Room was clean, Air conditioning was insufficient; even on the highest setting, it was much too warm in the room. You can’t leave the window open because the noise from the outdoor units is much too loud. 50 TV channels, only one in English, Coffee was okay, croissants too, eggs for cooking yourself were good. The rest of the breakfast was unfortunately nothing to speak of and unacceptable for the price

Regarding the air conditioning, it is fully operational in our rooms. We recommend setting it to the highest level to achieve the desired temperature. In addition, fans are available at reception and can be provided upon request. We regret that we were not informed of this issue during your stay, as our team would have been happy to assist you. Concerning the television channels, our reception team is always available to help guests access the available international channels and provide assistance whenever needed. We would have been pleased to help had we been made aware of the situation. We are also sorry to learn that our breakfast offering did not meet your expectations. While we are pleased that you enjoyed the coffee, croissants, and fresh eggs, we regret that the rest of the selection did not provide the experience you were expecting. Everything was good, but towels were missing after first cleaning. Breakfast was good but scrambled eggs were absent on the last day
