A warm and friendly welcome. Room well appointed and breakfast although very busy in the mornings it was always replenished. Perfect location for the Old Town and its restaurants. Staff welcoming with all requests which makes such a difference so thank you!

When you book a Novotel you don’t expect too much to be honest and this one is OK. Dated from at least 20 years ago. The air con only spewed out hot air so I had to have the window open. If you’re on the front side of the hotel (away from the town) then you hear traffic. Also, being forced to have the window open meant that I woke up with mosquito bites. So I had to change rooms. The staff are friendly and accommodating though. Didn’t try the breakfast. If you’re a hot sleeper then think again about booking here.

Novotel Gdansk Centrum has very good location in the heart of Gdansk. The room, which I had, was spacious and clean. Imwould recommend this hotel not only foreshorten trip, but for longer stays as well.
