Everything here was top notch, from the staff to the room, to the location and the facilities. Was sad to leave and would definitely stay again. The only drawback was that the main bar was closed both nights we were there due to some photo shoots taking place there but the staff was super helpful in directing us to another spot for drinks.

We checked in to our junior suite half an hour before the room was ready. We were told to wait in the bar but then charged for tea and coffee. I think that should have been on the house given the room wasn't ready. At check-in we weren't given information on the hotel amenities. We were not even told how to enter the garden at the front of the hotel which led to us being locked out the next day. A/C in the room did not work properly which led to us having to open all the windows. At 3am we were disturbed by a commotion outside.
