Very welcoming. Made the reservation 10 minutes before we got there. The gentleman checking us in was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was included, it was a really nice experience after flying from USA overnight.

Very conveniently located next to Gare de Lyon, plenty of nice food and shopping nearby, and very friendly hotel staff. Family room was small (as can be expected for Paris), but clean, spacious bathroom, free coffee and water bottle refill. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the metro and Gare de Lyon station. The receptionist who assisted us was very welcoming—she kindly allowed us to check in early and even offered us coffee. The staff during check-out were just as friendly and helpful. While the food selection is somewhat limited, you can enjoy water and coffee at any time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back again.
