I had a great time at this hotel, the rooms were clean, renovated, the staff incredibly helpful. I had a 3 person room and on the first night, I realized that the third bed was missing its cover. When I called room service at 11 p.m., somebody came within minutes and remade the bed entirely. I also forgot my toothbrush, and since the hotel didn’t have any left, the front desk personally walked to another Ibis hotel to get me one! I’ve never had that kind of service anywhere else. Would 100% recommend
