We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with fresh and clean bed linen. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide variety of options, including cheeses, cold cuts, pâtés, and a great selection of desserts. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, always making us feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Room 333 bed totally uncomfortable either from over use and/or just too soft mattress which totally gave no support. Made sleep awful and totally uncomfortable. Didn’t ask to change room as also had problems with door not closing or locking correctly, staff had dealt efficiently when reported - engineering fix required, also bad room sound proofing could hear upstairs bathroom facilities and just wanted 3 night stay to be over. No milk provided in room - we bought our own rather than ask jug from restaurant. Had to ask coffee sachets daily, Having to walk full corridor for fresh water to aid environment poor too as didn’t feel safe option, and especially as heating allows electric heater in bathroom and air con to be used without supervised control (very old style dangerous heater).

Room was comfortable, I thought the water dispensers on each floor were a good idea. Good to have a fridge in the room too. I thought the shower cubicle was too small though as when I turned around I kept knocking the shower control and couldn't bend over properly.
