First of all i find it ridiculous that you first take € 158,59 from my account before i arrive and then another €450 i need to pay as deposit. The receptionist said the money wasnt taken but i had removed from my account for some days. The room was € 348 euro so this guarantee shouldnt be so much higher. The room is very small, no bathrobe as shown on the picture. Very hot in the room and wallpaper was teared down. No space to put clothes or other stuff. The good thing was the location, the minibar in the room and storage room. I didnt found this 4 stars worth.

Regarding the pre-authorization, it is indeed higher than the room rate as it covers the total reservation amount, potential extras, and a guarantee for the room in case of any damage. This is a standard procedure to ensure a smooth check-out process. We understand that this may have caused some inconvenience. We are also surprised by your comment about the room size, as our twin rooms are actually larger than our double rooms. For a future stay, we would recommend booking at a Novotel, where you might find the room size and amenities better suited to your expectations. Concerning the bathrobe, these are only available in our Privilege rooms, as indicated on our website. Additionally, the room temperature can be adjusted using the radiator settings to ensure your comfort. Lastly, there is a large wardrobe in the room with hangers to store your belongings. Our allocated room had a broken toilet do we had to accept a much smaller room which was not comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was minute all in all it was not goid value for money. We will not return.
