't/shouldn't), then the conversation ends. Commonly, a trained staff should introduce the amenities such as bar hours, breakfast location/time (included to my booking) and elevator. After staying a lot of hotels in this and higher tier, I assume it is custom to receive broef introduction (needs training). Secondly, the refrigerator in the room was broken and no cooling, I let the reception know (a better trained one at the evening) and they offer to fix it tomorrow, I said I don't need anymore and just let them know. In the bathroom, the shower gel container was empty (or damaged) while cannot get any shower gel, it was leaking to the bottom. Other parts was clean and taken care of. The breakfast was super ordinary and very few cheese/mest selection (I don't think it worths it). Overall, I would give 3.5/5 with clean spacious rooms and location while I wasn't fully satisfied with the room and reception service. If the price is reasonable range, I would stay again. But lack some service considering 4 star hotel.
