The room wasn't clean, but not because the cleaning personnel are doing a bad job, but rather because the facility is quite old and need deep cleaning often. Floor carpet is extremely dusty and stained, for persons with allergies it is a living hell. Bed sheets and towels also have old stains of blood or wine. Ventilation outlets are extremely dusty, and this is the first thing you can see when entering a room. Bathroom and toilet room have a long-lasting smell of sewage or urine. Mold in the shower and rust around faucets.

I was forced to stay in a downgraded room without any explanation and aplogys. I complained and could move to the room next day. But not nice experience at all to move the room,
