Good breakfast, good location, good pool. Awful sound isolation and rooms were not good, especially considering the fact that I paid 1000eur for 4 nights. Would not recommend. Sound isolation is terrible. Entire family couldnt sleep until 23:00 every night. When asked to change the room I was told that its not possible because it was fully booked. When asked if they could tell my neighbors to be quiet nothing effective was done. When I went to my neighbours myself, and told them that we can’t sleep, only then one neighbour stopped being loud at night.

Was bad experience! For the price I did pay I was expecting to be able to rest to be suitable to work during my stay but was the opposite. From the group Accor I believe this was the worst hotel I stay. I booked by mistake but I will not be booking and not advice it to my company.

...but far from anything and everything else. Be prepared to use uber a lot. But for families that their goal is to have activities inside (swimming pool, saunas, gym, restaurant) or be close to the beach, this one will do.
The hotel in general looks different to what the photos show - it's old and in need of refurbishment. But after a while you don't see it, it's just another hotel...
No A/C! (????)
Gym had basic and prehistoric equipment - from before we were born. Interesting to see such things, you are saving on museum tickets.

Hotel is located in the leisure part of Gdansk, close to Sopot and very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Hotel has a nice surrounding garden, very well kept. 24 h reception with very nice staff. Good selection of food at breakfast- fresh and tasty. Room - ok, not perfect, shall be renovated. Beds - too soft for us. Overall experience with hotel was very good, apart from the hotel restaurant for dinner - really bad pizza and ribs, not attentive staff, not informing about e.g. kids menu. Swimming pool - it is there, small, we went once. Gym - rather small. Overall hotel and experience very good, we had a very nice time

We have visited that hotel 3rd time in a row. Very friendly staff made us feel comfortable.
As my elderly Mum said: 'I feel here like at home'. Very quite and peaceful place. You can have a good rest. Perfect for families, couples and a little bit older guests. Great location - very close to the beach and local shops.

Hello, we recently spent 5 nights at the hotel and while the location is very good: couple of minutes to the beach front and a big park to walk our dog just behind the hotel, we were very unpleasantly surprised with the state of the spa. Also the rooms could do with a bit of renovation and it would be great if a system would be put in place for the staff to communicate between shifts.
Spa:
The pool was very dirty and it even smelled like a toilet.
The floor to the sauna area was full of water and a slipping hazard, there was no one to clean it.
Rooms:
The curtain to the shower was very old, dirty and smelly.
The carpet was full of stains.
Communication:
We asked for a late check out one day before departure and we were told by the receptionist that we can check out at 14PM rather than the usual time.
Then on the day of departure the cleaning staff tried entering the room around 12 even if we still had the DND card outside as our dog was in the room with us. Thankfully we were in the room as well and we could keep our dog away and then we explained them that we have a late check out and they should speak with the receptionist thinking they forgot to mention this to the cleaning staff.
Once we were packing and went downstairs for the cart to put the luggage on we noticed that the cards were deactivated. Good thing one of us was in the room with our dog and could still open the door so we could pick up our luggage.
And when we went at the reception to check out (around 13:30) we told the staff about the cards being already deactivated and their answer was that they called an hour ago on the room phone as we needed to check out. We were in the room and did not hear any phone call and had no call on our mobile either. We mentioned again that we had a late check out and the staff said that they did not know about this. Not sure why this was not added in the handover between the staff or why didn't the staff contacted their colleague to check if they didn’t believe us. Or they could even double check with us by calling on our mobile or just come upstairs to ask/ talk about this. We really felt like we were being kicked out which left an unpleasant impression unfortunately.

I booked the offer on the website that said half-board with dinner buffet. for my surprise I was told that was only 1 option of food available. a cheap pub like area with a food of the day option. the price was clearly cheaper than what I paid on the combined price! when I said I dont eat fried food was told that there was no option to the fried pork thing they had. the pool looked dated and overcrowded!
If you visit Gdansk there are better options in the center. I left one night earlier and moved to a hotel in the city to enjoy my stay.
