The hotel is nice, and the Rooms OK, though we wee disappointed to learn only when we arrived that the restaurant was closed and there was not much choice in the surroundings - being an Accor member we would have been expected at least to received some notice

The location was very convinenet for us. There were a few issues like us not having a kettle available in the room or a way get hot drinks in the lobby after breakfast was closed. The room was well decorated and looked great however, a lot of the fittings were quite shoddy, for example we were not able to hang a towel. Despite all this the stay was excellent, this mostly due to Eddie, who was an absolute joy and was super helpful every morning, making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. He truly went above and beyond with a fantastic attitude and demeanour that helped make our stay special

Rooms are very clean But any visitors have to pay 5 euros if they are visiting you day or night For you to use microwave or sit downstairs because in the room wasn’t comfortable you must buy a drink in the hotel I did booked a double bed they changed it and gave me two singles I told him why is this he said it’s only for 4 nights and you’re alone and we need the room for others Me a large lady on a single bed He said just stick both of them together it will be alright Plus again they are in charge of heating and air conditioner On day it’s was 24 degrees in the room I said I am hot The guy at the reception say to me just open the window 😂😂😂jokes of the year I did and I get bitten all on my arm 😡

J’ai séjourné deux nuits pour un voyage professionnel. Dès la première nuit, j’ai eu des piqûres, que j’ai d’abord prises pour des moustiques. De retour chez moi, un médecin a confirmé qu’il s’agissait de punaises de lit. Un mois plus tard, je ressens encore les effets. Je ne m’attendais pas à vivre cela lors d’un court séjour. J’espère que l’établissement prendra des mesures sérieuses.

Chambre confortable, accueil souriant, petit déjeuner fourni, même un dimanche matin tard. Fontaine à eau disponible dans le hall. L'espace petit-déjeuner est peut-être un peu petit, pas assez de places assises. Je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion !

Nous avions réservé pour 2 chambres, communicantes, décoration récente, néanmoins le service d’accueil, du petit déjeuner laisse à désirer Très peu de choix Aucun sens de l’hôtellerie Aucune attention spéciale ne nous a été accordée malgré le fait qu’on soit des membres Gold.
