The hotel is situated in a lovely area. Sadly parking is a nightmare. The hotel car park was fully booked, We had to wait until someone vacated a space on the slip road outside the hotel. It was a very tight fit and so stressful but we were lucky to get it. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we enjoyed our one night stay.

Stay was comfortable. Breakfast kept running out of stock. some days if there is no banana, other days days the basic bread was missing - and reason was finished. could this not be restocked for 2 continuous days?

There was no AC and even a tissue box in the room. If you needed extra towel, there was 5 euro charge for each. If your room needed cleaning 20 euro charge. The receptionist was on the computer at all the time and he did not know anything regarding your question. I booked the room for 4 nights and I stayed one night and left the following day without any refund.

Dear sir, I thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at our aparthotel. I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations. There is indeed no air conditioning in our studios and apartments, and this summer is sure really hot. For this kind of situation we do our maximum to cool the air thanks to fans which we provide to you and we offer some fresh water each time you pass by the front desk. We are an aparthotel, not a hotel, which can surprise for we do not have the same managing. For exemple the cleaning is weekly, any additionnal cleaning or change of towels is indeed charged. Unfortunately, the Sales Terms and Conditions which you picked for your booking were not flexible. The rates were lower and you could not cancel nor modify and no refund was allowed. However I am sorry if the receptionist in front of you was not able to help you nor to give you proper explanations. We are doing the necessary to avoid this kind of situation. Considering I was a walk-in with a problem, Mohammed (?) at the Reception was most kind and helpful. staff very efficient. Like Yoan and the young woman with an exotic name. Room was sparkling clean.

Overall the experience was good. The building and room was a bit run down but it was clean. We did have very loud guests drinking and smoking late at night. This kept us awake for 2 nights. We did not phone front desk due to fears of fall out from our neighbours. I believe a quick walk around by staff would catch party goers We would stay again at your accommodation and we would recommend it to other people. It was awesome the front desk woman could speak english She was so helpful. My wife and i speak 7 languages but not French. Thank you

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The hotel was close to Stade de France where we went to BTS concert. The staff was very helpful and lovely, they even played BTS songs in the reception which made our stay unique and memorable! And asked about concert & wished pleasant time which was really great and appreciated. Only bad was that breakfast was too expensive considering how small it was and lack of wide variety of profucts.

Very helpful staff ...responded to my requested a few damages within the room...light ducktape on power point ajarr no curtains... but when requested they offered to change rooms ... one thing I would say is that the images on the site don't really match the rooms may match an executive suit but I would recommend adding photos of actual rooms ... as when I booked for a studio apartment I got one room like a hotel and the photos showed a living area and a separate bedroom. Over all was a nice stay A+ for staff

Everything was OK, except the chief of the reception desk who is not friendly to black men

I have choice this hotel due to the good location , close to the Metroplitana St Densi Pleyel an also the very cheap rate , for stay more than 45/60 nights . if you need to stay in Paris for 20/30 days like " home " Adagio is the best choice.
