1. reception is not marked, I had to came 2nd time to be addressed 2. noisy rooms, maintenance, neighbours, everything like I was standing next to the actikon 3. watter drain very slow, proably needs maintenance 4. Spider in the room 5cm long. I was absent, my wife is afraid of spiders and the receptionis run away without helpin her. Why did not he called someone else, if he is scared? 5. dirty fork during the breakfast, probably a mistake 6. In general, the price is for the 4*, but the level i consider more 3*

The window glass was obscured. The bathroom was cold not heated at all. The sliding door woke up my partner. Very noisy.

The hotel's exterior is stunning, the location is highly convenient, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, several aspects need improvement. The elevator and hallways are uncomfortably narrow, and even the Privilege Deluxe rooms are extremely small. The windows are not soundproofed (no double glazing), making street noise audible even on the third floor. The cleanliness of the bedsheets was below standard, with visible stains. The room safes are too small to accommodate a standard 13-inch laptop, which is unusual for Accor hotels. The wardrobes are poorly designed for practical use, and the bathrooms lack any space to place a toiletry bag. Additionally, there are no ashtrays provided outside the hotel, which is inconvenient.

Our brief stay was pleasant, however I feel a few things could improve. On check in there is an advertisement for a welcome drink showing what looked like fruity cocktails. When enquiring about how we redeem these we were told 'its on the app' & offered no further assistance. We had booked 2 rooms for two couples and once we worked out how to redeem the 'welcome' drinks we were told it is one drink per room not per person - this does not seem particularly welcoming. Our room also had a welcome note adressed to another guest which made me suspect it wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. The shower gel/shampoo & conditioner were both completely empty both nights, so do not appear to be checked or replenished often. The rooms appeared a bit tired & the shower was grubby. Towels were also very thin & very small. I feel the 4 star rating is not really appropriate - more like 2 star.

We stayed here for two nights following a busy few days at Disneyland. We had a good deal on two neighbouring rooms for our family of 4 and enjoyed the hotel facilities.
