Expected bigger room, better ambience especially since it was a higher club room. But was disappointed considering i used to stay opposite in Holiday inn right on the main road which is bigger and better room

Our hotel is located in a traditional Haussmann-style building, which gives it a strong Parisian character and charm, but also comes with structural constraints compared to more modern buildings. Room sizes, including our higher categories, are clearly indicated online on ALL.com so that guests can choose the category that best fits their needs. We also regret that you did not contact our reception team during your stay to share your dissatisfaction with the room. We are available 24/7 and would have gladly reviewed possible alternatives with you, such as a room change depending on availability, in order to improve your experience on the spot. Nice little hotel on good location next by Gare de Nord station. Good restaurants nearby.

I would like to personally apologize for the issue you experienced with the early check-in. This service remains subject to availability, and in your case the communication should have been clearer in advance. Following your message, I have refunded the €30 early check-in fee per room. I am also sorry that your arrival experience did not meet expectations. Even when a service cannot be provided, the explanation must be clear and delivered with care. I have reviewed this point with the reception team. Regarding breakfast, your comments about the refill of food and the availability of clean cutlery have been shared with our team so we can improve our responsiveness during service. Your remark about the carpets has also been passed on to housekeeping for follow-up. Thank you again for your comments and for your loyalty as an ALL Gold member. We were completely blindsided by the fact there is no parking on site despite on Accor and Google promoting there is on site parking available. Also for the price you pay you would at least expect 2 bottles of water in the room.
