Good location, hotel is a bit tired

Our brief stay was pleasant, however I feel a few things could improve. On check in there is an advertisement for a welcome drink showing what looked like fruity cocktails. When enquiring about how we redeem these we were told 'its on the app' & offered no further assistance. We had booked 2 rooms for two couples and once we worked out how to redeem the 'welcome' drinks we were told it is one drink per room not per person - this does not seem particularly welcoming. Our room also had a welcome note adressed to another guest which made me suspect it wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. The shower gel/shampoo & conditioner were both completely empty both nights, so do not appear to be checked or replenished often. The rooms appeared a bit tired & the shower was grubby. Towels were also very thin & very small. I feel the 4 star rating is not really appropriate - more like 2 star.

We stayed here for two nights following a busy few days at Disneyland. We had a good deal on two neighbouring rooms for our family of 4 and enjoyed the hotel facilities.

Convenient location if arrive/leave from Gare de Lyon. However a tiny room, more of Ibis style, a meter on the left and on the right to the wall or the window. The handheld shower head was missing, the rain drop shower was inconvenient for my height, I had to stoop. For this quality I found it quite expensive even for Paris prices
