Dear John, Sorry to learn that your overall stay did not fully satisfy you. Regarding the storage space, we were quite surprised by your comment, as the room you occupied is equipped with two wardrobes and we have never received similar feedback about this room before. We also note your comments regarding breakfast. Our scrambled eggs are prepared according to Mercure brand standards, and we regret that they did not meet your expectations. It is a pity that these points were not mentioned to our team during your stay or at check-out.
