Well-located for the Stade de France without it being too bust

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff! Quick route to get to the new line 14 station which is within walking distance and the pavements nearby are all accessible. The accessible room was good, however the bathroom did not have any grab bars in the shower area so it was a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower, even with Assistance

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations we have for an Ibis Styles hotel, and it was a terrible stay throughout our entire time. Below are the main issues we encountered: • The key fob on our door was broken and kept falling off during our stay, leaving us unable to lock the door until it was refitted. Despite requesting repairs on three separate occasions, the issue was never resolved. • We were only provided with two towels upon arrival, despite booking a room for four people. • The room had an unpleasant smell and high humidity levels. • The air conditioning was faulty and did not work on our first night, disrupting sleep for both adults and our children. • Our sink leaked continuously throughout our stay, both from the top and onto the floor. • There was no complimentary shower gel provided during our entire stay. • We requested a room cleaning and fresh towels (and confirming our room to be cleaned) on Friday morning, both at the front desk and from a cleaner in the corridor, to whom we even gave a tip in advance. We were given guarantees this would be done, without fail. • Upon returning to our room on Friday evening, after a long and hot day in Paris, nothing had been cleaned whatsoever. The room was still in disarray—no clean towels (all dirty towels damp and smelling on shower), beds unmade, the bin was full, and the unpleasant smell and humidity persisted. To say it was disgusting is an understatement. I've never experienced such a poor stay at any hotel, and we all felt uncomfortable and unclean after being in the room for only a few minutes. What’s more appalling is that we were not even offered a different room, especially with young children. I did not expect this from a reputable Ibis Styles hotel, especially given the Ibis group’s assurance that they “strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer.” It was incredibly disappointing, as we had been looking forward to our family trip to Paris for the Olympics for months, and our stay at the hotel tarnished our entire holiday, to be honest.

Average stay at this hotel. We were given a room with glass wall and no open window. We have been given only one key (although we were 4 guests)
