This Ibis is well located for transportation in and out the city and within the city. The hotel was very clean. A little slow to replenish the soap in the public bathroom. The staff was not necessairily friendly,. I am very happy that they provided us with water. Although, It would have been appreciated to have coffee and tea in the room. Like every other hotel in Paris, it was pricey but I would go there again.

The stay was average when compared to previous stays at other partner hotels. The staff were indifferent. The room door did not lock properly, which is a huge security issue. To make things worse, I had booked a ‘Pay on arrival’ room, but an £80 pre-authorisation charge was taken from my account the day before my stay and not returned until the day afterwards - as well as paying the full amount on arrival. There was no mention of this when booking, and was very inconvenient. I was very disappointed with this stay.

The staff are exceptionally helpful. I was travelling with medication and they did there very best to help me. We had a nice large room with a balcony on the 6th floor which was quiet and had a great view. Close to the station & with good luggage storage. I would also recommend the nearby Viaduc des arts and the Canal St Martin/Port de Paris Arsenal

Very close to Gare de Lyon, but far enough to stay out of the crowd and the noise. The staff welcomed us in the most warm way, and gave us a top floor room with a small balcony overlooking the roof of Paris. Clean, silent and comfortable, it has all you need for a pleasent stay in Paris.
