We had a quick city break, closely located to the city centre, and beach front. Rooms are fresh, and the hotel is very clean and modern.

Aweful. Reception refused to issue the Invoice although it was mentioned at check in. Ruinę morning

Dear Mr. J., Thank you for sharing your opinion regarding your stay at our hotel. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences related to the issuance of your invoice. We inform you that as of February 1, 2026, all VAT invoices issued by our company for clients with a NIP (B2B) will be made available exclusively through the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). In this regard: • paper or electronic (PDF) invoices will no longer be sent/shared, • an invoice is considered delivered at the moment it is assigned a KSeF number by the Ministry of Finance system, • receiving invoices in KSeF is mandatory for all entities conducting business activities – regardless of size. If you have any questions or require further clarification, we remain at your disposal. We are pleased that other aspects of your visit met your expectations. We stay in gdynia often but it's the first time in this hotel. Overall it was a good place, the staff were pleasant the room comfortable and we tried the wine in the winestone bar and that was nice ! The only issue was the noise from the renovation work. It was invasive and made it very difficult to spend quiet time in the room during the day. I think it would have been fair to inform guests specifically before check in. An email should be sent to let people know. Yes it is in booking.com but it's buried in the notes. Other hotels we have stayed in have done this and I think doing it in this case it is a reasonable expectation.
