Our hotel offers several different room layouts and designs, and had we known that your assigned room (Room 202, during your stay from 20 to 21 July) did not meet your expectations, we would have been happy to show you another room, subject to availability. During your stay, the only request you made to our team was for a USB-C charger, which we were pleased to lend you. If you had shared your concerns about the room with us while you were here, we would have done our best to find a solution immediately. Regarding the price, our rates are dynamic and vary depending on the season and demand. You stayed during the low season, when we offer some of our most competitive prices of the year. Your room rate was €139, plus €29 for breakfast for two people. These rates are available only during July and August and are among the most competitive for hotels in the Paris Gare de Lyon area. Thank you again for your comments. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a stay that better reflects the experience we strive to offer all of our guests.
