The terrace was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and room size was excellent. Breakfast is a bit hectic with so many people wanting to eat at the same time especially those with small children.

Lovely hotel we did have 2 issue's but the manager Julien was quick to resolve things ...your hotel is beautiful but that did hurt my feeling

You're hotel is very clean, and Julien the manager was so helpful & a lovely person we loved the buffet every morning as we stayed 7 nights. we would definitely come back as it's a beautiful hotel but I think if it wasn't for Julian am not sure we would have. Life is all about experience & learning & I hope the person that made us feel uncomfortable learns & grows from it. Again big shout out to Julian he leads with great manners & kindness & wants you to have a good time. Also Yen was really lovely too 🫶 this trip was my 44th birthday treat 🙌

My stay was for business, the hotel is nice however the service could be better as someday they were not refilling water. Also breakfast experience must be improved, the food quality was nice but the space was tight and had to wait for free space

It was my first stay at this Novotel. I needed to take a train early morning at Gare de Lyon and this hotel was perfect for me. It’s right next to the train station. The room was confortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. I wanted to thank Abir, who was very helpful with my reservation. Overall a great experience!
