This maybe a little critical and if not on business maybe too critical. Room was smaller than normal and get that for boutique. However for a work station desk was not great. The tea and coffee station difficult to get to, strange opening doors. Shower was small and controls I thought could be better. Staff on front desk were excellent . This is just my view based on work travel.

It was my second visit at this hotel, but the first one, after implementing this venue into Accor chain. Generally positive impression, but we had some problems during our stay. The first room, we’ve got was underheated and it was necessery to move us to another, in fact bigger and more confortable apartment. The location is convenient, when visiting Sopot, especially using of underground parking,at the railway station. The quality of beds was flawlessy and the hotel staff kind and friendly.

Awful experience

Mini-bar fridge out of order. Asked to fix - I get another one out of order. At 6 am every day the room fan would turn on. It is quite loud and cannot be turned off. Why 6 am? Beats me. The tv is on the side wall, you can’t watch like a normal person. Will not return. Bad price/quality ratio.

This is certainly not the experience we want to provide for our guests, and I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that caused these problems. I have personally contacted our maintenance team with your concerns to ensure that the minibar and room fan are repaired quickly and that measures are taken to prevent a recurrence of these problems in the future. I would just like to point out that yes I mentioned to you at check-out, the rooms do not have a refrigerator in the general sense of the word only a mini-bar to ensure the right temperature for the products that are in it. We really value your input and hope that you will allow us to rectify the situation and restore faith in our hotel. If you decide to give us another chance, I will be happy to help make your next stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. pleasant even in winter times

interesting old building, despite central location it was quiet. My room was lovely, thanks to my ALL GOLD MEMBER upgrade, old-fashioned luxury and very large. Breakfast was good despite the small space available and had anything you could want, except for salmon. The room rate was very competitive due to the low season and and my VOYAGEUR-discount. Too bad the weather was bad, rain and snow, but that's of course not the hotels fault
