It was a time of upcoming corona virus outbreak. Apart from pretty empty hotel, all the service provided was at it's best. Room comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Delicious dinner and varied food choice for the breakfast.

we are regular guests at the hotel and so far our experience has always been very good or exceptional. the staff, especially reception staff is extremally professional and very friendly. Great location, which works for business and leisure . The apartment is lovely and photos do not give it justice plus it has two bathrooms which we very much appreciated. I liked that the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast if genuinely of good variety plus on the site restaurant is really nice with great wine selection and genuinely good food . Same impression as at previous stay - unpretentious, good facilities with good service - will be coming back

Breakfast and room good as usual. Front desk helpful but the dinner on Tuesday evening the staff were too busy looking at their phones I had to come up to the bar to order and to pay.

Nice helpful staff, great food, place for kids to play -lobby organize in the manner that parents can rest, look after their kids and have a tea/meal. Only lack of hotel phone numbers list in the room made me give 9/10. When it's 3 am and u r a single parent with 2 kids and 1 is ill it is quite handy to have a possibility to call a hotel's reception for help. Apart of this small thing - great place.

Very nice hotel with modern design( inside) . Food quality was high with nice variety. Stayed in sea view suite which was perfect. Malgorzata has checked me in, she was very polite and professional. Made a very good first impression. I did came across some issues although and when reported to the reception staff has been ignored which I was not really impressed with and definitely was not expecting it from accor and beeiya Silver member. The very next day after I followed up I have been met personally by Kasia the Head Housekeeper. I was very impressed by her great customer service and the way she resolved those issues and made things right after the challenges I came across my stay.

Room 719: door does not latch "automatically" due to friction / bad maintaining. YOU need to check / push manually each time you leave the room. Damaged shower. Hotel: unnecessarily unfriendly procedure of parking exit ticket validation. YOU have to remember to go to the reception and have it validated each time you want to leave. Could have been done once for the whole stay. Instead of "experience managers" you need a "mister fixit".

Szanowny Panie Marku, Dziękuję w imieniu zespołu za poświęcony czas i wypełnienie ankiety dotyczącej satysfakcji po pobycie w Mercure Gdynia Centrum. Niestety system parkingu nie pozwala nam na przedłużenie ważności biletu do końca pobytu. Podobnie jak w innych hotelach, koniecznym jest każdorazowe odbicie go w recepcji. Postaramy się ten proces maksymalnie uprościć już niebawem. Dziękujemy za wskazanie niedogodności w pokoju - nie powinny one mieć miejsca, za co serdecznie przepraszamy. Osobiście dopilnuję, żeby ta kwestia już się nie powtórzyła.
