Price was right, received a more spacious room as first room had a strong smoke smell. Points that could have made our stay even better: -- Flexible pricing for breakfast, I believe it was approx 19 Euro per person, also for our 5 yo daughter, but spending 57 Euro for three breakfasts feels over the top (my daughter and wife do not eat much for breakfast anyway). Not sure if an 'a la carte' option was available, but we convenientely found options in gare du nord. -- Signage at small street leading to hotel would be nice. coming from the tunnel that narrow street resembles a bicycle path. -- (Cannot be improved but) parking is quite an adventure :) Thanks for a pleasant stay !!

This hotel is located near Gare du Lion. A station from where you can get everywhere. It’s a clean hotel and the rooms are up-to-date, especially the massive TV and the nice window as divider between the room and the bathroom.

Room is not very big, we were 4 person and a bigger room was needed, but considering we stayed one night and then go out in Paris, that was not a big problem.

Good location - lots of RER/metro options from Gare de Lyon or Gare d'Austerlitz (clear walking route across the Seine from front of gare de lyon). The swimming pool was a draw when booking, but it is small and it was impossible to actually swim for exercise due to all the families playing in it, even quite late in the evening. Breakfast was a bit chaotic - there wasn't enough room in the restaurant for all guests, resulting in many (including us one morning) having to sit in the bar area with low tables, and wander in/out of the restaurant [since I had a broken wrist, carrying everything on one tray single-handed was impossible, so a lot of long fetching trips were needed - not great when you're in a hurry]. On the plus side, bedroom was comfortable and clean, and relaxing to return to after long days of park promenades, shopping, and museum viewings. Teenager was very happy with her comfy sofabed, which is rarely the case. Dinner in the restaurant was pleasant with lovely waiting staff and good food.

Hotel inside is good. Disappointed internet was out for a day. Surrounding area is occupied by homeless or similar. Hotel keeps entrance locked.

Come on.... it was smelling pee all over the entrance

Proved to be an excellent location due to limitations of transport due to strikes. Excellent service, helpful and smiling stuff willing to assist, the room was ready early as we arrived in the morning, very clean rooms and the cleaning ladies deserve the best and a quite rich breakfast. Enjoyed every day and night during our Xmas holidays.

The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment and there were workmen working in the next room. Lots of noise, plastic sheeting in the corridors. Although tea and coffee were provided in the room there were only paper cups, rather spoit the experience. Overall disappointing for the price.

The information is given on the AccorHotels website and we have made a communication to all our customers whose contact details were known, but apparently some have obviously not arrived at destination and I am sincerely sorry. We stayed for one week. In spite of building works in the hotel, we met really friendly hotel-people from Novotel. Many thanks for your cheerful engagement during this hard time for you. The only missing point from our point of view was the below average heating in the hotel room.

Stayed 2 nights. Everything is good but the cleanliness around the hotel building is average (also smell like Paris). Breakfast for Adult costs EUR 16 but for a family with 2 kids, average is about EUR 8 per person and is reasonable.

The hotel is perfectly situated next to the Gare De Lyon. Perfect for exploring Paris. From start to finish the staff were brilliant, always quick to meet our needs. The room was spacious with a great view if the square. The breakfast included each morning was perfect with 2 rooms available, one being a family room equipped with entertainers. Nothing like starting the day dancing with a Smurf. The pool was a great addition which the kids enjoyed plus the kids area in the lobby was a lifesaver. Great hotel with lovely staff.

Mixed feelings about this hotel as we had to move room due to a couple of issues. The hotel is in a good location and the room was clean and comfortable but the matter of plastic glasses & paper cups for the mini bar & coffee machine does not lend itself to this Accor brand. Presumably this is being done on cutting hotel costs and increasing margins but by doing so does not sit well with environmental concerns.

Great hotel close to train station

We booked 2 rooms here as we were arriving late by train. The hotel is adjacent to the station. The rooms were impeccably clean, roomy and bathroom had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Check in was quick; staff very friendly.
