It was a pleasant stay in the Hotel Mercure Gdansk Posejdon. Staff was very helpful. Room was well equipped and with view to green area, very relaxing. Location is not far away from the beach, and there are plenty of parking places, so excellent too.

Immaculate room, extremely helpful and lovely staff. I really like to stay in this hotel when I’m at the seaside in autumn. It’s few minutes from the beach, there’s a tram terminus nearby. If you just want to rest, that’s a great place.

Positive: Good location, check-in, parking and bathroom. Negative: Bed springs where very noisy, the heating was set much to high on arrival making the room uncomfortable and the room furniture and walls were visibly old.

Service and room was very good. Room and shared areas were clean and suitable. Kid's area could be better equipped. There was crowd in the swimming pool as it is open for external clients, not only hotel guests - this should be limited in busy season. Outside summer season it is possible to park for free on the street instead of paid internal parking.

Lovely staff- from reception to the restaurant! All very welcoming and friendly. Warm and cozy rooms. There is even a children play corner in the lobby area , although it's small, but it's enough for little children to keep themselves occupied :)
