Great hotel, friendly helpful staff. Room clean and tidy. There was a coffee stain on arrival, we alerted staff. Think floor is better with laminate rather than carpet. Pillows were too soft. Mattress good size and medium. View and balcony lovely. Upgraded to privledge, felt the fridge could have Been better stocked and perhaps later checkout. Breakfast, alot of choice and ingredients fresh and local. Winestone restaurant food amazing. Best part of stay. Enjoyed Gym, a little dated. Swim, sauna and steam great and well rested. Great location, near beach and trams. Would stay again

This hotel does several things very well. For example, they put the conference and food area away from the wing with bedrooms. That way noise from that area doesn't interfere with those trying to sleep. It is true that the courtyard in back is closed at night and I would have preferred to be out there on some eveinings. But that too would have added to the noise pollution. There is a fooseball table, a number of toys and games to keep the youngsters occupied on rainy days. It seems like a very well thought out hotel. Oh, and two more things, it is an easy walk to a lovely beach and the food served was cooked with c are.

Every time I stay in Mercure Posejdon, I am overwhelmed with quality of hospitality and kindness of the team. Besides, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Posejdon offers also beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery pathways to relax.
