I paid beforehand but they didn’t see it on system and asked me to pay; lift broke and had to walk 4 flights up dark staircase cause lights didn’t work; no tea/coffee facilities in room; 30 minute walk to stadium when they said it was close when I booked; and to top off my stay, on last day asked them to book me a taxi to another train station cause we were told line D closed and they insisted the line was open so walked all way to station 20 minutes with heavy suitcases only to find line closed! Thanks for that! Really disappointed with Europe Ibis

The location was very convinenet for us. There were a few issues like us not having a kettle available in the room or a way get hot drinks in the lobby after breakfast was closed. The room was well decorated and looked great however, a lot of the fittings were quite shoddy, for example we were not able to hang a towel. Despite all this the stay was excellent, this mostly due to Eddie, who was an absolute joy and was super helpful every morning, making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. He truly went above and beyond with a fantastic attitude and demeanour that helped make our stay special
