nice upgrade to privilege room and high comfortable mattress and roller office chair to help working and get good rest. Despite short night duration with work, i got feel well.

Good stay, but rewards program not effective

I liked the stay. Not happy with the rewards program as I was not offered the eligible room upgrade as it was paid via agency. You need to understand that I opted for your hotel from the available options among Hilton, Radisson etc. So just because its paid by the agency, doesn't mean its not my choice that led to this booking.

Comfortable bed, no noise, good bathroom, OK view, a bit outside of the nice part of the city but walking distance. The breakfast lacks both variety and quality.
