Well located simple hotel

I am a frequent visitor in this hotel but unfortunately the services is worse and worse from every visit. Hotel has a great location close both to the city center and railway station, so it will definitely have guests. But location is not all.

We truly appreciate your kind words about our hotel's convenient location. However, we are very sorry to hear about the negative experiences you encountered, particularly regarding our staff and cleanliness. Your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we are disappointed that this was not reflected in your stay. Your concerns about the staff's behavior, cleaning services, and the lack of assistance at reception have been shared with the relevant departments. We will address these issues immediately to ensure they do not happen again. The loss of your earrings is especially concerning, and we will be conducting a thorough investigation into this matter. This hotel is a gem, very near the town centre and modern clean with friendly helpful staff. The bar is very good along with the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel particularly for couples wanting to sightsee. The airport is 20mins away and all facilities are nearby.
