We chose this hotel because of its location and also facilities. But little did we know that the entrance to the swimming pool will give my wife a trauma. It was the weirdest swimming pool entrance we ever had. Because it’s also open for public so not exclusive to hotel guests only. The bed was also small.

The hotel has a good standard overall. However, it is important to mention that in this type of hotel, guests would normally expect the receptionists and staff to be more welcoming — for example, greeting guests with a “good morning” when passing by, smiling more often, and having good knowledge of basic information, such as nearby public parking options and recommendations on where to park a car.

Try to get an invoice now for some days but no reaction. I was promised to get one by mail after leaving. Should have waited until receipt of it. Kills the feeling of being a valued customer.
