The service at this hotel is nonexistent and the cleaning was nonexistent, we did not have soap, toilet paper and the toilet was always blocked. And the room was full of dust. The bartender was a mix service, a lot of drinks are sold out and the do not know how to serve a wine.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. On the first night air condition in one room broke and started making terrible alarm-like sound, so they moved us with 1.5 yo toddler to another room at midnight - night wasted anyway though hotel agreed to return money for that night and offered free breakfast, so overall fair approach from them. Rooms clean, breakfast quite good. Other than that you have to do lot of things by yourself: chase for missing amenities, i.e. capsule coffee machine in the room, get yourself water from the only dispenser on the floor next to lifts, repeatedly ask for toddler chair in the breakfast area and clarify parking fees ahead (80pln/night) because they won’t tell you at check-in. Overall not a highlight of our Gdańsk visit, though kudos to Mr. Wiktor from reception who tried his best to navigate through this mess and helped us salvage the stay.
