Room booked at https://all.accor.com and confirmed (Hotel Mercure Gdynia Centrum No.LVKDGWXN), strange when i than arrived to hotel and room cancelled.

Jesteśmy wdzięczni za poświęcony czas i podzielenie się wrażeniami po wizycie w naszym hotelu. Cieszy nas, że sam pobyt przebiegł komfortowo. Dowiemy się niezwłocznie kto i dlaczego w takim tonie prowadził z Panią rozmowę. Jest to dalekie od naszych standardów i naturalnie nie powinno mieć miejsca. Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności. First night , antifire alarm at 1:30. Old room and old fornitures

Not as good as I expected

Room clean but quite shabby for example bathroom door was beat up. Fire alarm went off first night was a false alarm. Main light in room stopped working on the last day. Lifts not adequate for busy times. But breakfast was quite good.
