My room, 255, was on the second floor. When I came out of the lift there was no sign to indicate whether I should go LEFT or RIGHT....I went looking for one, but all I could find was a sign saying 202-212 .....214-234.....When I raised this with the front desk manager he told me the sign immediately outside the lift had broken the previous month, and would be replaced soon. What a disgraceful way to treat guests...They knew every guest they sent to the second floor would have the problem I had but could not even be bothered to provide a temporary sign, or give instructions at the check in desk. I suggested to Mr Girost, he put up a temporay sign, but when I returned to the hotel several hours later that day there was no sign.....probably not surprising because it had been like this for several days he told me.

Really good location by Gare De Lyon. Was here with my 10 year old for a trip to Disneyland Paris and a quick weekend doing some sights. Check in was fast and efficient, room was comfortable and on the convenience being right next to the station meant going to Disney was a 40min journey away direct train. Shower was nice and bed was ultra comfortable. Toiletries were from Rituals so ample shower gel and shampoo. We didn’t go for breakfast as we wanted to try out some bakeries nearby but all in all, great stay and swift check in and out for the weekend.

Overall we were satisfied with the experience. The location was great, the building was well maintained and cleaned. The professionalism of the staff at the front desk was excellent. The negatives were the air conditioning in the room was below average. It took a long time for the room to cool and was not cooling properly during our stay. It was reported to the front desk and a maintenance staff had checked it out but nothing much could have been done. Cleaning staff could have bit more training regarding knocking and entering rooms. We did not have the sign left outside for cleaning but still the staff would just use their acess card and come in the room.

The location was absolutely perfect for our daily trips around Paris, our visit to Disneyland, and our concert at the ACCOR Arena! The staff were exceptional. Shannon at reception was an absolute angel and the bar staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay! The swimming pool was an added bonus, especially after a hot and tiring day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!!!
