Good stay but I could not sleep well, because the pillow are too high. I asked in the reception for another pillows but they answered me, all pillows are the same, they were not very helpful and friendly. My nights there I could not sleep and rest. This is the only reason why I am bookind with you, for resting the night if this is not possible, I will look for another options

Our pillows are standardized across the hotel, which means we only have one type of pillows. Usually we do not have any complaints about our pillows. The hotel was well located and averagely maintained. Personally I’d put more accent on housekeeping, the room needed a bit more attention, but for few nights it’s fine.

I stayed one night at Novotel next to Paris Gare de Lyon Station. I arrived at midnight. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. (I am embarrassed that my French is poor). My room was on the 4th floor. It was very tidy, had a very comfortable bed, and a good sized bathroom and separate toilet room. I left early the following morning and did not have time for breakfast. I would gladly stay there again
