not prepared bed for our dhildren despite prebooking for 2+2, breakfast organization might be better, used / old fashion playground for children - I would expect mch more from 4 stars hotel

Room was tiny, AC did not work first 2 days and then it was blowing dry air which made skin on my body so dry it started to break up. Humidity inside of the room was only 17% which affected my sleep and health, breakfast food choice was closer to school canteen than a hotel. Generally I feel like I wasted my holidays.

There is no soap under shower, many places looks old and untouched (some covers between room changes are a bit broken and you can actually feel them under boots), air condition allows minimum 19 (instead of 17), as for technical hotel it really looks more like 2 start than 3
