We sincerely regret the disappointment you experienced during your stay, and we truly understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you. While your reservation was made under a non-refundable and non-modifiable policy, we always strive to approach exceptional circumstances with flexibility, especially in cases of unforeseen life events. Unfortunately, in this instance, a human error led to a miscommunication between our departments, which prevented us from offering you a solution at the time of your early departure. For that, I sincerely apologize. To rectify this, I would like to offer you a refund for the unused nights. Since your reservation has already been processed, we can proceed in one of two ways: We can issue a correction to your invoice and refund the amount for the unused three nights (937.26 PLN) directly to the payment method used for your booking. If you would be open to giving us another chance, I would like to offer you a voucher for the same amount (937.26 PLN), valid for use at our hotel until December 30, 2025. Please let us know which option you prefer, and we will process it accordingly. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience this may have caused.
