Dear Robert, We are a little surprised to read your comments regarding this incident, as at the time, no particular dissatisfaction was expressed to our team. Nevertheless, we are very sorry to learn that your youngest child was hurt and we fully understand that this must have been upsetting for you as parents. When the incident was reported to us, our team provided ice and also offered a fruit juice for your child. We have not previously had any reported incidents involving a child falling or being injured in this particular area. Nevertheless, your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our management team so that the area can be reviewed.
