The inital room that was allocated on arrival was really very depressing. The room was extremely old and outdated and without ventilation - opening of windows brought on a surge of mosquitoes. The lovely lady at the reception area organised a fan while we were offered a new room with air conditioning and a refreshed newer look .

The staff is always ready to help and assist. The location is great. I would welcome more kid-oriented attractions. I can't put my finger on it, but there was something missing for me in the breakfast menu.

For Accor Hotel - Mercure - we have better experience for standard. First hotel room have problem with smell from dirty water in Bathroom. After Change room its beeter but this Bathroom need renovations, include room. Hotel its busy a need in accomodations renovations.
