The hotel's perfect location means you can get everywhere on foot. Rooms renovated in modern style. Very good breakfasts along with sparkling wine and a la carte menu. Good quality drinks at the bar, worth taking advantage of. Special thanks to Mr. Zbigniew, beautiful customer service. One of the better 5* hotels in Poland, and I have been in many. I will come to it quite a few more times.

Stayed twice in two weeks

Very nice hotel, stayed three nights in Room 301 then a week later I stayed three nights in 202. For those who may be bothered by noise, I often heard trains from room 202, but not from 301 because of the positioning of the hotel. Even though 202 was the larger room with a sofa and cost more I preferred 301, primarily because of the quiet and the bathroom which had a long mirror and shelf above the sink to place a toiletries bag, hair brush, blow dryer etc., which made getting ready quite easy. The bathroom in 202 is lovely with a full size shower but quite dark, with a single wall sconce located to the left of the oval mirror located above the sink that is only 2” from the wall, with no shelf or counter space. There is nowhere to put a toiletries bag except a small plastic stand on the opposite wall that is inconsistent in quality with the rest of the room. It needs to be replaced with something nicer like a glass or marble and metal shelf stand. Also, the make up mirror is very low with no light, I was unable to use it. Small changes would make a dramatic improvement in the usability of 202. Your staff at the desk were all welcoming and friendly, I was very impressed by them. There was one cheerful man who worked the desk at night who remembered I preferred sparkling water and my room number when I needed assistance. The hotel is supplied with L’Occitane products. For comparison, I have stayed at the Grand Hotel and the Sheraton in Sopot on previous visits. I would not hesitate to stay at the Rezydent MGallery Sopot again.
