Dear Mr. Tom, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your kind words about your stay and our team. We are truly sorry that the invoice issue affected your overall impression after your visit. Unfortunately, the problem was caused by technical difficulties with the Polish KSeF system, which was completely outside of our control. According to the regulations, we were unable to issue a paper invoice that was not also properly submitted through the system. We fully understand, however, how frustrating this must have been from your perspective, and we apologize for the delays in communication. We sincerely hope that, despite this situation, you still have good memories from your stay with us.
