Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. I especially appreciated the housekeeping team, who proactively checked in during the afternoon to see if we needed additional coffee or tea—this level of attentiveness was a big plus. The bathrobe and towels were also exceptionally comfortable and felt very high quality, which enhanced the overall in-room experience. There was a minor issue with the sauna reservation in the evening due to a miscommunication between the front desk and the spa team, which resulted in a double booking and a delay in our scheduled 8:00 PM slot. However, I would like to commend the evening staff for their professional handling of the situation—they followed up proactively, called our room later, and arranged an alternative session the next morning, which we truly appreciated. During check-in, the initial experience was somewhat confusing. Although I understand we arrived early, the staff member did not offer to verify our passports or begin the registration process, and instead directly informed us that no rooms were available. From my experience, it would be more appropriate to at least complete identity verification and check the reservation details first. This is particularly important as membership status (such as Accor Live Limitless Platinum) may influence early check-in eligibility depending on availability. Without confirming these details, it felt premature to decline the request outright. While the situation improved later—when we were invited to enjoy coffee and tea and eventually assisted with an earlier check-in—the initial handling could be further improved to create a more welcoming first impression. Additionally, the same staff member who handled the check-in also processed the payment, where a points redemption was initially not recognized, resulting in an incorrect charge on my credit card. Although this was later corrected, it temporarily impacted my credit limit and could have been avoided with more careful attention to the booking details. On a positive note, the front desk staff during check-out was very warm and welcoming, and I hope this level of friendliness and attentiveness can be consistently maintained across the team. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with strong service recovery and excellent in-room comfort, though there is room for improvement in front desk procedures and consistency.
