Excellent and friendly check-in. My room was clean, albeit with a feeling of the 80s, green and brown. The bed was great, slept well. Only wish would be two indiviual duvets, rather than a large double duvet. Loved the fact that I could open the windows. Great breakfast, with a good selection of food, and a lot of seating.

The hotel is very convenient, well located, and offers excellent breakfast. It's well worth the price. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. There's a bar and you can order lunch boxes if you have an early flight. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good, peaceful location, and if your legs can handle it, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Our room was on the 10th floor and offered wonderful views over the Old Town. The room itself felt smaller than its actual size, but that didn’t bother us. The bathtub in the bathroom might be a challenge for shorter guests, as the sides are surprisingly high. The breakfast is extensive, with something for everyone. A nice special touch was a separate table featuring “Polish delicacies.” The lobby bar closed at 11:00 p.m., which felt a little early, especially on a weekend. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely stay at the same hotel again next time.

I choose the hotel for business, but also for leisure is well located, rooms are clean, quiet and bed is confortable, breakfast have variety, specially for salads, I miss time to time fried eggs...it has a ping-pong table and futbolin on the lobby

You should get rid of the bath tubs and improve the design of the bathroom. The tap in the sink is in the way when I was washing my face, and it was difficult to do my makeup since the mirror is so far in on the wall and the light is terrible!
