Really good from initial check in. Lovely friendly front desk, room was clean and pleasant, bar and restaurant area functional but bright. The hotel looks as if it's tucked away but it's actually 2 minutes walk from the main street

Perfectly located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good, and we especially loved the family-friendly lobby setup with table tennis, table football, and a nice kids’ corner. The hotel also provided us with a pram for our child, which made our long walks around the city much easier and more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring beautiful Gdansk! Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was very clean but could do with a freshen up, also the hairdryer in our room was cracked and stopped half way through drying my hair. The bar area is nice for a quiet drink but would have preferred if it was open slightly later at night. Overall we would definitely stay here again if returning to Gdansk!

Hotel is well located but around there (100-200m) a plenty better hotels with better outfit, new, where service is good and who know what to do.

Our hotel recently celebrated its 50th anniversary and we are proud of the long history we have created for our guests over the years. We also appreciate your comments regarding the room equipment, lighting, and shower cabin, as they are very valuable for us and help us plan future improvements and renovations focused on guest comfort. We are also sorry for the issues related to the parking system. As this is a newly implemented system, some technical difficulties may still occur, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The parking area is located both at the front and back of the hotel and offers enough spaces for our guests. Please also note that the parking fee is PLN 70 per day, not PLN 700 as mentioned in the review. Regarding the ALL Accor loyalty points, kindly note that according to the programme rules, reservations made through third-party providers such as Booking.com or Expedia are not eligible for reward points or member benefits, including the welcome drink. Only bookings made directly through Accor channels qualify for these benefits. As a hotel, we are required to follow the programme regulations. At the same time, the choice of the booking platform remains the responsibility of the guest or the travel organizer. Thank you as well for appreciating the work of our housekeeping team.
